To much standing around doing nothing and not checking orders people waiting for no reason need to keep on the ball would help emencly

burnt the kitchen and stared at us weird, very uncomfortable experience, also started celebrating when the fire alarm went off, it also stunk of fish so bad i gagged.

ordered two hot drinks at the drive thru at the Eastern avenue restaurant,bloke at the speaker was very blunt. got to the first window to pay and he snatched the five pound note out of my wife's hand and then blunty said "next window". not the first time the same person has been like it. think the manager needs to give him some customer service training. visited 28/11/23 at 9am

Food was missing when I had it delivered and then the next day food was cold food was cold on the day before as well Coke was flat

charging for sauce, after spending £15 on two meals the staff would not give me one sweet curry dip… pathetic.

No milkshakes or ice cream at the Forches Mc D!!! So went over to Lidls to get my milkshake fix. Is there a shortage of milk? (N.B. Had a lovely milkshake at Roundswell McD last week.)

Refused to put Mayo on my burger … as it was not an option apparently…. Total joke Had to purchase another burger to get Mayo for the one I had already bought

Have to say I am a huge fan of Maccy Ds and this served up a great breakfast promptly, drive thru was super busy though but the friendly staff still seemed to manage. Spotlessly clean, nice place would use again when in town.

Second time i have been faced with a rude lady at the drive through. Short with lots of fake tan if this helps managment.

A worker known as Mathew speed was working. He did nothing wrong he's just very annoying. In fact he had a condescending tone towards customers and I watched him punt a toddler on shift

Staff who can’t get orders right then don’t like it when they are asked to correct the mistake. They then take that long to do that the rest of the order is cold. When asked to refund the whole order they make comments calling the customers “dick heads”. Even the manager was rude. This resulted in a meltdown by my autistic daughter. The staff then thought it was a good idea to belittle the disabled person by shouting down the queue that she was causing trouble - (or similar ) this made the disabled autistic person even more anxious and upset No idea how to treat customer complaints without being rude Ultimately they refunded £8.36 of a £13.45 order. I have written to head office and I am expecting at very least the rest of the refund owed

Again no shakes or ice cream, i dont care what excuse you make this time. You have an electronic sign before the drive through starts, display here you have no shakes/ice cream, then we dont have to wait to be told and then spen 10 mins in a cue when we dont want to order.

Cold food, equipment constantly breaking down, errors in orders and drive through is a joke being told to park up a wait for your food, Same for both Barnstaple Branches

Fast service. Lovely and clean restaurant. Friendly efficient staff. Our first visit to this particular restaurant but I was very impressed.

This is my local maccies, only a 5 minute walk from my house, even when you eat in the food is cold... I’ve seeen better quality beef burgers in an Iceland microwave burger and fries meal.... staff are very rude and just stare at you....

Quick service with correct order for once. It was a clean restaurant with pleasant staff members & plenty of parking outside
