Courier was at the restaurant for 40+ mins according to app, no one answered my calls and then my food turns up 40 mins after the restaurant had closed ofc food was absolutely cold.

MY FOOD WAS TOTALLY RUINED BY THE DRINK IT THAT WAS DELIVERED WITH MEAL. EVERY LAST BIT OF IT QAS INEDIBLE...YOU HAD ONE JOB....NOT HAPPY💯

The McDonald's on King's Road, London is the worst one I've ever been to! It didn't look like they had enough staff. Service was very slow. The tables were very dirty. Every single bin was overflowing that much that they'd been brought out of their secure area. Customers just left their rubbish on the tables as the bins were full. The pièce de résistance was the state of the toilets. The floor was wet and dirty. The actual toilet itself was chipped and looked like it needed to be replaced. I ended up just holding it in. It was that bad! Staff didn't particularly look stressed and didn't look too bothered about the way they handed the food to customers. The self-service machine didn't work properly. I chose the option to sit in...staff gave me a takeaway bag anyway. There was no real care on their faces. It looked like they were just over it. It was really busy as well and we all had to wait some time. I'm not expecting Michelin Star restaurant service from McDonald's, but this was just appalling.

Food was delivered in good quality and nice and hot. Thank you.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time using this establishment and the 2nd or 3rd time it has disappointed. The cooking oil is in need of changing and it appears that unsold chips are being refried with fresh chips (how many times who knows?) and subsequently half the chips are just about edible (if you like the taste of old oil) and the other half are rock hard and like trying to consume small stones or pebbles. I understand that its a difficult time with rising costs but cutting the bottom line at the expense of quality is not the way to prop up a business and reviews like this can't be helpful but just damaging. There is another fish and chip shop further down Main Rd and will try them next time.

Walked in and ordered my food (no problem) whilst waiting I watched the man that served me casually walk up to the bin and spitt into it, he then just casually wiped his hand across his beard and mouth before making the other customers burger and handle money without any attempt to wash his hands, Another member of staff came out from the back and also preceeded to wipe his gloved hand across his mouth before handling food and Another member of staff was walking around the back of the shop bear foot where the food is prepared, I won't use this place anymore as the staff hav have no idea about basic hygiene.

COMPRADORES CUIDADO. Compra una hamburguesa cruda de calidad insatisfactoria a tu riesgo. Compré una hamburguesa pidiendo que estuviera bien hecha, me dijeron que todas las empanadas están cocinadas. Me dieron una hamburguesa con potencial de intoxicación alimentaria si me la hubiera comido. P sentí algunos calambres estomacales, pero gracias a Dios no estaba borracho y había comido esa hamburguesa de lo contrario puede que no haya dado la oportunidad de escribir esta crítica. Manténgase alerta o mejor aún ALEJARSE DE CINCO CHICOS. Se niegan a reembolsar mi dinero. Su atención al cliente es del 0 %

Food is good but staff unfortunately is VERY VERY RUDE and unhelpful , namely the Tottenhambranch. Had a very bad experience with a female staff on duty evening shift 12/06/23 Not the 1st experience of on bad customer service from the Tottenham branch
