It’s a shame as the ice cream was nice but omg beware the older woman serving with dark hair and glasses is so rude. I have never experienced such bad customer service in all my life. If looks could kill 😂 … Enter if you dare!

Very bad attitude towards a person with a nut allergy. Shop full of people not amused by what she said. No notice on the menu at all. Very rude.

Delicious milkshake using fresh local ice cream. There are multiple locations here, but we were at the main location on the strip (and not one of the kiosks). Despite the comments, the two people serving could not have been friendlier and spoke to me for several minutes. I had an excellent experience and at a minimum, if you got a scoop of ice cream, I don’t know that amounts to a one star “terrible” review! The only way you should be giving an ice cream shop a one star review is if they knock it out of your hand as you are about to eat it!!

The ice cream tasted okay but the manger of the place wasn’t nice to my 9 year old daughter. My daughter wanted A sundae but the manager asked her to sit down in a rude way then the waiter took the order and she was a very nice young lady and said my daughter can choose her ice cream with her own flavours and said she will put sprinkles on top and chocolate sauce but the manager didn’t allow her to do that so we got three plain scoops. The service was terrible so I don’t recommend people coming her.

Very good and friendly service. Our boys loved the vanilla milk shake and slushy. Very handy as right on the front.

I went in to enquire about any dairy-free options. She was clearly stressed and unprofessional. I asked about any dairy-free milkshakes, to which she said ‘milkshakes have milk in’ - I don’t think she realises soya milk exists. Sarcastic and sad.

Had a milkshake. Rude bloke serving. He did put two scoops of ice cream in the milkshake but it was served thin and was not cold. No "thank you" when paid. Not sure why people start these business if they obviously despise working in them.

Best Cornish Ice Cream, all the flavours are really tasty with a selection to die for. Must go and try

Came here to get a milkshake whilst walking along the beach front at St Ives. Felt sorry for the lady serving, on her own and a huge queue of people! The milkshakes were not worth the £3.50 that we paid - pure milk, thin & not nice. Do not buy.

We visited a couple of times for milkshakes and they were nice. The ice cream is nice but we prefer some of the other places in town for that.

Fabulous location for some delicious Cornish ice cream! Option for cones or cup. Our kids loved their ice cream!
