food was stone cold when it came,it said was delivering at 12.20.and didn't arrive till 1pm.never have I had a problem with my food or the time.but today I did,I don't know if I will be ordering again from here.sorry big let down today.

I orderd deep pan pizza but thin base pizza was delivered.

Donner was old chips were rotten

All good , only thing is that I paid for 2 chilli sauce dips but didn't get them .

why can you add enough sauces on items even on a £50 order. Your food is tasteless without sauces. How much money have you saved by adding just one line of sauce.

Order food at 5:50pm food arrived at 7:40pm. Never order again.

waited over 2 hours and it never arrived!!!

i had made a order 5.50pm an order never arrived til 8.35.. I was left sat waiting for an update with no update until 7.50 then to be told it will be with me in 15min I think just a head up so people know where they stand would have been great as I tried calling the restaurant on multiple occasions with no luck won't be ordering from here again

Late…they tried to say the order was delivered when driver was no where near. Ended up driving to them and getting another order done.

1.5 hrs late and chicken semi burnt. Shame you guys never answered your phone called over a handful of times for a update.. Ended up ordering else where and leaving food

They didn’t deliver my order and also not picking up my call. It’s really disappointing in a month of Ramadan, as I ordered for food to have for my iftar.

Very poor service. Ordered the food at 5:15 for iftar at 6:22. Never received the order and nobody available on the phone to answer any queries too. This the second time this has happened to my order so would never order from here again.

The food was all wrong I ordered chicken tikka and tandoori chicken pizza but they were vegetarian and all burnt the Donner meat and chips there was no Donner and the chips were very hard overcooked the service was very bad even when I asked them make it all fresh and the right items the workers were very rude and unprofessional they had a attitude I will not be ordering again from them I’m absolutely disappointed and disgusted by them I had family come over for Ramadan had to order somewhere el

It was late, cold, and of really poor quality. The fish was very thin, over cooked cold and floppy. Not crispy or sufficient to justify the cost

food was over cooked, pizza was hard and they didn't meet my dietary requirements. Seemed like they reheated old pizza

both items on the order was incorrect, the amount of fillings was also poor, 1 slice of cucumber and 1 slice of tomato does not consist of a salad, was disappointed to say the least.

Been in a few times and can never seem to get a small portion. Probably got double doors for the size of their customers with large portions.

Not very often i complain but the food i had delivered was very poor the chicken was very dry outer was to hard to eat was as thku it had been under the heater for hours threw it away even the dog would not eat it chips were cold

Good and cheap snack, if you're in a hurry, absolutely okay, hot wings, fish and chips, pizzas or half chicken, everything is included.

Whole of order did not arrive, when called shop was told it would be straight out. Arrived 30 minutes later cold

Tbh this is the worst big johns experience in my life.... the most rude person on the service, that guy with beard.. he has hands free and was talking to someone on the phone i think...and when i asked for my order he tried to be really mean to me.. i would like to make my complain official to remove this person from the service or from the job for better.. i wont take my family or friends to this branch ever again if this person is on the till... worst experience of big john.

Just went to pick up my order and the giy on the till with beard is so rude, and dont know how to provide services at the till.. he shouldnt be working on the customer service... he had his mean face on while people were standing there... he was all frustrated with his work.... Wont recommend any one this branch...

this place as gone down hill very fast i always used to come to this place 2 times a week, now the food quality you get bone fragments in the beef burgers, the chicken meat now you get hard bits of chicken, i wont be coming back to any big johns now its put me off for life

Food was cold, ordered a wrap with mayo and salad and it came with none of that won’t be ordering from here again , very annoying when a restaurant can’t get a simple order right.

SFC Panini was very bad. Very salty and the chicken was very over cooked or maybe old. Overall all other foods were perfect and on a normal base the food is always excellent.

Not a bad chippy but can I ask why there is a man stood in your kitchen area holding his phone, touching his face and his eyebrows up, with an ear piece in, in his personal clothes, leaving all over a table? This is highly inappropriate/straight nasty for food service I hope the EHO gets you. Was gonna give more stars but, eww.

Pizza was like eating a effing rock. Hardened cheese and toppings on top, Donner potion was so small more chips than the meat itself and for £7 what a joke. Never ordering from here again now. I’m done..

Awful service! Food arrived but my daughters popcorn chicken was missing! called the number on top of the receipt someone sounding half asleep answered and said they will contact the restaurant and get them sent out. It took over an hour for them to arrive and STILL only got 17 popcorn chicken pieces instead of 20. called back the number to complain and was told on our next order he will give us 3 more popcorn chicken pieces?? He was then extremely rude and even hung up on me! Avoid!!!!

The spicy sfc burger had onions in it even though I selected no salad , also it doesnt say that onions are part of the burger. Apart from this the meal as always was good 👍
