McDonald's in Swindon

The customer service was absolutely awful!! The two that popped out the most to us were Jean and Joseph. They didn’t pay any respect to us and acted like they had no clue what we were asking!! We are absolutely appalled with this behaviour !!

We always get a McDonalds on a Friday evening from the Orbital branch. We order on the app, and pick it up in the drive thru. 9 times out of 10 there is something wrong, usually missing. We have complained to McDonalds several time, to no avail. Looking back on these reviews, it looks as though there have been similar complaints for several years. Nothing is done. The management must be to blame. We will have to go elsewhere.

They tried to call the police on me because I asked how to use the mc Donald’s app this stupid lady will not tell me how to use the app I’m never going here again

This review is purely about Rowan. The overall McDonalds here is hit n miss from cold, luke warm, missing items, BUT this is about today's service - 19/12/23. I used the drive thru and placed my order. The person on the other end (I now know to be called Rowan) was so friendly and happy! I would never review something like this normally, but he was absolutely full of energy! Well done to him, made a dull rainy morning more cheerful, and with how the economy is and peoples attitudes, it was a breath of fresh air. Good work.

As soon I walked into McDonald’s the cleaner was stood chatting to a friend or family member and then after I placed my order I sat down and the cleaners (worker) friend/family sat near me and they spent the whole 30 minutes chatting in their own language, I just wanted to have a peaceful lunch without the worker stood next to my table
