The best restaurants serving Fast food food in North East

I ordered a takeaway end of july, i got the deal so two sandwiches for £22 i used uber eats, once this came it was only one order not two of the same. I requested a refund to which it said my order was not eligible as i did receive my order… even though this wasn’t complete. I called the store who said that if i was happy to do so the next time i ordered they would send two if i pay for one. Since they were footlongs anyway myself and my partner shared the meal and didn’t think any more of it. We went on out holiday for three weeks and having been back around two we remembered we could order our subway. We chose to do this, called the store before ordering to confirm this was still ok to be told by a woman this was still fine. I placed the order and with no option to leave a note i called again, to be mocked and even laughed at by a man that said it’s been a long time and i can’t do this- terrible customer service. If your staff fail to deal with customer complaints inefficiently then they’re probably only learning from the poorly mannered man that dealt with me. Nothing more to say on this store except, manage your store better, provide a better service and don’t be a dick

Absolutely useless store, get parked up for happy meals all the time.

Both Parmo and pizza were good but chips disappointed. Would love to see French fries instead of a mediocre chippy chip 🤷🏻‍♂️

AWFUL ,KIDS LOITERING AND RUNNING IN AND OUT ,FOOD COLD ,TABLES AND FLOORS A MESS , WAS OVERCHARGED , SURELY TRADING STANDARDS SHOULD SEE WHAT YOU GET IS NOT WHAT IS ON THE PICTURE MENU,

The people were nice to me which is contrary to the other reviews. It is a Burger King in a train station so set your expectations in advance. The whopper tasted like a whopper. No complaints.

Asda Gosforth Bad Service at Asda Gosforth Kiosk Very bad customer service by the staff at the kiosk on the right hand side upon entering the store. The lady at the kiosk should be fired as rude responses to questions about collections and returns and bad attitude and not helpful at all. The customer service is gone downhill. Shocking compared to what the previous staff who used to man the kiosk

I ask for no salad. end up with salad on everything. I ask for no mayo. wad coverd in mayo. and came cold. last time I order

awful do not order from here. This is the second time I have had to send food back because the delivery driver must just through it around non of the topping was on top on the pizza. also they don't mark your food as delivered so you can't to on to request your money back as the only option available is to cancel and of you cancel your order just eat policy is they getting 100% of your money so do not order

Awful!! We went in at 1055 and placed our breakfast order at 1100. Our order eventually came out at 1132 (fast food - not) and two items were completely wrong. Asked for them to be corrected and told they stopped serving breakfast at 1130!!!! Plenty staff on duty being very poorly manged! Won't be back!

Best maccies breakfast I’ve ever had and I’ve had a fair few!! Everything was hot and fresh, the egg was cooked absolutely perfect compared to the usual rubber ones which I often take out because they’re so overdone. The egg drip on my jumper was welcomed ! Spot on breakfast .. cheers guys.

Paid £17 for freezing cold food. My partner went to the drive thru and came home (which is a stone throw away) and the full items especially the chips were absolutely disgusting. Clearly not fresh fast food as stated!! I have give this mcds far too many chances so wont be spending my money here again

Chips are always cold, stale and undercooked. Been through the drive thru numerous times and orders have been wrong. this specific mcdonalds is crap and needs management.

I like this mcdonalds staff are great and foods nice but the thing that ruins it is the no under 18s in after 4pm like i literally get to mcdonalds at 3.54 and the security guard refused to let me in like its not okay like you should atleast make it until 5pm

We stopped by here to get some drinks whilst the car was on charge. It's your typical mcdonalds, nothing fancy. We ordered at the machine so no really interaction with staff other than to go up and collect our drinks order.
