Food quality was good, delivery time good but delivery was missing 4 peices of chicken and 2 cans of pop. Called to request the other items which they apologised for and said would be half a hour, then the next attempt was still missing 2 peices of chicken so didn't ring again.

wasnt what we ordered, had no peppers omions or mushrooms and meat wasnt the nicest we have had either, hardly any chips, had much better from elsewhere when i rang up, the owner wasnt very apologetic!

Had to wait 2 hours for chicken and donner with chips and bombay potatoes with mushroom rice by the time it come the drinks was warmer than the food and we was told it was being remade fresh as the driver went to wrong address but didn't ring the number provided but when it come the chips were soggy and cold and the rice had gone hard so it was clear they have just reheated the old food what's dangerous for my pregnant girlfriend as it's chicken needles to say we haven't ate it and won't be going back again

Ordered burger option 1 and 2 and rec 2 burger 2 options so for someone who doesn't eat meat of the bone this was no good... on the kebab I asked for fried onions and paid extra for them and they we very large pieces and they looked like they had only been fried for 2 seconds, also where was the donnor meat on the kebab ?? Really disappointed

Take away wanted to know whose hair it was and how long it was. How could improve it was from the take away? The hair was black, I'm blonde and Husband grey (????!) and offered me a £5 refund on a £17 meal as 'anybody could say this for a free meal' Shocking customer service after ordering from them many times before,NEVER will I order from here again and will be taking it further.

Food arrived stone cold plus they changed my delivery time from 19:40 to 20:00, it took an hour from ordering to get my food, very Unsatisfied, I will never order from these again and recommend others not to either.

Although ordered from here before and was brilliant this was just a disaster, waited an hour and 20 minutes because driver was given wrong address, food cold, overcharged, soggy onion rings no salad or sauces as requested, side order of chips asked to be put in naan with kebab, 9 chips in total? On the bright side my dogs have had a feast.

Food was over half an hour late, said it had been delivered, phoned them twice, argued with us on the phone saying they haven't received an order, then he realised we had the order after we said we have proof of receipts, delivery arrived 20 mins later although shop is round the corner.

i've now ordered 3 times off this company and all three times the food has been absolutley freezing cold, there excuss is there been refurbished at the mo, but thats no excuss, we live less than half a mile away from the place. i would recommend not ordering pizzas from this place until there refurbishments have been completed because you will be disappointed

Food was 15mins late. When rang to find out where it was, I was told it had just left the restaurant and would be 5minutes. 10 minutes later it arrived cold and tough. Not good at all, quality wasn't there late delivery and cold food. Will never use again ever

I waited over an hour for my food to arrive - once delivered I found that I'd been given the wrong pizza. I rang to complain and I was told that another pizza (the correct one) would be delivered, which took yet another hour to arrive. I would definitely not order from here again.

Food was great I had chicken Korma which had a nice spice to it, I got the smaller naan bread and it was massive, great value for money , chips were a little soggy but still yummy

Services was shocking was very late. Food was exceptional especially Rogan josh curry. Chips were not cold Kebab was brilliant The only fault was the waiting time on service!!!
