Dominos Pizza in Bath and North East Somerset

Fue una noche super ocupada para el dominó con algunos percances logísticos y mi pedido tomó una hora y media como resultado. Robin fue tan paciente y comprensivo al teléfono, lo arregló sin problemas y me compensó algo de comida gratis sin que yo siquiera lo pidiera. ¡Qué tipo tan amable y me alegró la noche!

Mientras que en la zona pensamos en venir y hacer un pedido para recoger, desafortunadamente solo hay un par de plazas de aparcamiento fuera de las tiendas a lo largo de una carretera principal muy transitada. Debido a esto continuamos conduciendo por la carretera en busca de aparcamiento pero no había ninguno así que tristemente tuvimos que irnos sin pedir. Niño molesto que estaba deseando una delicia de pizza Dominos, pero debido a no poder aparcar o parar no tuvimos opción.

Food was really nice and it was hot from The oven to our stomach which is amazing as it took the pizza 10 minutes and was ready ❤️

Ordered delivery by phone, delivered on time - great job by a very friendly Johnson, who found us despite being in a difficult location.

Don’t even think to visit this place.Terrible service,terrible pizza. I have been waiting 1 hour to collect 2 pizzas and a side of chicken strips. I will never ever order from domino’s even if I am starving to death

Great service, one item was forgotten but quickly realised and gave me a free drink. Got the item in no time.

So slow to give you the food you ordered. Said on the screen it was ready asked them they said yes its ready and left us waiting for 10 minutes

Delicious food for a mediocre familiar take away venue . Friendly and helpful staff and quick easy service . Will use again .

I ordered two pizzas for collection, checked the labels on the boxes before leaving and all was correct. 30 minutes later when I got home with the pizza I realized one pizza was completely wrong! Called and they told me to call HQ to ask for a refund, This is currently in progress I hope. Had to drive another 30 minutes to get the correct pizza as my girlfriend can't eat what we were given. Thought that was it but when I finally got home with the correct pizza I realized my pizza that was correct had stray toppings that aren't meant to be on this pizza all over it and under some of the other topping so didn't realize they were there until I started eating! It's a good thing I’m not allergic to anything!! Terrible experience!!

Jack, the manager, was so lovely and helpful and saturday night. He looked after us and served us cookies at top speed! he was very nice.

Pizza never arrived basically. Tried to call, couldn’t get through. They have done nothing about it. So thanks a bunch you greedy pigs 👌 🖕

When the pizza came it might as well have come from the freezer. Chicken side was like warm at best, forgot the extra garlic dip. Emailed about it absolutely nothing done. Simply terrible if I could give it 0 I would have.

Terrible service, crappy attitude all around and mostly undercooked or overcooked pizza take your pick they can't seem to get anything right. They also always forgot something from the order, the delivery driver usually tells you it's not his problem and that you should phone the store. Then the store ignore the phone. Sometimes you will be told pizza is delivered and it won't turn up until you've spent 30 minutes trying to talk to someone, but they never answer so that's practically impossible. Happened more times than I can count. Absolute joke of a place, avoid and get a burger from Magu next door instead.

Every friday i order a pizza for delivery. Its my treat to myself. I'm shielding during the pandemic and I live alone. I ordered on line. Half the order arrived. The driver said he'd return to the shop tocollect the other half of my order and return. I have waited nearly three hours. I have phoned the shop 3 times. Still the missing half of my order has not arrived. They have told me "they are very busy". But i have already paid for my meal. I'm a regular ... appalling service. Disgusted. Time to find another pizza service.

The pizza nearly fell through the box with all the grease i threw it away, complained said it couldnt be helped as was all meats on it ordered same pizza from papa johns and wasnt even half the grease,

Such bad experiences with this dominos. Poor quality food, awful service which gets even worse if you raise a problem. Will avoid like the plague and order from nearby Pizza Hut or Papa Johns in future.

Came 15 minutes before it was supposed to shut, doors where closed and staff weren’t willing to let us in as they were cleaning. Cleaning time should be included after the store closes.

Nuestro pedido llegó y nuestra pizza no tenía los ingredientes que pedimos, así que llamamos por teléfono y dijeron que lo reenviarían. . . . él respondió que llegó y tenía aún menos ingredientes y básicamente no había salsa en la base, para esta hora eran las 10 pm y nos dimos por vencidos y nos comimos la pizza. . . Manera de hacer que una comida sin estrés sea estresante. . . .

