The best restaurants serving Fast food food in South West

Went on thursday lunchtime, the man taking our order at the drive through was very o pleasant, he is a real asset to the company, compared to some people who have ignored us and been rude to us before.

Disgusting - tables dirty no staff willing to even wipe tables asked three times still not done Staff involvement to customer service is awful are they even trained to help customers . Customers pay there wages Won’t be going again

Honestly the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited over an hour for our food, everything was stone cold, no dips or straws. Ordered through deliveroo (poor rider was sat waiting at restaurant for over 20 mins) McDonalds couldn’t offer refund or new food and deliveroo only refunded £7 out of a £35 meal!!!! Not the first time this mcdonalds has been awful but defo the last time I’m ever ordering at this one!

Great coffee and friendly staff. Good priced breakfast that was very tasty and the restaurant was nice and clean inside.

Asked by member of staff to wait in one of the bay’s waited twenty minutes for our order possible we would of waited longer if we hadn’t asked member of staff were the order was eventually came out couldn’t eat much as cold and cold coffee this has happened twice that’s why I’m writing this review now

When chairs are moved very noisy could have better furniture. Food ok chips are still the best double cl still really good. Just very noisy

The worst Kentucky I’ve had for a long time I had a fillet twister. The wrap was brittle and hard. The cabbage stalk in the centre was hard to chew on the coleslaw, plus it only contained one small mini fillet no pride whatsoever in their food

glad to be able to get my order in 10 minutes before closing, staff were friendly and informative and very helpful even if they did look tired the cookies were good too. Many thanks.

De camino a Cardiff yo y la familia, los niños tuvieron hambre así que paramos aquí de camino. Deberíamos haber continuado. El servicio estaba impactando al chico en la ventana parecía que ni siquiera estaba allí tal vez una noche pesada la noche anterior. Como era de esperar de este lugar de comida rápida las cosas se olvidaron de nuestro pedido, puedo vivir con eso como es de esperar porque las patatas fritas tienen un coeficiente intelectual más alto que la mitad del personal. Cuando entré a recoger los artículos que faltaban había una viejecita quejándose de que llevaba 35 minutos esperando su papilla y su hachís marrón, para este momento su capuchino se había enfriado y había pedido que se lo reemplazaran. El pequeño arrogante grosero del niño que trabajaba allí se rió de ella y se volvió hacia algunos de sus colegas. ¿Has oído esto de que quiere una bebida gratis, mientras se alejaban de ella todavía estaban sacando el micrófono de ella y riéndose fuerte en la parte trasera con el resto de los degenerados que encuentran muy divertido que acababan de meterse con alguna anciana. Horrible lugar

A location that never fails to disappoint. Slow service, cold food, missing items and staff who are clearly lost. This evening, we watched our food waiting to be bagged for 10 minutes whilst a collection of 'crew members' stood looking at it as if they had never completed an order before. Imagine our delight when we arrived home 3 minutes later to find stone cold fries and burgers that looked and tasted as if they had been boiled hours before, left to cool waiting for an unsuspecting customer, or should I say 'Guest' to have the misfortune of ordering. So that this isn't a totally negative review, I should say that all items ordered were in the bag, however it would have been better if every item ordered had been left out of the bag!!!

The cleanliness of the restaurant actually reflects badly on the rest of Bristol airport which is pretty good to be honest. Crumbs and dirt over the seats, tables and walls. If it’s like this in the public facing areas you are left worrying about the bits you can’t see.

Worst NcDonalds ever been in - waited 15 minutes in an almost empty restaurant . Clearly needs a new manager and seems utter chaos

Entrega para mí y dos Los niños que son diversos cuando se ordena dijo que tardará entre 15 minutos a media hora en llegar aquí al final. Esperamos más de una hora y 50 minutos para que la entrega llegara aquí para que estuviera mal. Llamamos a Uber eat y no fueron muy serviciales dijeron bien saben que la independencia puede ordenarlo y yo dije bueno puedo hacer una queja oficial y dije oh perdón por no poder hacer eso, así que he tratado de contactar a McDonald’s ya que todo el pedido completo estaba mal con lo que originalmente pedimos, así que no solo tenemos comida fría, tenemos el pedido equivocado y parece que no puedo comunicarme con nadie para hacer una queja oficial. Además, su formulario de comentarios tampoco funciona en el sitio web

The lady serving called my number then turned her back and chatted to a friend whilst i tried to ask for some tomato sauces. I gave up and went home where i discovered she hadnt bothered to correctly put everything in the bag. Great stuff, fast easy food turned into an unnecessary hassle from lazy workers.

Normally great, today, awful. Waited 20 minutes for food as they were prioritising outside orders rather than people stood infront of them and then just left our food sat on the side for more than 5 minutes going cold!
