The best restaurants serving Fast food food in South West

Honestly the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited over an hour for our food, everything was stone cold, no dips or straws. Ordered through deliveroo (poor rider was sat waiting at restaurant for over 20 mins) McDonalds couldn’t offer refund or new food and deliveroo only refunded £7 out of a £35 meal!!!! Not the first time this mcdonalds has been awful but defo the last time I’m ever ordering at this one!

Arrived in less 20 mins, and there were reaspns for this. Undercooked chips, Kebab swimming in sauce, to hide chewy siish

Will not be coming back here, foods cold also found a hair.... may aswell have got myself a £2 pizza from Tesco

Disgusting - tables dirty no staff willing to even wipe tables asked three times still not done Staff involvement to customer service is awful are they even trained to help customers . Customers pay there wages Won’t be going again

The worst Kentucky I’ve had for a long time I had a fillet twister. The wrap was brittle and hard. The cabbage stalk in the centre was hard to chew on the coleslaw, plus it only contained one small mini fillet no pride whatsoever in their food

This is the second time in a row we got stitched up. Two weeks ago ordered food with mushy peas. Pushy peas was off. Today we ordered 2 battered sausages, chips and pineapple fritter. Got home to find out we got 2 normal sausages instead of battered and also those 2 Sausages not only they are not what we ordered they also look like they were sitting in there forever. This is the last time We are eating here. Lady who answered the phone was lovely and apologised , she wanted me to pass me to the manager, but he wouldn’t speak to me. What a waste of money!!!!!!

Well what a piece of work the shift manager was! Courtney was her name!!! She is a disgrace to McDonald's! I ordered a drink as per usual which I believe was £3.20 so not a cheap drink, I asked very politely if she could put some more cream in it as there was hardly any and all I got was no! Either have the drink as it is or a refund......I said it won't hurt you to squirt a bit more on please! No take it or a refund!! Well talk about awful customer service!!! Won't be going back there.....

Great coffee and friendly staff. Good priced breakfast that was very tasty and the restaurant was nice and clean inside.

Asked by member of staff to wait in one of the bay’s waited twenty minutes for our order possible we would of waited longer if we hadn’t asked member of staff were the order was eventually came out couldn’t eat much as cold and cold coffee this has happened twice that’s why I’m writing this review now

When chairs are moved very noisy could have better furniture. Food ok chips are still the best double cl still really good. Just very noisy

Fui dos veces a este McDonald’s dos veces para pedir una hamburguesa de pollo comida más grande y las papas fritas faltaban. Intenté de nuevo más tarde para pedir una comida de envoltura de barbacoa y la envoltura faltaba. Renunciar completamente a McDonald’s y simplemente usar la camioneta de kebab por el club de fútbol. Por lo menos tienes tu comida entonces. Evite este lugar a toda costa e ir a otro lugar. Traté de llamar para avisarles y no tuve respuesta alrededor de las 7 pm 3 veces.

The cleanliness of the restaurant actually reflects badly on the rest of Bristol airport which is pretty good to be honest. Crumbs and dirt over the seats, tables and walls. If it’s like this in the public facing areas you are left worrying about the bits you can’t see.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the country. Always a long wait, poor service and often your order is wrong. Tonight was the last straw: ❌Very long wait +20mins ❌Terrible service, number shouted then no acknowledgement when collecting, witness another customer literally being shout at by a manager that they never put extra cheese in when the burger is made even when the customer selects it on the app ❌And the order was wrong, cheese box instead of chicken selects, only noticed by the time I was home🤦🏼‍♂️

Entrega para mí y dos Los niños que son diversos cuando se ordena dijo que tardará entre 15 minutos a media hora en llegar aquí al final. Esperamos más de una hora y 50 minutos para que la entrega llegara aquí para que estuviera mal. Llamamos a Uber eat y no fueron muy serviciales dijeron bien saben que la independencia puede ordenarlo y yo dije bueno puedo hacer una queja oficial y dije oh perdón por no poder hacer eso, así que he tratado de contactar a McDonald’s ya que todo el pedido completo estaba mal con lo que originalmente pedimos, así que no solo tenemos comida fría, tenemos el pedido equivocado y parece que no puedo comunicarme con nadie para hacer una queja oficial. Además, su formulario de comentarios tampoco funciona en el sitio web

“Worst KFC experience I’ve had in 30 years. The chicken was extremely greasy, the portion of chips was tiny, and out of the four pieces of chicken, three were just legs — absolutely ridiculous. The food here is a complete insult. Save your money and eat elsewhere
