Hooray! Finally! The former/previous owners have brought back the business and what a Massive transformation. The food has gone back to actually being food. Fresh, good portion sizes even down to the salad, it's fresh! I would definitely rate this place not just for the food but also for the owners, they're all about customer service, always happy, always wanting to talk to you. One of the best chippies in parkfields by far

Deliver the wrong food, cold, and then don't answer calls. There are far better establishments to spend your money at

The customer service is very poor. I ordered a bucket of chicken and was advised it will be ready in 5mins. Got there and the owner said he just sold 2 so I have to wait. I just took whatever was left. The lady at the till was about to give my chicken 4 of them to someone else. Then changed her mind. The chicken peices are also small. Won't be going back there. Chips are very crispy, don't have any taste they are like eating crisps from a crisp packet bland. Not worth the money or the customer journey. I am a heavy spender to spend 15 quid. Never again. Not at this place.

Rude and miserable staff, they want to cheer up a bit. Every time I’ve been in I get looked at like I’m some foreign life form or something and get spoken to like a naughty little dog. However, the food is pretty decent as far as chip shops go so it is worth going through the bother I suppose (if you can put up with being spoken to so rudely that is).

UPDATE 17/8/2020 DO NOT EAT FROM HERE FOUND DEAD SLUG IN MY FOOD... LUCKY I HAD NOT EATEN IR YET, FOOD HERE IS RE-HEATED FROM THE NEXT DAY NOT ACCEPTABLE WILL NOW REPORT TO COUNCIL.... THIS PLACE NEEDS CLOSING DOWN Sampled the menu extensively, all the usual chip shop food cooked to perfection, my only hang up and put off is that the chips are soggy with no crunch, they almost look like they are fried with old oil, but this is clearly not the case. If those chips had the same crunch as say the newbrige chippy I'd have given it a five stars.

Since being taken over by new people it's a disgrace if I'm honest. The staff are rude especially the young girl who serves regularly is very rude with an attitude.. Everytime you order something it seems to go up in bloody price from week to week. And don't feel comfortable with them speaking in there language when I can't understand them makes you feel uneasy... The food is ok shame about the staff

Tasty food and you can have normal or orange chips , I had a large fish and chips the first Tim’s and it was big the second time I had a special the only thing I didn’t like was the curry sauce but everything else was perfect , it’s a new owner who used to work in Tasty Place snd he’s making it great

We have used this fishop for quite a few times the people who own it now are new but I must admit the food is really good. Fresh fish and really good tasting chips worth a visit.

Ok restaurant but loud. The fish and the burger was ok, tasted good. but the chips was’nt done. Nice and clean.

This 'chippy' doesn't deserve a star, I believe. Absolutely appalling. The experience I had today was unforgettable. Firstly my order had been given wrong and I had only realised when I got home. Secondly, the 'chicken meat' was dry and looked like it was yesterday's leftovers. Thirdly, I ordered a masala fish on naan, I don't know where to start on that. The fish looked disgusting it was cooked in tomato ketchup. Who in the world cooks fish in ketchup? This chippy has gone downhill, it used to be one of the most popular chippies in Wolverhampton well now I'd say the worst I have experienced. Would I recommend it? No

Chips are disgusting, sloppy and under cooked, The Southern fried chicken low quality there was more fat and bone than there was meat. If you want a nice belly Giggs Fish Bar isn't the one!
