Esperé más de 30 minutos en un restaurante prácticamente vacío para un mcmuffin de huevo singular. El personal de la cocina estaba caminando y parecía estar preparando comida, sin embargo, nada salía realmente de la cocina. El gerente comenzó a freír hachís de la nada a pesar de las crecientes colas. Después de una espera insoportable me dieron mi comida. Estaba a una fría ráfaga de viento de ser un café helado, esa cosa estaba más fría que una mañana de noviembre helada.

Este era un pedido de uber eats y después de un tiempo demasiado he decidido nunca usar esta tienda - que es nuestro local - para uber eats. mis hijas querían un mcdonals, yo no conduzco, agregué 2 hamburguesas con queso para mí que están en el recibo pero no llegaron. Esto ha sucedido al menos 3 o más veces en los últimos meses. Incluso llamé a la tienda la última vez y alguien me dijo que definitivamente son problemas con su tienda. Tratar de reclamar un reembolso a través de uber eats es demasiado difícil para mí, así que literalmente he gastado alrededor de £ 15 para los foos que nunca llegaron. Cuando esta tienda no está disponible y usamos tiendas más lejanas, esto no sucede, así que cambiaré esta tienda por pedidos en línea ya que son terribles. ¡alguien allí es incompetente o ladrón de forma regular!

Sorprendido de ver todas las malas críticas. Hemos estado en numerosas ocasiones y el personal es siempre amable y educado. Puede estar ocupado si las escuelas locales tienen deportes después de la escuela, etc., y es utilizado por muchos conductores de deliveryoo, pero en cualquier lugar puede tener momentos ocupados. Nunca hemos tenido mucho tiempo para esperar y las órdenes correctas y la comida caliente.

La única persona en la cola dijo que estacionara y le dieron bebidas dijeron que serían 10 minutos así que devolví las bebidas porque estaba caliente el hielo se habría derretido la chica que servía era grosera y me lo arrebató de las manos cuando llegó la comida se quejó a la chica g de que la señora era grosera ella dijo que no lo es y básicamente a través de la comida en mí trató de llamar a nadie contesta el número de atención al cliente se cobra a las 5 p. por minuto en la franquicia pero no te dirá quién es el dueño es una ruina

Shocking place staff next to useless serving food average 30 / 40 min wait every time. Order often wrong. Why is this place so slow. Don’t bother coming or even delivery as most delivery drivers leave without food and waiting too long. Useless

I’m in the restaurant right now with one other customer, so am effectively alone. I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes for my food because there is no staff up front. They’ve had to recook my order already because it was just sat there, and I’ve still not been given my food. Several people have left in anger because of the slow service. No excuse for this, no communication from staff. I’m sat here watching the manager put together orders of previous customers who have left. Management need help here I think!

My wife and I went in for lunch at 11am, we ordered a chicken wrap meal and a chicken sanwich meal on the touch screen for table service and sat down at a table to wait for our meals to come. After 15mins passed, our food was bought to us by the manager name Anna . But she said that the wrap was not ready and she will bring it later. I asume that it will only be few mins, but after another 15mins passed, I was still waiting for it to come.So I went up to the counter to ask when I will get my wrap, of course by now I have waited more then 30mins. I had to asked the manager many time when I will get my wrap, but she didnot reply, and so I had to get a refund. I was not given a reason or an apologie for the delay from her. We will not go back ever again, service has gone down the drain. It is a lost course.

This is probably one of the best McDonalds I’ve eaten at. Please ignore the ‘review’ about the cockroaches. Some children bought grass hoppers from petsathome. watched the kind manager pick them up and take out to the grass. I feel so bad for the staff

Went to go through the drive thru today 7th Oct,we were parked near the automatic entrance doors and there was a small group of kids just outside the door looking down and screaming there's cockroachs everywhere and sure enough there were!! So we reversed the car and made a quick exit,The cockroaches were big and crawling around everywhere by the door leading into the restaurant,disgusting.

Went threw drive threw and yet again get told to park up so while we were in pets at home waiting for food a member of staff running food comes out smoking handling food to people I went and reported to a manager she didn’t look shocked at all disgusting would not be returning the food is always wrong and always cold and always told to park in pets at home car park terrible should be shut down

Just seen a review on Bristol world and thought it was a bit harsh on the write up. Now this is used by most of the collage and school kids every day and think most of the reviews on here is by adults bored when they hit a busy period! Go ask the kids for that use it to leave some reviews and I’ll think the numbers will improve a lot! But Iv been using this Mc d’s for a while now and more recently since my daughter uses the collage next door. Iv only had to complain 2 times, once when my fries was Luke warm which they was replaced straight away and apologised and when they forgot an item during a rush. The staff are polite on the drive though, it clean a welcoming when Iv going inside too. I have noticed newer staff recently so that could be to the slight slowness,

went into branch for family day out and philipino manager was very rude shouting at staff shouting at customers throwing things i am disgusted by the fact that a big chain like McDonald's hiring teenagers would allow a manager like that to be screaming at teenagers so unprofessional band disgusting

slow service always asked to park up in neighbouring pet store no matter how small the order Manager seemingly indifferent when you complain. won't be coming back.

