The best restaurants serving Fast food food in South West

Normally great, today, awful. Waited 20 minutes for food as they were prioritising outside orders rather than people stood infront of them and then just left our food sat on the side for more than 5 minutes going cold!

Burger King Cribbs Causeway, Bristol.Walked in after going to Cinema, waited at counter for 10 mins, staff only concerned with serving drive through and Deliveroo drivers.Three people got bored and left queue.. finally caught the attention of one staff member after she stopped gushing over the delivery driver, I asked if the counter was open and was it only drive thru (given new Covid rules that happens a lot), all I got was eye rolling and sarcasm!Staff are rude, untrained, don’t care about sit in dining, we ended up going to kfc instead.. but that sh1t show is for another review.If you are at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol, avoid this BK, it really is that bad.

Visited today 22/6 after 5pm.myself and my partner got served very quickly,we both had the mini fillet burger and bbq wrap.both were hot and we didn’t wait too long for our food.visit here every time we’re in Barnstaple and don’t have any problems.

Disgusting chicken. Greasy and slimy. Even my dog turned it away. The owner is a vile person too. I hope the place shuts down and the owner should never sell food to the public ever again.

Sadly disappointing. Subway seems to have changed their menu. We order Steak and cheese and ended up with what looked like a panini in a cardboard that looked like it had been squashed, no option for salad etc. This certainly was not what we normally would got when we have previously ordered this item. To cap it all it was more expensive than the previous version. In summary Subway was a significant step above McDonald's etc, this, however, was a significant step below and with the price increase no longer represents reasonable value. Subway - you really should do better than this.

Ordered a delivery at 16:40. Arrived at 18:05 freezing cold. Absolutely atrocious and no way to call anyone to complain- only an online form. Don't order from here.

As a Vegan and I can here you say here we go,the staff were great but to see a sign for squealing pig sausage rolls was absolutely disgusting, the suffering those pigs go through majority in gas chambers burning from the inside out and to have a sign like that is sick,who ever thought of that idea is one sick individual, sort this out.

We had cod and chips x 3, £25. The service was good. However, the food was not as good as expected. The fish on all three portions was the thinnest piece of cod I have ever seen, about half a centimetre in depth and became even thinner towards the tail end with no flesh. The batter just about held the cod together, and it became difficult to separate the fish from the batter. Therefore, I gave in and the cat enjoyed it. The chips - thin and soggy. The polystyrene container was flimsy, couldn’t hold a portion of fish and chips without the fear of dropping the food.

The morons turned the touch screen ordering kiosks off and there was a huge queue. So stuff their scam prices, I won't waste my time. Place run by idiots.

Never been before and thought I’d try the drive thru. Sat waiting for 5 mins at the order point, then told someone would be with me in a minute. 10 minutes later still waiting. I just drove off and ate elsewhere. I will never return. Shut the drive thru if you cannot serve fast food or staff adequately. Whoever is running this place should be ashamed of themself.

The customer service was absolutely awful!! The two that popped out the most to us were Jean and Joseph. They didn’t pay any respect to us and acted like they had no clue what we were asking!! We are absolutely appalled with this behaviour !!

OK it's McDonald's so I'm not expecting it to be great, but once again I was left queuing for so long that the cars behind started to reverse out of the drive through. I finally reversed out to find the guy on the cash register chatting to his mate in his van while paying and not giving sod all consideration about the other 10+ cars waiting. This isn't the first time we've had crap service from here but it will be the last.

Don’t go in. Just terrible on all fronts. Ordered at self serve and they immediately marked as complete. I suppose to improve their metrics. Manager was just walking around aimlessly. Asked 3 times by different staff “number???”. Not even hello or anything. The place is filthy. Threw my food away. Was totally cold. Coffee was dreadful. Tasted like mouldy water. Hygiene was just not existent. Staff shouting across at each other and around me while I was waiting. Health inspector needs to pay a visit. None of those people in there should have jobs in hospitality. Don’t go in, go somewhere else.

glad to be able to get my order in 10 minutes before closing, staff were friendly and informative and very helpful even if they did look tired the cookies were good too. Many thanks.
