Subway in Stockton-on-Tees

Review for Portrack lane (as I can't find where else to post it) I found a sticker in my sub and to make matters worse Deliveroo who I ordered through were unwilling to help.

This is a review for the Portrack Lane site. We visited today for an early lunch and I was impressed by the choice with lots of availability on pretty much everything (I overheard someone ask about gluten-free bread which wasn't available however.) We had delicious hot sandwiches, topped up with lots of fresh salad; red peppers, sweetcorn and olives being my favourite new additions. They also have my favourite sauces back - sweet onion and also sweet chilli. It's not cheap but still okay value we think. We had 2 foot long meals with drinks from machine and cookies and it came to around £16 to eat in.

called here on recomendation of locals in nearby pub and was very impressed food was spot on and staff were all very pleasant well worth a vist if in the area

Brilliant service ,lovely friendly staff , good healthy food options , staff always know what we want .

My god never met such dopey people had to repeat my order 5 times atleast and even though 2 staff there and wasn’t busy at all had to ask to clean our own table, toilet dirty also

I dropped in tonight as visiting the area and did not fancy eating in a noisy pub Tec. Checked reviews and there were only a handful and most were not great but seemed to refer to one male member of staff and I could see there was a female staff serving so came on in. Place is clean and tidy, wee Hanah (as it turns out) is a tiny ball of smiles and energy, very much enjoying great service and we'll prepared food. Adding this place to my Go to list for next time I'm in the area.

Foot long rolled in paper so it was all squash together beef one had a piece hard meat in it then put in rolled up so tight all Squeeze together went in to bin first and last visit

Stopped by on a Lunch Time, and service was very slow asked for a coffee with my sandwich (meal deal) and was told unavailable no milk or something they said, food was ok but the fillings are just slapped in sandwich, a person in front of myself in que asked for the food to be spread out in the bread the staff sort of did it then just looked at the customer.

a couple of times a week for early coffee and breakfast subway,, staff always friendly and generally efficient.. no problems here .. i will keep using

After a bad experience months ago i decided to give the store 1 more try worsed thing i ever did i ended up telling em to keep my sandwich and walked out the guy who made my sandwich put it in the cooker then walked away to chat to his friend i was left stood there for 10 mins when i confronted him about the he told me to wait he was too busy yet he was talking about playing on the computer with friends what the hell 15 mins waited all together and still never got my sandwich dont go here its the dirtyiest store ive ever been in the staff are rude and not interested in what there doing very poor and when i complaind to management never even got a responce pathetic porr customer services

The young guy brought the bins back into the store didn't wash his hands then started getting gloves to prepare our sandwiches. I Han to ask him to go and wash his hands first and use new gloves.

Omg what is the deal with this subway having bad customer service and not having half the stock in for them to make sandwichs. 5 days in a row ive been here and still no meat balls. Ask to speak to the manager and the member of staff just pushed me to one side and started talking to some one outside the store. Bad customer service even badder quilty.

Usual Subway fixtures and fittings, as well as the standard Subway menu. A couple of meal deals and we were on our way, we used the one on Portrack lane, the place could do with a bit of a tidy as the tables are wobbly to the extent that if you lean on them your food slides off! Would use again

Came in today with my boyfriend as he normally loves subway got served by a girl called shannon took forever to make his sandwich my partner had to repeat numerous times what he wanted on his sandwich then she didn't ask if he wanted any sauce and wrapped his sandwich up before he had chance to pull her think you need to take more steps in training your staff will not be using this shop nomore so thanks to the staff a 5.00 meal got thew away mite as well of just flushed the money down the toilet would of been quicker .

Subway portrack is the place to get subway! Such fantastic staff always happy and helpful to discuss what subs are on offer and what deal is best for what sandwich your after. Nikki and her girls work hard and the shop is always spotless and always have plenty of salad fillings and bread . Other subways have been in seem to run out of stock all the time and are dirty. Keep up the good work X

always get what we expect from this subway shop, friendly efficient staff, served quick with no messing around , can recomend for a sarnie anytime.

Food is fine. Had issues with them in past but hardly use them now. If I'm hungry and have no other choices, I will buy from there. You can choose your own sandwich, just ask what the offers are first
