The best restaurants serving Fast food food in North East

On a short trip to Teesside and decided to stay in Sedgfield for a few days. Needing access to Stockton-on-Tees and swayed by the varied choices of food outlets and Pubs/Restaurants in Sedgefield. First choice was Sedgefield Fisheries who offer a wide range of food and offer delivery. Went for a Parmo and chips . Easy to order online or go old school and pick up the phone to get through to a very friendly team to take your order. Arrived piping hot , delivered by a very friendly positive guy. My my my . I have had parmos in the past but the flavours and texture was fantastic . It was substantial to say the least. It filled a pizza box with the chips hanging on for dear life. BBQ sauce sitting in the corner. It was a good price and I would say it was enough for two people easily. If you are in the area then give these people a look you won't be dissapointed.

We tried the chilli burgers from the menu (technically my new favourite burger now after trying once 😂) we got vanilla milkshakes which sadly were like warm milk, I asked the lad why the milkshakes looked like that, he apologised (it was warm so milkshakes weren't coming out properly) he gave us a refund and said to keep milkshakes (I did have a sip but they went in bin as were gross) We got a fillit of fish for midnight, he only had a bite but had diarrhea by the time we got home 😱 quite expensive considering we got it without a bun for him, was same price as 2 double chilli burgers 🤨. We used our refund to get mc flurrys, Darren had smarties and I got the apple cake one (Darren liked his, mine was amazing!) I like unusual tasting things and thought was delicious 😋. I could've gave them a worse rating, but the staff were kind, the chilli burgers were delicious as was the ice cream.

The attitude of the workers and staff if this place is absolutely abysmal, they do not care about anything that goes on In this place , the wait times for " fast food " is shocking , you get served quicker in spoons... the managers are lazy , incompetent and clearly do not want to be there which reflects down onto the staff. Good luck to anybody paying with cash as it'll take 20 mins for any body to come to the front desk to take your money, absolutely shocking experience all around, ya better off going to another McDonald's

Foods always nice but drivers need to learn how to close the gate, asked and got ignored.. even give the little dude a tip

Food was awful, the chicken burger was dry and the kebab meat tasted cheap and was greasy, the decor looked like it hadn't been updated (or cleaned) since the 80s! Only glimmer of hope was that the service was okay! I will be avoiding this place at all costs, I only went there because I had a drink, won't make that mistake again!

Paid £4.19 for a mcplant, waited for around 20 mins, order never arrived, threw ticket over counter.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Just had an order for family both pizzas burnt to bits I mean black crispy burnt. How they thought it was acceptable blows my mind. This is my 4th order since new opening and been very disappointed every single time. Definitely will not be back to give them my money.

Myself,wife and 3 young kids went to eat in. WOW I think there was more food on the floor and tables than what was in our order. 4 people behind the counter(1 working and 3 talking). Our table was dirty and it was like a ice rink getting to it because we were standing on chips on the floor,our table was on the left and there was a bin next to it which was overflowing that much of rubbish that people were stacking their empty boxes on top of something else. Obviously with rubbish you get flies so we were eating using one hand while fighting the flies away with the other hand. I think the health inspector needs to have another visit as that hygiene sticker that's in the window is either fake or the last inspector was blind when he give them that many stars. I think we will try another fish shop next time we visit redcar as this one just isn't up to standards when it comes to hygiene. My wife has the photos on her phone.

Brilliant service and food was very nice and tasty and value for money great for kids meals would definitely recommend would definitely pick over any other fast food restraint

The gentleman who served us was friendly and attentive. They didn't have any meatballs though! Had to settle for a chicken tikka instead, was still very tasty.

You just can’t go wrong! Fresh out the North Sea, straight into subway for jacobs footlong 10/10, see you again
