KFC in Mansfield

Absolutely awful ..... ordered on line on just eat , waited 45 mins to be told the order has been cancelled ..... thanks then .

Awful, never leave without checking what they’ve given you. I brought 3 fillet burgers and was only given 1 at the drive through. I had to go in and fetch them, she took the receipt off me which I thought was odd. When I priced it up at home on the KFC website I realised they had over charged me and put all fillet burgers as meals when they weren’t.

Snails would literally be quicker to serve you!!! Staff are all mid to late teens, clearly on minimum wage as their attitude and customer service certainly reflects this. Care more about getting the drive through orders out than the customers in the actual restaurant itself. Seeing and hearing the staff argue in clear view of customers and not caring is also not something that you should have to witness. All in all an absolute joke of a fast food establishment which is clearly being ran by kids!! Well as the saying goes...if you pay peanuts you'll get monkeys, and this is certainly true for this place!!!! Come on KFC get this sorted!!!

Only bad thing about my visit today was the quality of my food, can’t complain about the service and time I waited that was good but getting home to discover my burger looked like it was thrown together and the state and amount of the lettuce I didn’t get on my burger was disappointing as I like plenty of lettuce with my chicken burger but in reality got what can only be described as left over bit from the bottom of the tub 🙈

My daughter brought a chicken burger meal with extra hot wings when she got home and opened the bag all you could smell was burnt chicken she had to through away the wings as they were so burnt absolutely rubbish.

Waiting over 30 mins in a non peak time, staff are very unfriendly and the place is always filled to the rafters with just eat people, I can’t even blame just eat as Mac Donald’s still offer great service

Disgusting, we went here ,as we had just come back after a weekend away celebrating my husband birthday, we had to wait 25 minutes for takeaway order ,the staff appearance as dropped, they was wearing mask on chins ,whats the point in that ,they was touching the faces then the food ,stood around talking .when we finally got the food 25 mins later .we got home 10 mins from shop, food was cold ,we had to put it in microwave to warm it back up .there is no organisation regarding the staff ,they are all young kiddies ,

Absolutely appalling. COVID protection was being completely flaunted. No hand sanitizer on entry and staff not wearing masks, getting far too close (even for non COVID times). Zinger burger had clearly been standing for hours; chicken was solid, cheese glutinous. Fries were minimal and scattered on tray. Staff couldn’t care less. Highly recommend avoiding this KFC.

it’s not often that i leave reviews for places, but we went through the drive-thru today and we waited a couple of minutes at the speaker until we were spoken to, so we just assumed that no one wanted to take our order and they were messing around, however, the girl was really sweet and we had to pay at the food window instead of the cash window, and the poor girl was getting together all the food, the drinks, sauces, everything, taking payments whilst also trying to handle headset, and the car infront had a massive order, yet she still managed to get our order to perfection with extra added salt, correct sauces, napkins and even a fork, i don’t think that it was fair on her to leave her to handle so many jobs at once and there should definitely be other employees around to help her out especially when there is a queue of cars, food was nice though

Pulled up to the drive through at 22.15 and the woman on the speaker asked me to wait a second, nearly 10 minutes later she came back to me to take my order. One car in front of me waiting at the window, I waited a further 10 minutes to get my food. I was missing chicken and the corn on the cob was freezing and hard, ordered two mini fillets but they ended up just being bits of chicken, I got no buns no nothing with them. They blamed lack of staff however there was 4 of them in the kitchen and only 2 cars in the drive through. I get 20 minutes for break at work and literally spent the whole break in the drive through. No apology, no nothing. Honestly the least desirable place to eat unless you fancy a cold not what you ordered surprise for dinner.

Asked for a normal fillet rice box without tomato and paid extra for an extra fillet, after waiting almost 15 minutes I received a zinger rice box covered in tomato with only one fillet, not what I asked for at all. 9/10 times I’ve been here something has been wrong with my order.

We drop 30 mins to get a vegan burger here. The vegan burgers never seem very fresh or hot but it was nice with plenty of mayo and crispy lettuce. The chips at kfc are delicious. Much tastier than other fast food restaurants. Despite asking for napkins and being told they were in the bag, they weren't. But they did provide a generous helping of bbq sauce sachets. All the other food, a boxed meal and a kids meal we hot and enjoyed.

Had delivery, on time. Food were nice and hot. Had no issues with anything but the chips... there too dry

My hubby went through drive through at this KFC, to find when he got home, chips cold, sons burger was on two small burger cobs but was not made aware of this, everytime we visit this place they get the order wrong, serve cold chips. They should get proper staff that listen to people, not kids. A smile wouldn't go a miss, and manners. Shame on you KFC.

Normally love the food here but today I tried something different, saw the tower burger on the menu a little bit of everything I love hash browns and chicken and cheese but there was no mention of the sauces. Had to scrape the minuscule amount of tomato ketchup off but when it came to the mayo I seriously could of gone deep diving!! It was swamped the burger couldn’t even hold together because of the sliding due to the amount of mayo. If you fancy a jar of Hellman’s on a piece of chicken in a bun this is the burger for you!

The lady on the telecom through the drive through was so rude! Wasnt listening to our order, told us to go to second window whilst we was still in the middle off ordering, when trying to finish our order at the window was just getting ignored, and sighing. Wasnt able to get the right food we wanted, but never had a problem before. Ashame wont be going to this one again!!18.8.20 20:15.

