Mcdonald's Restaurants in City of London, Westminster

Waiting in there puts you off your food and makes you feel sick. I have been in there a few times but not anymore it’s unbearable. There is one guy who works the shop floor and he absolutely stinks of body Oder. Completely put me off my food. A manager from the shop surely should have a word with him

Chips were burnt and overcooked which seems to be a trend at this Mcdonalds. Whats the point of ordering a meal when you won't eat the fries?

On recent travels, we stopped at McDs for breakfast! The oatmeal was great and only 99p. English Muffin was also 99p. Definitely a great place for breakfast, that is quick, cheap and very satisfying.

Service is shocking! Received the wrong food, approached worker to be ignored. Workers pulling faces as we try and address the issue. Asked for the manager to receive the same poor service. DONT recommend. Paid for extra pickles and received normal amount.

The food was terrible. The bun was rock hard and the cheese had melt and reset. Looks like it had been waiting under the heat lamp for sometime The coke was flat. I think it’s because they don’t use enough Syrup. So the gas can’t hold in the liquid and escape.

10 years customer and delivery driver around words France , uk , USA never have or hear bad word ( racist) by staff To day I was treated by shift manager ( Daniel) really bad And not respectful, as he should be front line that’s mean face of company + that we are still in lock down and all shop need to respect distance , but there U can find 8 to 9 customer between them 2 feet distance Waiting inside .

Order from them two Burgers and a chicken strip meal. They marked my order as delivered they haven’t called text or ring the bell. I tried to contact them via just eat or their direct phone. Their line was busy. We are isolating after our covid test was positive and they left us with no food.

Small branch on Praed Street. Take away only lockdown 2. Social distancing and cleanliness managed with COVID-19 pandemic. McDonald's is McDonald's! We all need junk food. Fast service. Pleasant.

i thought on this Sunday evening to have a burger, why not Mcdonald's i said, order un fish filet meal and 2 cheeseburgers to take away home which is 5 minutes away by foot. to make it short: They served me a re-heated fish burger re-heated cheeseburgers oily and definetly not fresh fries. I threw everything, so basically i just gave you money for old food? this is the last time i'm ever ever eating at a McDonald's. Shame on you and on the manager of Pread street for your low ethics.

This McDonald’s outlet is situated on Praed Street Paddington, not far from the hotel we were staying in, for our most recent visit to London. We patronised this McDonald’s early one evening after a hectic day of tourist activities. We just needed to quickly purchase a filling takeaway meal and take it back to enjoy in our hotel room, with our feet up. Despite the fact that the outlet was quite busy at the time of our visit, with many people, we were quickly served at the counter, in an efficient and courteous manner. We were soon on our way with our burgers, fries and cool drinks. Back in our hotel room, we quickly consumed our “meal deals” because we were hungry. The burgers and fries were no better or worse than similar items we had consumed from McDonald’s outlets elsewhere. However, the service we had experienced in this outlet was better than we had experienced in other McDonald” stores.

日本で飲めるアイスカフェラテを期待した私が悪いのですが、びっくりするほど不味かったです。 カスタマイズできたのかもしれま せんがタッチパネルでヒョイっと注文したら、甘いシロップがあらかじめ入ってるし氷が細かい溶けるタイプを使用している為薄いし最悪でした。 ちなみにホットのラテ類は悪くないです。 写真で見ると美味しそうなのに残念!

ordered an cheeseburger, chicken mayo, and a apple pie. Manager came back with all but fries as well and no apple pie saying they were all out of date???.offered us an ice cream to pacify us.

Il posto è molto piccolo e i tavoli sono pochissimi. La scelta del menu è veramente esigua e non ci sono illustrazioni soprattutto per chi non è del posto ( in Italia gia' vedendo le immagini dei prodotti ti puo fare un'idea) ha difficolta' a scegliere. Menu bimbi ridicolo con bottiglietta acqua mini mini - forse basta per un neonato). Locale sporco, non consigliato

Arriving after a 5 hour train journey we thought grab a quick wrap or burger in McDonald's and then make our way to the hotel. I was aware that there was a McDonald's here an expected the usual modern facade, seating etc. - but no this was quite small and a bit run down. OK the burgers and wraps were the same but the place had no soul - bit of a let down really, not to be repeated when we noticed more inviting eateries later.

Service rapide et efficace. Restaurant propre avec salle en sous sol. Produits bien confectionnés et bons.