Se ordenó a las 17:30 y la orden llegó pero estaba equivocada: la pizza de otra persona está en una caja y la pizza correcta en una caja mal etiquetada. Llamado para corregir el orden y luego de mucha discusión, acepté que les enviaran una pizza correcta después de haberlo asegurado que sería rápido y que la pizza correcta no estaría demasiado fría y que podríamos comer juntos.Después de varias persecuciones, la pizza llegó a 1935, el repartidor había ido a la casa equivocada (como lo hizo la primera).Una noche decepcionante, ya que no pudimos comer juntos mientras veíamos una película como estaba previsto. ¡Totalmente terminado por tener que hacer numerosas llamadas telefónicas también!

Así que pedí mi comida a las 8: 30 pm, esperé hasta las 9: 25, llamé a la tienda y luego me dijeron que estaba a un par de minutos. ! ! Ok, esperé otros 25 minutos! ! Ordered food and drinks and got wrong drinks and called up 6 times and they hung up every time and wouldn't sort out the drinks at all

Tuve que pedir el almuerzo para los muchachos en mi compañía de techos y la pizza en la oficina para almorzar en un día lluvioso parecía la mejor idea.Pedimos 6 pizzas y dos costados de pollo y 2 x botellas de pop.Pagado más de 100 cuando me dijeron que las pizzas serían 10. 99 cada uno, pero se encontró en la recepción me cobraron 18. 99 en cambio.Tuvo que esperar 55 minutos para la entrega.La comida era cálida y la calidad de la comida era buena.En general, recibí un buen servicio aunque pagué más de lo esperado.Ordenaría de nuevo.

Consistently good pizza and incredibly fast delivery. Pizza is always piping hot when it arrives, and is always delicious.

Pedimos en línea desde el apartamento que alquilamos en Bath. Estábamos realmente hambrientos debido a un pedido cancelado por Deliveroo después de un 1. 5 horas de espera con ellos ya (esa es otra revisión).Dominos entregó el orden correcto, y fue caliente y rápido. Realmente lo apreciamos. Gracias Dominos!

the boys got two chocolate pizzas for pudding, looked utterly yuk, but they liked them and we didn't get any left overs so they must have been fine for younger adults!!

I use the delivery service from Moorland Rd, Bath branch, as they are closer to where I now live.

At launch there were often mistakes coming out of this Dominos but all seems to have been resolved now. Good example of how a Dominos should be and nice to have the seating area upstairs.

Recived a confirmation email at 3:14 am but did not recived the order at all !! So unhappy about it !! Also I've been trying to phone the shop for almost 2 hours after that but no answer !!

After multiple visits on foot to London Rd location from Home (then 250 yards away), I gave up using again as I had usually had to wait ages for order each time AND last order was 'finished' far later than estimated. It was stone cold when I got home, so they had obviously forgotten all about it after I had paid, then failed to check it was hot before they gave it to me.

Placed an order online at 9:30 on the 26th of October and after an hr i called to check were my order is because the usually it takes about 45 mins the woman that picked up the phoe said that the driver already left and we will receive it in 10 mins , at 11:00 i called again and she said we didn't receive any order at this store i said i called earlier and you said it out she replied "I don't Care, you should check your order" and after few talks she hanged up!!!! Im never ordering from here ever again!!!

New dominos, small and clean. Usual stuff. Staff appeared interested, dough made in front of you. Sadly though the chains are even attacking Moorland Road now....

This restaurant has recently opened near us and we took advantage of their buy one, get one free on Tuesdays offer. The pizzas were very tasty- Texas BBQ, Meatilicious and a couple of make-your-owns- and all extra toppings and base variations were catered for. There were generous amounts of toppings and we all enjoyed the food.

We recently had this restaurant open nearby and took advantage of the Tuesday BOGOF deal. We enjoyed our pizzas- Texas BBQ, meatilicious, and a couple of make-your-owns- they were generously topped with a good variety of ingredients but oh, so expensive! We have a good local selection of pizzerias here who provide pizza of a comparable quality for a great deal less; even taking into account the BOGOF deal we spent lots more than at our usual haunt. Does anyone actually pay £19 for one pizza?
