Subway in Sunderland

The gentleman who served us was friendly and attentive. They didn't have any meatballs though! Had to settle for a chicken tikka instead, was still very tasty.

Got my delivery and I don't think they even follow what is on the order as I ordered a veggie delite with no tomatos. I got tomatos and a veggie paty which I didn't ask for. A friend of mine got a tuna and cheese sub and they didn't toast it after they asked for it toasted honestly follow the order sheet it does wonders.

Normally you know what to expect from Subway. You would expect friendly staff, half-decent food and some seating. The staff here weren't particularly friendly. They didn't look like they wanted to be there. They also had a phone or something playing explicit music when a couple with a small child were eating nearby.

Love the veggie Pattie Italian footlongs with extra pickle & sweet onion sauce. Staff are lovely and friendly and very quick at service

Been here everyday every week, breakfast and dinner. Met a new friend called Nick. Kind gentleman and really fun to talk to. Great food as always and the venue is clean and tidy.

No había ningún motivo evidente por qué este establecimiento será un sucio como estaba. Todo el mundo de las ocho mesas estaba cubierta de pruebas de los huéspedes anteriores. El suelo estaba cubierto de detritus. Las normas están bien debajo bajo en este lugar. Se enorgullece de su trabajo y de hecho sus clientes.

When in town alone best place for me to have a light lunch always a 6" but told the salads are gorgeous nice hot cup of tea with it keeps me satisfied

I have eaten in various branches of Subway and have often found them disappointing in the UK. This branch was one of the better ones I have tried. Service was very helpful and friendly. The bread was fresh and the full length sub vegetarian with flavoured cheese, fresh salad and jalapenos was delicious. I would definitely come here again for a sandwich at very reasonable prices.

I went in to the subway to get a 6" meatball marinara at around 5pm there was one young woman behind the counter called phoebe. She had injured her hand whilst cutting tomatoes and had been forced to call a manager to help her. She did her best to serve with one hand but the resultant sandwich was unavoidably sub standard. After 15 minutes a manager arrived stayed for maybe 5minutes then left phoebe alone in the shop again. 5/5 for phoebe but 1/5 for the experience. Having another staff member on shift should be a priority.

popped in yesterday,friendly staff, six inch meatball marinara sub on brown toasted with spicy cheese and jalapenos and lettuce all fresh and very very tasty, quick service from very friendly staff

Very good customer service at your store from Nathan, I got given so much help from him. Better then the customer service I've had at the same store by other stuff, very pleased with my visit today.

subway is quite well priced and have a wide range of a selection to eat. not only do they serve hot/cold sandwiches, they also do extras such as nachos and salads, I think the majority of people could enjoy subway and highly recommend this fast food restaurant.

If this is the subway opposite to poundland it is awful! Try to avoid going to this one and go to the one opposite the market because this one is terrible, staff seem miserable and unprofessional, never ask if the amount they put on is enough and its seriously the worst sandwiches from any subway ive ever had, when you are paying 4 pound odd for a sandwich you actually want the worthy amount in your sandwich! Would not recommend Just to emphasise, this is the first complaint ive ever made in my life about anywhere cos it was that bad.

The was no baby changing in the toilet so I was then forced to change my daughter on the toilet floor. There was no bin in the bathroom either which meant I had to then carry a soiled nappy through the restaurant :/ food was okay but there was no capri sun's for the kids meal either. Service was fine

Been to subway many times and you always know what you are going to get. The food is to a good standard and staff are always friendly and helpful.

I find that subway can differ greatly on the day, my last visit was a disappointment, stood waiting for service for a good five minutes as the staff chatted and carried on the back, then when I did get served I found the staff member unfriendly and unapproachable.
