We went tonight at 5.30pm to order 2 party buckets to be told they could not fill the order. They didn't have enough chicken, and the manager was swearing at the drive-through staff were we could here it

been here tonight, our order went in at 10pm, 1 snack box ( consisting of a fillit and chips 2 mash large beans and a pepsi, we had to wait 55mins the snack box had roughly a dozen chips n a fillit no bigger than my little finger. the staff were not helpful at all we received no apology no nothing and yes i took the snack box back for a refund absolutely disgraceful!!!!!!

Visited here as we where staying in premier inn nxt door. When ordered which was ok when got food no taste what so ever. The food was cold and couldnt eat it. Well below average experience did complain got so much money back for food.

This franchise is bringing K.F.C. into disrepute,The owner of the franchise needs to get of their butt and witness how poor customer care is.I at the drive through window,nobody came to take my order sat waiting for 15 mins as car were building up behind me. There was 2 cars in front of me it took 10 mins to serve their order.When I got the widow they would not take my order,and told me I would have to drive to the drive through window,when I explained there was nobody on it they said they were probably doing something else.I went in and complained to the supervisor who quite frankly could not give a toss and refused to give me their name.As a customer service manager for a large public body t

. My wife and myself went to eat at the Kentucky chicken restaurant on the seafront near Skegness pier yesterday prior to going to the evening show . I ordered a bucket of chicken plus fries etc at a cost of £23. I managed to use 12 napkins to soak all the greasy oil of the chicken pieces, absolutely disgusting. I eventually ended up with a try full of wet oily chicken skin. When I challenged the manager and showed him the remains of our meal he did admit it should not have been served in that condition, then offered to replace the meal for me. I refused and walked away. There was no mention of a rebaite or anything. Take my advice . Stick to Macdonalds only a few yards away from that “chicken place”

The worst service ever they cannot manage drive thru and in store food service avoid with all your heart. They do not have a clue

All the self service points were out of order so stood at the counter for 15 minutes before being told there was a 30 minute wait if I wanted chicken, it's a chicken restaurant of course I wanted chicken.

My wife and I went to this KFC for our dinner meal on a Sunday evening and we could not have chosen a worse place to eat at. We really should have moved on and found somewhere else, but alas we didn’t and it really was not a good experience. The place looked dirty with absolutely no-one cleaning tables. They appeared to have one cook on, who was not handling the amount of orders that were being taken – there were people in cars waiting, a queue inside and also food delivery guys, so to have one cook on was ridiculous. The serving staff were not working efficiently at all and were getting orders mixed up, forgetting items on orders and were just making the situation so much worse. People were complaining that others were getting their meals before them, which we knew to be true, so a total lack of organisation. When we eventually got our meal it was not best warm, which was quite a feat considering that the meals appeared to be getting cooked to order. Needless to say we will not be eating here again, and my advice would be to eat elsewhere.

this is so terrible they need more people and need to be quicker never ordering again also the chicken is so slimy all the time and the texture is so trash

You can tell someone has come in and made a change. Got food, great service and quick service. Could be the best drive through I've ever had. Epic, whoever has taken over. It was shocking last year, so many people avoid it locally In skegness

Order was put on tray for 30 mins going cold. Waited 30 minutes to make a tower burger. Wife was sick after eating hers. Kids in kitchen messing around throwing things at each other instead of doing their job. I love KFC when it's done right but stay away from this one. £24 wasted.

We was staying across road savoy it was 5 pm Jan 10 we was starving we went here nobody in just a couple 2 females staff saw us but ignored us they wasn't doing any think we stood there 20 mins then thought boxxxx went out went next door showboat must say service in showboat much better than these staff its there loss they ort to go on customers service course

What a visit we have just had!! DISGUSTING Started with the toilets!!! Mixed toilets. 2 mens & 2 womens. Out of four only one has a lock which is one of the ladies! The other ladies toilet has no seat on to which is on the floor. Floor was very wet &slippy. Also no working lock. Other ladies toilet was been used by a man!!! Washbasins were dirty. Overall DISGUSTING Rubbish bins inside were all over flowing and dine in areas were empty. Health & Hygiene standards clearly not maintained!!! Next the food!!! We ordered 4 gravy boxes. We all began to eat and all of us has pinkness to at least 2 pieces of chicken which we all agreed was the colouring used for coatings. One piece of mine was NOT cook!!! I work with food and I know what is cooked & not cooked. I stood in queue with chicken in napkin which 2 members of staff had seen me with but chose to ignore me until it was my turn!! Very unprofessional on their part!!! I explained to staff member who was ready to serve me that the chicken was not cooked & without looking just said its colouring that is used. I explained that the other pieces were most probably that but this piece was definitely not cooked!!. She took the chicken & just walked off. No Member of staff came over to me to discuss this matter further!! Again very unprofessional & poor customer service/relations!!! Once my husband and friends had finished I went up to counter and asked for mangers name. I was told that names can not be given out but would get the on duty manger! He came from round the back with a smirking colleague who clearly thought situation was funny. Cutting long story short he said chicken is deep fried for 16 minutes so it was cooked. His colleague was still smirking and she was one of members who totally ignored me in queue with the uncooked chicken. I asked for area managers name to which again I was told could not be given out. Very un professional, poorly trained staff left to run what is part of a world wide franchise!!! I will be taking this further.

