El viernes 22 de noviembre alrededor del 22. 55 Un miembro muy amable del equipo , joven con excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente, me reemplazó el té porque era un momento muy ocupado en el restaurante y debido a los pedidos que tardaban más en recogerse mi té se había enfriado un poco Me di cuenta de que era extremadamente agradable amable y disculparse con una sonrisa cálida hacia todos los clientes a pesar de lo estresante que fue para él en este período excepcionalmente ocupado. Creo que este joven merece un ascenso, sería un excelente gerente.

Disfruto de Chopstix en cada visita, los chicos detrás del mostrador son amables y tienen buenas bromas. La comida es bastante fresca la mayor parte del tiempo, aunque obviamente no puede ser así todo el tiempo. Recomiendo las Gambas de Chile Dulce, el Pollo a la Sal y la Barbacoa Coreana como ingredientes de sabor.

14 year old daughter treated terribly. Card declined through no fault of her own. She got her purse out to pay with cash and server just shouts out her to leave. Made her feel like she was a criminal. Would she have done that to an adult. I thought not until I read some reviews about this Sutton branch. I will not be using it.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, I had enjoyed my sandwich that I had got with a cold sparkling water.

Getting a bit of feed up of the service at Macdonlads generally. It's meant to be a fast food restaurant and having ordered from the app, table service or drive thru it has taken us about 15 minutes on average to get our food.

Dry good service and polite staff

It's a small spot for chicken and grills in general. Have affordable and quick meals up for grabs but the meals are prepared on request so you would have to wait for a few minutes. They have people trooping in and out and because its affordable and a good size, they have regular visitors. The attendants are friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely recommend because they saved me paying alot for meals. Meals are all fried though if you're on a diet.

AWFUL PLACE. Staff are RUDE!!! Service is slower than a snail!!! They put your orders on the till counters then leave it there ten minutes whilst waiting on chips so everythings stone cold The worst burger king ive ever tasted!!!!!

I normally go to the Chicken cottage in South woodford but saw this when i went leyton for something and tried it... VERY DISSAPPOINTED. Not only is much more expensive the strips were an utter JOKE!! literally the size of French fries hardly any meat on them! The fries themselves were also not fresh n very hard n not nice to eat. The worst thing wasnt even my food - i saw the asian guy near the back PICK SUM FOOD ITEM HE DROPPED ON THE FLOOR AND PUT IT BACK ON THE FOODSTAND !!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Since its new i thought it would be worth a try but this was a Major Flop!! AVOID THIS PLACE! TERRIBLE FOOD AND OVERPRICED

Ordered through user eats bbq ribs and Frank's hot ribs , they came burnt , stale and with no meat on them. Some mediocre chips with hot dogs. I'm really shocked that I paid £50.00 plus for This. The quality of food has gone out of the window nowadays , I wander is it worth even ordering as no love , passion, or care has been taken to prepare this as you can see below dehydrated, stale and burnt ribs.

It's a Macdonald's, so that's all you can expect. I've bought takeaways on three occasions this year that I've taken home, only to then find the order is incorrect, or some items are missing. The worst, or best, depending on your angle, was a chicken burger with no chicken inside. I now check everything before leaving the restaurant, which shouldn't be necessary. Other than that it's all good.
