18, 25 now, been coming here for the past 7 years. By far my favourite place in the world!

Grabbed a quick burger in the way to a concert. Best burger I’ve had for years, with fresh salad too. Wish I’d had more time and got a kebab, they looked amazing. Staff were friendly even though it was busy.

Been coming here since around 2008. The prices have slowly crept up for a small chicken in pitta and chips. Now it’s well over £8 and for what it is, its not worth it. Staff are great etc, but there are way too many options for that price.

Question? Where the hell do all the fantastic reviews come from? Suppose if your from here you don't know no better. Had a chicken and donner pitta today,. And it was average at that, and that's been nice. The most mediocre kebab I've ever had,. so when I looked at these reviews I thought I was living in a parallel universe. Gobsmacked Chicken was kinda dry and tasteless. Donner was moist and tasteless. Suppose if I had 10 pints it would taste better?

Had 2 donner kebabs last night I have been coming here since 1987 and I can honestly say they are the best I've ever had, no other kebab outlet can compare in my opinion 5*****

The best kebab shop in Wolverhampton. I have been coming here for over 20 years and the food is amazing. They have a limited menu but everything they do they do well. I always go for 2 chicken skews with donner meat and chips. With lots of salad, chilli and mint sauce. The staff are really friendly and never mess up my order. Every time I work late in Wolverhampton this is the place I head to for a kebab.

Best Kebab house in Wolves. If you want other stuff like burgers, pizza etc go elsewhere but if you want a tasty kebab this is the place. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, I do not have kebabs from anywhere else.

Fantastic food. Doner kebab was amazing. Used this takeaway since late 80s. Same staff as when I first went in. Nothing better than there kebabs and there homemade chilli sauce is perfect. Go and try and enjoy.

I’ve been coming here 20+ years and have never had a bad experience. No longer live close by but I’ll always make the trip if I’m hankering after a decent kebab. The owners and staff are scholars and gentlemen long may they prosper.

Lovely latte! Others had hot chocolate, lemon and ginger and ordinary tea, all very nice. Bacon sandwich was delicious. The service is friendly and efficient. Well worth a visit.

First time eating from here...had the chicken burger which my daughter really enjoyed and she's a fussy eater. I had the chicken and Donner kebab...was probably one of the best kebabs I've tasted was really fresh and not greasy. Would definitely recommend. Portion sizes are huge.

The Kebabs are high quality and the service is A1. The shop is very dated, but please do not let this put you off. They have a wide range of customers including very well off. Not your usual second rate kebab and pizza place. This is high quality meat prepared fresh.

Quite simply the best kebabs you will ever have. I think the owner has been there since 1985. Very friendly. We've been going since the early 90's and we've tried various kebabs up and down the country, but none come close to The Chapel Ash Kebab House. We had some again on Monday and they were as good as ever. Thank You !

Had it today, we asked for 2 Naan bread they didnt inform my hubby that there's only pitta bread. We came home; found pitta bread & the chicken we ordered was also dry, lacking flavour or tenderness.

The original. Been going since it was first opened, The best Kebab around, this place is the reasons all chip shops started selling Kebabs and none of them have ever come close to recreating the original Chapel ash.

Used to regular Friday/Saturday night purchaser of a burger, but after leaving W-ton on getting married in 1996, stopped going as it was out of the way. However, had a late night trip for nostagia reasons a couple of years or so ago & been going back on & off. What can I say. It's like a time warp. Staff might be different, but burgers still taste the same as the did back in the late 80's & early 90's & I don't think they cost much more now as they did then. This is one of the few places that I recommend to friends/family.

You need to balance taste (great) with quantity (large one is tiny compared to normal small kebabs). Other local shops are better quantity with just a little less tadty.

It's an institution. The two best kebab shops in town on opposite sides of the street. It has been heavily debated over the years which is the best. Friendships of many years have been broken over which one to choose. It's one or the other but not both. For me Chapel Ash Kebab house is the one. I'm 50 now and have been coming here since I was at school. Only thing I would say is bring back the old chilli sauce! The one you use now is not hot enough.
