JAQKS Chicken and Chips Co in Solihull

Terrible food. Dry chicken that was more like a flattened nugget, 3.99 for and few handfuls of chips that had a seasoning that was way too salty, gad to throw them away. So overpriced it's a joke.

Ordered through Uber eats, food was below average also had a missing meal when I tried to phone them I couldn’t get through so I tried again they picked the phone up and left it on the side so we couldn’t keep calling definitely wouldn’t re comment eating here and I won’t order from here again

Was lucky enough to sample the leftover hand cut fries with the spicy mayo from my son's order. Sensational! If this is the standard of the fries,I'll be back for some chicken in the near future.

Ordered a burger which I did not receive. Chicken that did arrive was ok, no better than KFC. Chips were nice though

Food was nice however one of our drinks was missing. I called to tell them only to be told by the lady on the phone that next time I order to put a note saying I didn’t get a drink with my last order and will get a free one. What about my drink for this order? What if I don’t order another time? Customer service in general on the phone wasn’t great as well. My order came quite quick so I assume they just forgot the extra drink which happens, but then it shouldn’t have been rushed and I should have received another drink this time round.

So I had an order delivered of a boneless box and separate small chicken bites , they first came rick solids both chickens and then they replaced after hour wait only one meal came , I rang sayin how I’d been waiting and only ones arrived man was very rude didn’t care and said I’ll send other one at some point tonight when I’m free !

Found this by chance and had a chicken burger with chips and gravy, good value for money and very tasty food too. Would deffo go again.

This is the best place, so delicious, lovely crispy chicken & the hand cut chips are so tasty, have had a delivery a few times & it is always good, delivered with a smile, thanks, highly recommended

Tender chicken was damn delicious! generous portions, wouldn’t go anywhere else specially for chicken, highly recommended.

Very rude manager banned me for no reason, very disrespectful and bad attitude, I don't think they know what customer service means, spent over £100 here since it's opened and time after time they got my order wrong, than he had the nerve to blame me, me or my family would never step a foot in here again, avoid at all costs, not worth the effort and average food

I was recommended Jaqks by a friend and travelled all the way from Handsworth to Shirley to try their chicken, to say the least I was not disappointed!! The hot and spicy wings are amaaazinggggg and the rustic style chips are so unique! One of the best places for halal fried chicken by far. Top quality food and service from all the staff😊😊

visited jaqks on few occasions. food is consistent and spicy wings are mind blowing. by far the best friend chicken in solihull. clean environment and lovely decor . staff very friendly. chips and fresh and hand cut . a lot of effort has gone into...