Love kfc chicken. Had a party bucket other week and it all tasted so good.. amazing fries they have now .

I came in with my friends to get food and when our food came they told us that we was banned and getting refunds. When we asked for the reason we was told that because one of our group of 5 was with someone else singing (who is autistic) we are banned. I am not happy with this poor management at all.

I've eaten here six times over the past 5 or 6 weeks usually around 4 pm. Each time the food has been good and has arrived quickly. The restaurant has been fairly quiet, clean and tidy. I have the 4 piece chicken meal at £8.99 which I think is good value for money. The staff that I've dealt with have all been very friendly and efficient. Jason (a cleaner) stands out and is a credit to the place. He is very attentive and appears to enjoy being really good at what he does. Since my first visit maintenance seems to be on a downhill slide. The last 4 times receipts were not being issued at the self service kiosks. The last 2 times the TV monitor giving details of your orders progress was not working. Maybe I've been lucky or just come at the right time but I'm happy.

I got 2 fillet box meals.Food was horrible I got 2 scabby bits of dry chewy chicken. Bread rolls dry and fell to bits Over loaded with lettuce and mayo. Hardly any Chips again cold. Spent over £22 I personally wouldn't of give them £2.. complained and got a voucher for £10 which wouldn't even cover the cost of one meal.. It's not the 1st bad meal I have had here. I will not be going back. They do not deserve custom

Absolutely disgusting meal. My Husband got the wrong meal and I got a wrap of the day, which was so soggy, the chicken was chewy and the amount was pitiful. I took my meal back in and said to a male member of staff that I was disappointed with the food and all I got was a shrug of the shoulders. A girl member of staff said "It's pickled slaw. That's what you ordered". She turned around and walked off. He just looked at me, with no expression and shrugged his shoulders again. I was so mad that I just walked out. I'll not be going back there again. Shame because I'm from the area and use the place often. If I could add a photo, I would but it won't let me upload them. Good job I suppose because they would probably make you ill!

Meant to close at 11pm...Walked in before 10pm to be told by the very unfriendly staff it was card only and take away only! Even though people were still sat in eating. Also the drive through was shut! This isn't the first time we have had a rubbish experience with this branch, we have given it multiple chances and EVERY time the food is rubbish and staff are even worse. Should have kept the other shop in Skegness open!!! WON'T USE AGAIN!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting place. Food not even warm and chips not cooked. Not to mention the toilets…. Male and female in same toilet area , however, no locks on any toilet. Witnessed door open on elderly lady exposing her to those waiting….. totally unacceptable

My little one left a very special toy behind. I am not local and live a few hours away. I rang immediately to ask if this toy had been handed in. A lady called Michelle informed me it had and I thanked her and told her I would arrange to pick the toy up. She immediately rang me back to inform me she could post this toy to me. I gave her my address and thanked her again. She said she knew how much children’s toys meant to them. I told her the story of the toy and it’s meaning and how touched I was by her kindness. I offered to pay for postage but she said it didn’t matter (the toy was very small) I bought her a generous gift card for her trouble to post to her when it arrived. We waited for the toy to arrive and when it didn’t we rang the store again and spoke to Jack. Jack said how Michelle had left in very bad circumstances and explained (use your imagination). I told him how my little one had been looking for the toy every day and was very upset. I explained sensitive issues regarding child and why the toy was important and asked if he could please make sure it would be safe or if there was any possibility that the toy could be posted. I did not have time to travel to collect before my next holiday as I was currently caring in extreme circumstances. Jack said he could post after work as his shift ended at 5pm. I thanked him and told him I would reimburse him for costs (and more) and asked him to please let me know the cost. Jack said he had my telephone number and address and promised to post the toy. The toy never arrived 😢 when I arrived a month later I asked if the toy was still there. I was greeted by a rude employee whom was disinterested and said they would look. They came back and said it wasn’t there and to ring the next day as it would take that long to look again. I asked if Jack was there and was told he had left the company whilst a sheepish looking scruffy lad peered over. I thought I was being fobbed off but surely it could not have been thrown. It was on an package with my details in the filing cabinet. The next day I spoke to the manger whom was again not interest but informed me that Jack had not left and the chicken would have been thrown as it was not there. The manager was unprofessional and lacked mental capacity along with the other obits that worked there. The order I ordered that day arrived incorrect the place was dirty. I will not be returning.

Place is a dump, though it seems all Kfc are, all Tables dirty rubish all over, staff just walk past and ignore it
