Chips burnt naan bread was tough not fresh

Pizza was like eating a effing rock. Hardened cheese and toppings on top, Donner potion was so small more chips than the meat itself and for £7 what a joke. Never ordering from here again now. I’m done..

Don’t bother ordering. Customer service rude, told me that I’m dramatic and that I beg to differ the food arrived cold and hard. Rude people

Awful service! Food arrived but my daughters popcorn chicken was missing! called the number on top of the receipt someone sounding half asleep answered and said they will contact the restaurant and get them sent out. It took over an hour for them to arrive and STILL only got 17 popcorn chicken pieces instead of 20. called back the number to complain and was told on our next order he will give us 3 more popcorn chicken pieces?? He was then extremely rude and even hung up on me! Avoid!!!!

Asking me to bring the food back when it’s been eaten and given us food poisoning and saying they don’t believe us and their food is of top quality and could never give food poisoning. What on earth is this, I’ve never been to big johns, this is the first time. Bad customer service, quite rude actually and the food was diabolical.

I'm talking about fish menus, which are very tasty. But I know from friends that other meat dishes are also delicious.They work quickly responding to the number of orders to fulfill.I highly recommend.

I will never eat from here again the food was disgusting and the worst food they could ever make I ordered fish and chips and it’s like the chips were cooked in left over oil and the fish was horrible the bottom off the batter was hard and their over rated when I think the hygiene should be a 2 out off 2 as it caused me too have a upset stomach and I would highly recommend too stay away from this place they aren’t trained enough in food and all they are interested in is money and they don’t care about the public heath and it also give me food poisoning and i could tell the fish wasn’t cooked properly bye looking at the inside off it and the curry sauce was all runney and the chips looked like they have been cooked in left over oil

Vile food Their "cod fish" looks like they've used tuna inside of a whole load of hard batter. It tasted like they had placed a old cooked fish into oil to refresh it when i ordered it. Yet they charge £11 for it it! Their masala fish in naan is so salty I had to drink a gallon of water after it. I'm worried I'm going to have food poisoning after consuming that. Never again, stay well away from this Big Johns. Go to the shirley branch instead!

Only popped in for a bag of chips, no flavour they were the worst chips I'd ever had threw most of them away, ten minutes after eating had the shats. then about an hour later had the shats again, try changing the oil and cleaning the equipment. wouldn't go there again.

Food quantity is not consistent. We mostly buy kebab in naan and every time you find a surprise. Not made to your request, missing mayo or sauce. Being such a pricey quantity of kebab is not justified. I hate this as they put the price up and reduce the size?

I visited the branch in Acocks green on the way home. It’s the biggest mistake I ever made and will never go there again. They missed items from my order, tried calling few times they just let the phone ring out. Couldn’t be bothered travelling 3 miles back. AVOID!!

The food is awfull! I ordered chicken and chips and food is SOAKING IN OIL! DRIPPING! Literally my chicken was in oil soup!!!!!!!!! Clearly they do not drain anything they chuck their chicken in the box and serve it like tht! Everything was Leaking outside the bag ! Disgusting! When I contacted the shop they just gaslight me and say it’s normal! In the picture that’s oil leaking not water and it’s not just damp! Absolutely vile! And they refuse to acknowledge or do anything about it 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Dreadful customer service. The telephone staff particularly the gentleman named Arshad, is probably one of the most rudest humans I have ever dealt with. And then tried to threaten me with being racist. When I’m British Pakistani myself albeit I don’t have an accent! I told the managers that I had received a piece of boneless breast with metal inside it. ACTUAL METAL. Of course they denied this and told me I was making things up. Arshad even told me that if I posted this on social media I was blackmailing them and that I shouldn’t post the pictures and they would deny it. Well Arshad, below I have attached the pictures! And I certainly will be posting them on social media in due course. Arshad was supposed to have given me an email to send the pictures in for internal investigations but his ego got in-front of his mouth and he decided to disconnect the call after I asked him why he was so rude. Needless to say they banned my just eat account shortly after. May I add I was a long standing customer before this, usually at the Lawley Middleway. But Acocks green! Disgusting! Place needs closing down. Food standards have dropped! Big johns? More like Big CONs!

been using just eats for years. been ordering from this big John's for years too. today is the last time. my order was changed from delivery to collection?? why would I pay thru just eats over inflated prices to collect my order. its cheaper to go in and order face to face. big John's phone number is an answering machine which cuts you off after a few minutes. they got the order wrong too, instead of sending chips they sent chicken wings. just eats customer service DOES NOT EXIST.

