The best restaurants serving Fast food food in East Midlands

Atendió hoy y fue recibido en la puerta por una señora que estaba limpiando (12 pm ish) que era agradable. Nos atendió un chico chino (lo siento no ver su nombre) que era educado como nos atendió. El lugar estaba muy limpio y el amigo nos compró parte de nuestro pedido que no estaba listo cuando recogimos el pedido principal. La comida estaba caliente y fresca. Prefiero viajar aquí que Redhill. gracias

Went to KFC in Grantham a week previously and the food was amazing, just like KFC should be. Stupidly I decided to give The Colonel some more of my cash and living around the corner from this place I thought I’d give it a go. At around 820pm I joined the drive through queue and a few minutes later I was at the order speaker. Sat there for 10 minutes without anyone talking to me but I figured they were busy and I was looking forward to my delicious freshly cooked chicken so no problem. When I ordered my food I was disappointed to hear that they were out of gravy but again the vision of my beautiful succulent chicken made me accept this without question. Picked up my food from the next window and parked up in the car park to tuck in (please don’t judge) as soon as I opened the bag I could smell the dirty oil that the food was cooked in. Picked the first piece out the bucket and it looked dark brown. The skin was greasy and the meat was dry and tasteless. I ate one piece and then tried a hot wing that was the same, overcooked in dirty smelly oil that obviously hadn’t been changed in god knows how long. I threw most of my food away but the bit that I did eat was by far the worst takeaway food that I’ve ever had the displeasure to buy. The previous week’s experience at Grantham is now totally spoiled. I will never have KFC again and would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of visiting this place to think again about spending your money.

The food is okay. It comes hot. The restaurant can very untidy and the tables can take a long time to be cleaned. The toilets are of average hygiene. The food is ready very fast.

We have been waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes and had no response and not even served any water when we where waiting we also can not reverse due to a car is behind us we have been held against are will which is a criminal offence I sure hope this does not take any longer or I will not hesitate to call the cops.

Not good at all they put onions in my burger when i said no onicons very disappointed. Never ever happened at another mcdonals that i have been to im never coming back to this restaurant

Terrible servicio la mayoría de las semanas. Sólo ve como ocupado. 3 veces la semana pasada mi pedido era incorrecto. Pedí un simple 1/4 sin queso. Incluso me repetí la última vez al cajero 3 veces. Y todavía se ponen queso. ¿Por qué no lo cambian a 1/4 de libra en lugar de 1/4 con queso? No tengo ni idea. Tienes que pedir 1/4 de libra con queso como sin queso... claramente confuso para los cajeros y cocineros Cuando entré para un reemplazo ellos donde resoplar y soplar... ahí confunden no el mío. Muy grosero y desagradable

Vreselijke plaats. Koud eten,geen extra’s zoals bv zout of rietjes. Zeer onvriendelijk personeel. Iedereen staat te praten tegen mekaar ipv te werken ! Nooit meer !

Order from here a fair bit as we are limited around here. Food has always been good. Decent portion sizes etc. Service has been hit and miss in the past but the lack of communication from takeaway for late deliveries is a joke. The website live chat gives generic replies saying to contact Oasis..... i have been calling them for the last half hr to find out where the food is we ordered an hour and 45mins ago and still waiting for!! It would be better customer service to let people know food will be late. We stopped using Little Italy in Sleaford because they were like this. So disappointed in the drop in service of late. Update... so finally got through on phone to be told they had no order for us. Told to ring THEIR website and basically told to F****k off. Never using again. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Shoo look okay from outside with customers coming and going so I thought I'll give it a go. Inside looks in disrepair with TV displays not working, also looks dated as if being in a different country. Purchased the £25 meal deal 12 price chicken 12 boneless chicken 12 hot wings 3 fries 2 onion rings and a bottle of drink. Opening the contents the chicken breast look as if chicken had been cut off then coated with seasoning. The boneless chicken was spice and only 2 onion rings not 2 portions. Next day said it all with running to the toilet. I looked up the rating to find this eatery is only 3 star food hygiene. This shop is a disgrace to Corringham Town centre. Need to be inspected by Thurrock Council. Needless to say I will not be entertaining this shop again.

Just picked up KFC for my families dinner. Paid £24.99 for my bucket and immediately upon paying at the kiosk I went straight to the counter. I requested mixed pieces of chicken and explained my house have preferences so mixed pieces will satisfy everyone. Today for the first time I am extremely disappointed in KFC Wellingborough staff, especially that young Asian man behind packing the chicken. He totally ignored my request and instead placed what he wanted into the bucket. As a representative of KFC this insolent individual with no respect for the customer wishes, failed the company with this disrespectful attitude. If the pieces I had requested where not available than I should have been informed so I can make an informed chioce weather to cancel my order. Instead this unprofessional man representing KFC not himself, has forced my children now to eat pieces they do not like. We treasure our meal time together and you have spoilt tonights dinner. I paid for this meal with my hard earn money and no one especially the KFC worker who packed my chicken should take it upon himself to do want he wants within the company. I expect to get what I paid and requested. I am so annoyed but as it is a 10 minutes drive from home I'm letting this go and writing this review on the poor service provided by your staff. To the man who packed the chicken, do your job in the same manner you wished to be served and nothing more cause I'm sure KFC do not pay you for anything more; and I sure they do not pay you to disappoint their customers. This was truly a waste of my money. Will definitely not be do this again any time soon.

Attended KFC at Applegreen, Spalding on Friday after school, with my Grandchildren aged 9 years and 7 years. We were served by Isobella who, despite being busy, was patient, understanding and kind whilst we slowly scanned our way through the menu, changing our minds every 10 seconds. She was professional, friendly and very helpful and delivered everything we ordered, to our table. As a result we had a great dining experience and would recommend KFC Spalding to anyone.

Horrible service and chicken wasn’t even thoroughly cooked! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE!!!!!! Horrible decision.

La mala máquina de servicio siempre está “rota” o siendo limpiada. El servicio grosero no está contento de haber estado allí un par de veces y decepciona cada vez que el lugar necesita apagarse.

All of our family get horrible bacteria snd sickness for long tome probably someone wasnt wash hands after toilet use. We will never back again
