The best restaurants serving Fast food food in South West

Ordered though the McDonald’s app. Never do this they use uber eats who deliver the wrong food refuse to sort it and then expect you to go to McDonald’s to rectify yourself. I Went to Plymstock McDonald’s where informed by Manager that they do not have to even give me the food as it is uber eats problem unbelievable! Uber eats helpline will not even refund the delivery shocking service and experience all round. I did get the food but this whole process took two hours and a personal collect defeating delivery. I recommend you either go and collect yourself or use deliveroo

Always friendly, always quick, always tasty - especially the spicy piri-piri chicken - never had a problem with Mr.Cod in Swindon Old Town - would gladly recommend them for a quick and tasty takeaway ! :) - Ash

Freezing cold food is not wot I’ve paid for. Who ever has given that out should be extremely embarrassed. Want your money but no effort put into giving people edible food

my grandma, mum, sister and i came here for lunch. i wasn’t very hungry so just wanted carrot sticks and a mcflurry but it didn’t have it so i wanted a fruit bag didn’t have it then i wanted pineapple slices and it was fine and had no mcfurrys so i got a milkshake. my sister and grandmas meals came but there were no pineapple slices i am very disappointed and i’m fummin.

We ordered two chicken meals one was a bucket, was missing chicken wings , and the other chicken was so dry and tasteless the only thing that was nice was the chips and can of drink, the staff was eating in frout of customers and didn't even wash hands! Might as well just go to KFC ....

I’m totally shocked! Popped in this afternoon to get a sub. Two members of staff working on a change over. A Scottish chap was about to finish saying he was in a rush due to wanting a pint in the Wetherspoon over the road. I was informed the bread was not in good condition. When I saw my sub being wrapped up I was informed is was a bit wet but would be delicious. I found that was way off. I paid full price for a sub which was absolutely terrible. It was cold. My cheese wasn’t melted I ended up throwing over half of it away. I’m absolutely gutted as every time I’ve been here before it’s been amazing! But this has put me right off!

Fue una noche super ocupada para el dominó con algunos percances logísticos y mi pedido tomó una hora y media como resultado. Robin fue tan paciente y comprensivo al teléfono, lo arregló sin problemas y me compensó algo de comida gratis sin que yo siquiera lo pidiera. ¡Qué tipo tan amable y me alegró la noche!

Like all the other McDonald's experiences this too was great! My kids loved it and we all enjoyed our meals! We love going there as a family and must mention the friendly staff as well! This was my kid's favorite place in the town! Keep up the good work guys!

Truly grotesque venue. The eating area had most of the tables removed and had chairs scattered around. My food was wrapped paper that has ild drid oieces of lwttuce encrusted on the inside and out of wrapper. The chocolate milk shakes tasted 100% vanilla and had a slight hue of brown. For the first time in my life I asked if they coud put some more chocolate flavour in. They gave me a new one (I didn't ask for it) which supposedly had more flavour in but still tasted 199% vanilla. The staff, however, were polite. I wonder if main office knows because I've never seen a scankier chain fast food place in my life.

Last night, a group of us was excited to grab some food after a long event nearby. We arrived around 10:40/45, and as soon as we walked in, we noticed the manager's expression change to one of disgust, and he shook his head at us. At one point, one of our guys arrived late, and the manager along with another staff member tried to stop him from coming in. When our friend told the manager he was with us, he rolled his eyes and then reluctantly let him in. It was disheartening to feel unwelcome right from the start. When we finally received our food, we were told to hurry up and leave because they were closing soon. The manager's body language clearly indicated that he didn't want us there, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. As a result, we ended up eating outside in the disabled parking space, which felt quite awkward. On a positive note, the food was decent, and I have to commend the rest of the staff. They were respectful, friendly, and showed enthusiasm, which helped lighten the mood. However, the overall experience was overshadowed by the manager's attitude. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, as it really impacts the dining experience.

I regularly eat from here, tonight I ordered for me, my wife and my son. As usual the food was fantastic the service friendly. Munchies remains our go to take out in Yeovil.

Hygiene needs to be improved. Had a live bug that fell out of a sub, while eating. Customer service needs improvement. Can not get hold of this branch as they don't answer the phone.

It’s a shame as the ice cream was nice but omg beware the older woman serving with dark hair and glasses is so rude. I have never experienced such bad customer service in all my life. If looks could kill 😂 … Enter if you dare!

Este lugar es terrible 7 libras por un donner kebab y papas fritas. Las papas fritas están demasiado cocidas, la carne de kebab es como el caucho y la pitta en la que se sirve es como el papel. Incluso después de unas cuantas cervezas, este es uno de los peores asientos que he tenido. Insípido y caro. Evitar.
