Greggs in Sutton

14 year old daughter treated terribly. Card declined through no fault of her own. She got her purse out to pay with cash and server just shouts out her to leave. Made her feel like she was a criminal. Would she have done that to an adult. I thought not until I read some reviews about this Sutton branch. I will not be using it.

Regularly out of sausage rolls and items I want. Loud obnoxious woman on till who likes the sound of her own voice. Always talking to other employees and I have to repeat my order because she never pays attention. I just avoid going in if I see her on the till.

They always upset and talk to people the way they want , disrespectful with elderly people , shout at people just because they don’t offer a bag for a load of food then upset when I ask for one … it’s just not the way how it’s works

You cannot best the bacon and egg roll with a hot chocolate , it’s the best , served with a smile even though the guy had been there since 7am ! On a Sunday

The pastry itself was on the cold side which was a shame. The pastry exterior was nice as was the sauce but I’m not sure what to make of the so called plant based lumps on the inside. The texture was a little bizarre. I would probably get the vegan sausage roll over this in future.

A Greggs you can sit down in!! Awesome Very popular and busy at all times means that the sandwiches are fresh and tasty. You pay a little extra to sit in but it's worth it

went here on Friday for av sandwich Cheese and Ham. Very well filled and Fresh. They have a good selection and will like what you get

Popped into to newest Gregg's yesterday 8/8 just after 9am. Couldn't believe how miserable the staff were. Workin in customer service this really put me off from returning. One of the staff members constantly yawning. If not happy in your job find something else!!!@

great food and friendly staff we had a great time and all enjoyed our self's to think this was a spontaneous place to go and we all were not disappointed

love using greggs when in sutton, you can sit down in the one at the bottom of the high street. love the sausage rolls and steak bakes.

Makes a lunch break good, didn't like he fact that the staff couldn't put my sandwich in the bag and took them 10 minutes to do it but food was okay.

I like this Greggs, Compared to my local branch in Morden they Pasties are consistently hot. They do a great selection of Pasties and its not that busy whenever I go, you are serviced quickly. One thing I noticed is the food is always hot, even if I go around 3 pm, where as other Gregg branches normally serve you them Luke warm at certain times of the da.
