Second visit to BK exe bridges, first visit was disappointing as i ordered to take out and the staff got the order wrong and failed to complete the order - completely missing out items. Thought I would give the venue benefit of the doubt by popping in again this week, only to experience the same issue. So so frustrating when you order for family ( children) and they fail to complete the order, which meant someone had to go without. The staff seemed to show a “blasé” approach to their responsibilities - non attentive and lacking the pro-active attitude required for their role. Frustrating thing was, it wasn’t at all busy. Come on BK - look at the order list and “check it twice” Merry Christmas ……

their manager is very rude and very dirty, very rude to customers, I do not recommend at all I complained about their filth, if you don't like it, don't come again, he said, I loved a burger king, but I won't go to any of them in the united kingdom anymore

went there at 10am while being high with my friends. The food was amazing as hit the spot as I got the munches. Food didn't take that long, and the staff was alright as they had to deal with us off are face.

Visited on Saturday 13th evening, restaurant (for take out) not very busy. Staff did not know what they were doing, had trouble putting items in a bag and giving to customers that had been waiting for an hour or so for food. Food coming out at a pace of one per every 5-10 mins. All were confused, the same as the shift supervisor who was generally hiding at the back as appeared clueless in how to run the restaurant. I spoke to one person who had been waiting 70 mins and very annoyed. Many leaving and many were just turning away when others were saying ‘don’t bother’ or ‘the wait is an hour’. Absolutely astonishing service from a brand new BK who should have had thorough training for all staff and be monitored and managed within early stages of opening They were reluctant to speak to customers due to many complaints about the wait for food. I waited an hour, asked twice about my order that came up on the board as being prepared and then disappeared from the board the same as All my friends and others that were stood waiting. Eventually, someone went over to a bag in the centre ( there was many just waiting there with labels), felt a couple of burgers to see if they were warm, that had been sitting prepared for at least half an hour, said to their colleague ‘will these be ok?’ put them in the bag and gave me my food, I complained that the food had been sitting there, no acknowledgement and they just turned around and went back to standing around in the centre, with at least 5 other staff. Crazy start to a new restaurant (business) - these are not teething problems, Would have been better to have kept it closed and opened when staff are fully trained and can deliver a good service, rather than get a bad reputation from the word go.