I ordered a 1.5 litre bottle of lemonade but the driver delivered a 1.5 litre of dandelion and burdock. The driver should have checked the order before he left to make sure the order was correct.

I love pizzas, but this was the worst I've ever had. 1st the cost. I was charged £25 for 1 12" pizza and fish and chips. With all the offers on other pizza places you can get much more for your money. I paid £22.50 for 2 extra large pizzas from another place last week. I could've spent less at a pub too. 2nd quality. After paying, I went to the pizza section to say what toppings I wanted. As soon as I saw the toppings, I regretted my decision to eat there. The meat toppings were obviously so processed. Just small cubes of textureless bland colour. I couldn't even tell the difference between chicken and beef. The peperoni was nice, though, and pineapple was juicy. The pizza as a whole was bland and tasteless. The only thing I could taste was the peperoni. I tried the fish and chips, too. The chips were ok, and the fish was nice. Service was ok. There wasn't much in the way of interaction or friendliness, but no one was rude. The place did look clean, though. Overall, I'll not be ordering from there again. I've never thrown pizza away before. Any leftovers get frozen, but the last 2 slices got binned as my stomach was playing up all morning after eating it.

It was a disaster. I paid £30 for food and it was such a disappointment. They didn’t deliver any sauces with my meal. I ordered pizza and without any sauce. These people are stingy.. not only this. I paid £20 for 10 wings that costs £5 in general. I wouldn’t recommend!

Ordered a pizza meal, they didn't deliver the pizza I just got the sides. Johnny Johnny? Yes papa! Eating pizza? No pappa :( We also called them for about 20 minutes straight and we got hung up on every single time. Love the customer service and spending £18 for something and not having it delivered!!!!

Curly Hairs found in Pizza. Luckily spotted straight away. When returned the entire order managers attitude was awful. No appology at all. Asked "what do you want" to which i said my money back and that was that. Avoid this place.

This Big John's is a normal Big Johns store. Prices have gone ridiculously high in all big John's stores. Big John's were known for affordable, quality, consistent food. But now it's more expensive-do like the chain as it still does good quality and consistent food but no longer affordable. I think alot of people rather than going regularly are thinking twice before they go.

When ordering it said 45-60mins but when processed estimated over 60mins and in the end was delivered 75mins after ordering! Way too long and there was no apology or even a word from the delivery person. Food was warmish.

I’m not happy with my delivery because when I have ordered my food then I have leave the message for the driver to call me or message me when you’re near by my house because I’m struggling with OCD & mental health issues. I was keep looking my tracking map & the map was showing me the drive is on the way but he came early & that is good but at least he must read the message & follow that for customers convenience is. LOOKED OVER AT THE FRYER AND I SEEN THE GUY SCOOPING THE CHIPS RIGHT OUT THE FRYER STRAIGHT INTO THE BOX, I CAN SEE GUSHES OF OIL GETTING THROWN INTO THE BOX WITH EVERY SCOOP TOO. DUDE DIDN'T EVEN LET THE CHIPS DRAIN OUT. I ASKED THE GUY AT THE COUNTER ABOUT IT AND HE SAID I SEEN WRONG. HAD A BITE OF THE CHIPS AND ALL I CAN TASTE IS ALL THE END OF DAY FRYER GREASE. DISGUSTING. WHAT KIND OF QUALITY AND CRAP IS THIS?! GOT A BUNCH OF FRESH PEOPLE WORKING THERE THAT CAN'T HOLD A CONVERSATION. HERE ARE SOME PICS FOR PROOF, YOU CAN SEE THE OIL INSIDE EVERY CHIP, GLAD IT AIN'T A COUNTRY OTHERWISE USA WOULD HAVE INVADED ALREADY! NEVER AGAIN, AVOID!
