Burger King in Cheltenham

Don’t go in. Just terrible on all fronts. Ordered at self serve and they immediately marked as complete. I suppose to improve their metrics. Manager was just walking around aimlessly. Asked 3 times by different staff “number???”. Not even hello or anything. The place is filthy. Threw my food away. Was totally cold. Coffee was dreadful. Tasted like mouldy water. Hygiene was just not existent. Staff shouting across at each other and around me while I was waiting. Health inspector needs to pay a visit. None of those people in there should have jobs in hospitality. Don’t go in, go somewhere else.

Blue light discount refused, but clearly says valid from Sunday to Friday, on app and today is Friday, feel conned and ripped off I won’t be returning.

Great lunch options and wanted to go back to this one to see if it had improved from first experience, was very pleased to see was clearly managed much better nice clean restaurant friendly team and fast service food was great too!

Touch screen ordering that doesn't work, rude staff, FILTHY tables and floor, cold food. Just vile. Avoid this dump.

100years old and cold and hard like a stone onion rings and half of the order missing from our take away bag always cold and not fresh food witch is strange because the restaurant is always empty staff just walk around so you expect with hot and fresh food but is not that!!!!!

Ordered a Burger King meal via Deliveroo, whom I cannot fault as they were polite and on time. However, the Burger King meal was less that appetising. It was cold and very dry, to the point I could hardly swallow the small mouthful I took. The flavour was unremarkable and I found it hard work to chew on what really did taste and feel like cardboard. They gave me some free onion rings… I didn’t want onion rings so the freebie was never going to make the meal any tastier or easier to eat. It went straight into the bin and my thoughts on ordering again from this restaurant is highly unlikely! Very poor value for money.

Ordered of the Deliveroo app, missing items, cold and had items which we said to remove!! asked for no cheese and they gave it us when we have Dietry requirements not very good

late delivery due to driver given wrong address 3.08 miles in opposite direction plus driver did not get paid for this drive out of his way when meal arrived it was stone cold and disgusting

Odd when you get a better experience ordering through just eat then inside the store itself. Having previously ordered a bacon cheeseburger online and asked to remove the cheese (how hard is it to get a bacon burger) and received this no problem its really odd to use the self service machines and not have this option. Try and ask the staff behind the counter who just inform you they dont take orders and you have to use the machines. Some regular hamburgers and chicken fries later I was no longer hungry and the food is nice, just a shame you cant be more flexible

Dirty tables floor chairs ,touch screen dirty, lots of staff just Dirty place , had burger hope would not have been poisoned. Should be shot down, will inform the food and hygiene. Shame can't give -

Bloody awful. Thanks to the stone cold burgers twice taken back. Rude staff with a below poor attitude towards customer service. Thank you also for me pucking my guts up and having dheli belly this morning. Seriously considering forwarding this to the hse and foods hygiene Council. Sod the partial refund. Stay well away from this place!

Popped in hoping to have some nice burgers. First order came out and both burgers were stone cold so went back to be cooked again. Second attempt and guess what?? Cold again and looked like my burger had been sitting for hours. My partners burger also wasn’t what he ordered. Back to the counter again to complain and some staff members were rude and sneery! Managed to get half money back but it left a nasty taste in the mouth from the experience and the awful cold, over cooked meat!! Will not be returning or ordering from them again!! Rip off for such poor, disgusting food alongside no customer service and rude staff!!!

Staff are as unfriendly as they get and I feel 14 chips in my meal deal burger is insulting - everything is just Luke warm and so much worse than when they were at the previous site and the then manager managed

visited end august time the food was very nice but not very hot or it would of been excellent had to take fries back . wich they changed no problem .the buger was also not very warm .but will give it another try .as hot it would of been great

Went there on Sunday 11th of July 2021, I found the chap behind the counter not sure if he was a manager or just a jobsworth, a short stumpy chap with a slight body odour came across extremely rude to my daughter after she refilled her cup at the soft drinks machine only to shout its not refillable machine, she was extremely upset due to his unprofessional and aggressive manner, I then replied if it's not a refillable machine then you should put up a sign to let customers know of this, I've never experienced such rudeness in a fast food establishment. Extremely disappointed and let down what should be a happy experience