This Paddington McDonalds is great for a quick Big Mac. It seemed it was a tad smaller than the USA version. But good value for the money. The store was smaller than most McDonalds with limited table space

Mi conteo de pasos diarios se incrementó innecesariamente este jueves de agosto cuando estaba en la estación de Paddington, quería un poco de desayuno y sabía que McDonald's estaba aquí, a solo un par de minutos, pero me había olvidado que en la última década habían llegado los Arcos Dorados. el lado de la plataforma 1, a unos 50 m de la explanada.

Typical place. Get what you expect. I enjoy McD's coffee and this place delivered. Good thing I was in and out because the place was not all that clean in the lobby.

Es pequeño, con sólo unas pocas mesas en la planta baja, pero más arriba. Comparado con nosotros tiendas, la comida era similar, pero el tamaño más pequeño y más caro. La verdad que estaba muy cerca del hotel y para cenar alguna noche que otra, no esta mal, ojo pero no te vende cerveza.

Fast, easy and familiar. Close to hotels. The kids always love this type of place. Usual food. Usual quality.

I don’t eat in McDonald’s often but occasionally a Big Mac calls. Very busy branch. Service was fairly quick once you got served. Most tables taken and some not cleared so it was Big Mac on the go for me. Nothing special but ok.

Esta es una rama muy concurrido de Mc Donald's. Está situado a menos de 2 minutos a pie de la famosa estación de Paddington, y también está cerca de una cadena de hoteles cerca. Los clientes son por lo tanto los viajeros, turistas y trabajadores de oficina.

Very close to Paddington station and much much cheaper than the Burger King inside Paddington. The food is exactly what you would expect. The service is quick for the area. The place is clean. It is better value than most of the station outlets nearby.

This place is located next door to the Mercure Paddington. I enjoy an ice cream with ground m and m's before bed time when in London. They were only .99 pence this time. And good.

Paddington Train Station only 2 minute walk, and Paddington Underground 3minute walk..This is a small McDonald's with only a few seats on ground floor, but I never went upstairs..Not very happy staff, and I find McDonald's are getting a little expensive and meals getting smaller..Only eat here if desperate.

McDonalds is McDonalds--what is there to say. Like a lot of fast food places in London, the seating & bathrooms are downstairs which can be tricky carrying a purse, umbrella, and food tray.

first time I have ever visited a McDonalds an everything is sold out. To them it was a busy day, to me as the customer it shows bad management skills. At least 5 item s were showing as sold it! Crazy.

Várias vezes durante o dia, passeando ou fazendo compras, nos deparávamos no meio da tarde com vontade de comer uma coisinha, mas sem querer gastar muito e também com vontade de urinar, pois faz muito frio em Londres no inverno. Então os restaurantes do Mac eram sempre uma boa pedida. Uma caixa com 20 nuggets, batata frita grande e suco de laranja sempre custava menos de 10 GBP. Os restaurantes são em cima e as mesas para sentar e comer são no subsolo quase sempre. Tem gente de tudo quanto é lugar do mundo que vai comer lá. Um dia fomos no Mac ao lado do Oceanário de Londres e do nosso lado direito tinha uma mesa com italianos, do lado esquerdo uma moça hispânica, atrás alemães e na fila encontramos até uma Brasileira comprando um sundae pro filho. E com o frio que faz lá até que faz bem às vezes comer um fast food!

Il locale è piccolo ma il servizio non male : una volta ordinato, si prende posto al tavolino e i ragazzi delle casse ti portano il vassoio a domicilio quando è completo ! Anche il ritiro del vassoio lo fanno loro, a differenza di quanto avviene in Italia.

We were served by an assistant who mumbled and did not understand us. We were charged for a large milkshake when we ordered a small! A chicken sandwich ordered was breaded chicken strips. Never again! Soulless environment.

Soy argentina y estaba buscando carne de buena calidad y no la encontre ahi. Veo que los ingleses tienen otras costumbres y prefieren otro tipo de hamburguesas.

As all the McD's , here you get good price and the food you can expect the taste as always. A option for budget travel, fast food fast order, but it is hard to say it taste good.

I typically stay in this area so usually pop in at least one time per trip for a McFlurry.I am not a fan of McD's food when I am in Europe but do enjoy an occasional sweet treat and for the price this is a good option.The place is usually jammed packed but they seem to serve you quite fast.

Very busy as expected but one member of staff was very rude and agressive almost pushing us up to other tills from the ones we had been waiting at and then people were able to walk in and go straight to empty tills.