Never been to such a badly run restaurant as this one. Everyone was waiting at least 10 minutes (mine was 17). Food was cold. Poor customer service from start to finish. Never has milkshakes. Poor poor poor 👎

Received smashing customer service from chap called isac in brislington! Very happy and chatty, need more people like him in the world, he made my day!

Our wider family unit often gets a Maccie D's delivered via any number of outlets on most of our Sunday nights. However it has to be said, the store simply cannot seem to get an order right. Most of the time actually. Usually, it's the dips. This store is infamous for missing dips in the delivery but seeing as the dips are paid for as part of a McNugget meal, not to deliver them means part of the meal is missing. The dips are part of the experience. Tonight however we were missing dips and Halloumi Fries despite paying for them. Of course we went for a refund with the app, but the problem is this keeps happening and I wanted to highlight the issue because we're a bit fed up of it happening each week. The food is usually warm and well made but if something is always missing, it really ruins the experience. Maccie Ds, can you please take extra care to include the dips? Cheers.

Ordered meals for 6 people last Sunday (22 May) to be delivered via Uber from the Brislington branch on Bath Road. After over an hour of no delivery we drove to McD ourselves to register the complaint. The Manager dealt with the issue personally and confirmed it wasn't the first issue with this particular Uber driver and proceeded to provide the same order again. (Maybe the Uber driver has cottoned on to a good thing here with free meals especially as 6 of them 🤔). However, on arriving home found to be one meal short!!! .. so, complete farce ordering from here and will never risk ordering again!!

Ordered food through Uber eats, received the completely wrong order, tried contacting to resolve as didn’t necessarily want a refund, I was willing to go to the branch to get the right order, no one will answer the phone, been calling for half hour, not the first time this has happened

This is the worst McDonalds in the area. They are always running out of things, very slow at the drive thru and a lot of the time you can’t even eat in!! Also, the kids play area is never open.

McDonald’s Brislington are a joke! Ordered through Uber eats on a Sunday evening so not even a busy night, waited well over an hour and a half for my order, McDonald’s had the driver waiting 45 minutes! Order arrived and they have only sent half of it! Called the branch to get them to sort it out and spoke to Kieran who is supposedly the manager, wouldn’t do nothing! I have to contact Uber eats, even though it’s not their fault it is the stores! They won’t refund or send out the other half of the missing order. I asked for Kieran’s surname so I can include this in my complaint to McDonald’s head office but he wouldn’t give it to me, definitely sounds like a thing a manager wouldn’t do! So not only are they incompetent at simply sending food out, the person who is supposed to be the manger is very unprofessional and unhelpful and needs to go on a customer service course! Totally ruined our evening and all left still hungry!! Will be logging a complaint with McDonald’s head office!!

Had to order on a machine on entry which is fair enough - then came the wait. I had no 82 - no 83 got called as did 84 and 85. I could see a tray waiting behind the counter with what looked like my order with no drinks. So I called the girl across and asked her about it - she just started shouting at someone else saying she told them to deal with it! Seems it was waiting for chips and drinks. I asked them to get on with it and just let me have my order - the drive though orders were going out thick and fast - that isn't fair on the people eating in! Eventually I got the full order, I asked for ketchup and sugar for my coffee as it wasn't offered - I do object to be called 'my love' and 'my sweet' by a young girl who I don't know. Also, I saw her scratching her head then touching the food - DISGUSTING! You may be advertising for staff but you need to look at how the staff you do have are behaving.. There were loads working at this branch and they obviously could not organise themselves properly.

After are food being delivered there was no straws for two Drinks & no sauce for 20 chicken nuggets, two big mac burgers stone cold , soggy chips , didn't receive a mcflury i ordered coplete joke!! After calling Brislington Mcdonalds i asked to speek...

it is like house full with people in & no any room to stand in or sit, people are pushing pulling each other, very poor customer service. There are poor standards of health and safety and is risk of high levels of infection of all...

Went here to grab a quick lunch. The food was ok, the chips were a bit cold. Overall quite good value and good when you are in a hurry.
