The best restaurants serving Fast food food in South Tyneside North East

Phoned an order in for school for 14 of us the day before. Went to pick it up and it was all ready for us to collect. Staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful. Order was all correct and staff loved it and said the best they've had in a long time and it was all still hot and everything fresh. We would definitely be ordering from there again. Thank you

cold food sausage rock hard fish soggy chips taste like cardboard took over an hour to deliver and got sent to the wrong address and had to ring back to get our food never getting food there again its called fast fry but should be called fast fried twice slow slow delivery

They don't read 'notes' for all they knew I could have been allergic to mushrooms!

Food came on time but was cold, it would have been a lovely takeaway if it was warm

The food used to be delicious, but now it's terrible. I usually order pizza, wraps, and doner kebabs, but the quality has really declined. The customer service is also very poor—they act like we're coming for free food.

This has got to be the worst customer service ever! the staff need trained properly! I ordered a sandwich which wasn’t correct straight away I rang the store to change this they told me with the price difference the can’t change it (the sandwich I wanted was cheaper) I would have to go through Uber so I did on Uber it states to ring the store so I rang back and the lady said to me to give her ten minutes and she would speak to her manager to change it and ring back, she never rang back and instead sent the order out I am appalled by the service

Went to platform 33/The Rattler for carvery and didn't let us down, generous portions, well cooked food, lovely staff.

£18 for a Donner kabab and a portion of chips. I was asked if I wanted salad on my kabab, which I did. Didn't bother putting the salad on though. So kabab meat and chips for £18.

Staff are always very pleasant and helpful, quick service and good portions.

Absolute disgrace, never going back everything i tried to order we haven't got none, stay well clear, staff looked scruffy and picking there pants out there arse infront of the drive through window, place needs closed

Just finished our subway breakfast & as always it was perfect.My son & I have adhd. & autism and we like our food done exactly the same each time.Luckily Faye always remembers how we like it and does it perfectly every time,She always makes us feel very welcome and is a huge credit to subway.

Been over a year since I have dined at this establishment. I fondly remembered and yearned for another one of the succulent spicy vegetable wraps! Unfortunately, if I wait another year for my next one, it will still be too soon! I am educated enough to know that an onion is a vegetable, but I didn't expect it to be the only vegetable present in the driest wrap known to mankind. I expect a gallon of water should suffice to return my mouth to a quenched state. Very disappointing as my previous experience here was nourishing to say the least! An off day for the chef or maybe the staff forgot to go to the green grocers, who knows?! The next time I think about ordering from here I may just eat a hand full of sand, this way I will be just as satisfied and save myself the money and heartache at the same time! I also cant understand how onion bhajis and garlic sauce is classed as spicy? All in all, my night has been a fruitless endeavour and what a waste of calories! Do better!

How can you miss an entire meal off an order for delivery? They managed to this twice now. So you have to order the meal separately and wait for it to be delivered. Food is often cold when delivered, fries half full and drinks cups were empty on one occasion. Staff are absolutely useless compared to other macdonalds I’ve been to, such a shame.

We fancied a change so thought a lovely family meal/takeaway from Dixy Chicken! Never again!!! We ordered a family meal to which 1 pizza was missing. Chicken tasted undercooked! All the other food was cold. When the missing pizza turned up 30mins later, this was also cold. Will never be ordering from here again! Absolute waste of money!