It is what it is, young adults rushing around not a brain between them cooking chicken in deep fat fryer. The chicken was cooked but with fat stillRunning out of it. I was hungry just finished work and still alive. The chips I enjoyed better than the skinny fry’s.If your wanting restaurant food then this is not the place for you. If they put pictures of the food being served you’d never come back. Some update training and aLove of the job would help.Will I be back - Yes - Why?? It’s fast food and some days it’s not to bad.

I would say that over 90% of the time we order from here its wrong. Stuff missing, wrong stuff given or the food is cold. We have to check our order every single time. Even going in store they get it wrong. How?! I dont think we have ever been anywhere else ever that gets it wrong most of the time. Going though the drivethru is a nightmare if the order is wrong by the time its rectified the rest of the food is even colder. After all this time its been there you would think they would have learned by now.

It's a good job this is a kfc because if it was a small business it would soon be shut down. Pulled up to the drive through, order wrong, card reader wouldn't reach the car, charged wrong, staff in the kitchen running round shouting like children. Food cold, all the bins outside overflowing. Not going back. Guy who served me seemed decent but looked embarrassed at the situation.

We've had some reasonable meals from here but too many mistakes and long waits have caused me to write this review.The main reason is approx the last 3 drive-thru orders have all been wrong, the last one in particular was bizarre.We ordered a 10 piece bucket and got home to find only 5 pieces!!!! Yes 5!So no more from us sadly.

This is my “local” kFC”. Chicken coating so often over cooked to make it virtually inedible. When it’s good it’s tasty, when it’s bad it’s sooo disappointing. Sometimes very salty, although the fries have improved recently. Can’t say I’d rush back!

Not often I’m over forest town way these days but nipped in for our lunch, service was quick however we did have to wait for fresh chicken but was great

My partner and I thought we’d pop in for a quick bite. Service was extremely slow. I asked for a bone less dip meal, clue in the title the food was practically thrown at me, slight exaggeration but none the less. Then it was questioned why I wanted a dip. BONELESS DIP MEAL I stated. Oh yes was the reply.

Not been here for a long time so decided to call in with work colleagues.Compared to other kfc this one was spotlessly clean.Order was a bit slow due to lack of staff serving which is a bit annoying when syaff were chatting in the office..Food order was quick though..Took our food away. All was piping hot and yummy. They did forget the gravy though..Will call here again

My wife and I enjoyed a Lovely box of Popcorn Chicken with large fries. This was hot and Tasty and was the closest KFC to our home and was under £7 so very affordable.

I ordered a big daddy box meal. I got home and seen there was no hash brown, no bacon, no cheese, and also no top bun, I only had the bottom part of the bread, lettuce and chicken. Chips were cold and all crispy, also the meal should be a large but staff didn’t know this so got medium everything. Staff have no clue and the fact the burger wasn’t even finished shows they have no interest.

Called in for a Allstar BBQ wrap.

A lot better back to normal standards well cooked staff nice. Always do check to ensure right order before driving away but no issues lately with that so that's good. Just glad menu is back.

Disgusting food, cold fries wrong food given. Kitchen area is filthy and staff clothes caked in grime and unwashed for days.

Went with my little boy they literally had no chicken , no corn no coleslaw , no ice cream

Never got anything on the menu, just got worse and worse every week it's was meant to be the chicken that they couldn't get not everything but. It's stupid. Not gonna bother going ever again. Staff always miserable aswel and kinda rude.

Kids always live a KFC and good prices also I think kids meals are good size and they even get a treat included

food not bad do love kfc now and again restaurant could be kept cleaner better and facilties are not bad

Called here for a takeaway. As I walked up to the counter I could see that were about 12 portions of chips already bagged up and under the "warming light". Bought a 10-piece family feast with 4 extra pieces of chicken. Only live a few minutes away but the chips were stone cold and to be honest they were tasteless - they need to learn from McDonalds!!!. The 14 pieces of chicken were nearly all wings and drumsticks - absolutely disgraceful for 18.99. Won't be going here again.

Muy decepcionado con la experiencia. Las mesas estaban sucias y en la necesidad de aclarar y secar. Los aseos no estaban limpias. El tamaño de la porción de la comida era pequeña y no parecen en nada a las fotos anunciado. Lo único positivo es que el personal era amable. No se apresuraban a comer en KFC de nuevo, muy decepcionante.

Fuimos para una comida rápida para celebrar mi cumpleaños amigos durante nuestro almuerzo media hora. Nos espera en el coche a través de 15 minutos, quizás 3 o 4 coches. Ridículo he estado en drive thru colas antes y tenía quizás 10 + coches y nos han servido mucho más rápida. No podíamos salir de la cola porque estábamos en medio. Cuando finalmente nos dieron nuestra comida era repugnante. Las patatas fritas eran tan frío que les hizo incomible. El pollo estaba tibia en el mejor de los casos y que solo sabía twangy. Yo me dio un picotazo en el retrete y el lugar estaba sucio. Yo estaba más molesta el hecho de que hubiéramos ido a su cumpleaños. Habíamos planeado ir a la unidad a través de agua y comer en la soleada vicarios porque era para un cambio. No tuvimos tiempo para agua vicarios. Afortunadamente, nos hubiéramos ido con nuestro jefe porque todo el viaje tomó forma más de media hora. No creo que lo hubiera creído lo sucedido si él no estaba allí. Aún así me pareció terrible porque el viaje a KFC fue mi idea. Nunca voy a volver a este.

I can't find the words to express how awful this place is, from the cleanliness, poor service to food. Terrible. Never again!!!

Bien, por dónde empiezo. Niños ruidosos y una puerta de entrada que la gente mantenía dejando abierta dejando que el aire muy frío. La comida era deliciosa, pero estoy seguro de que las porciones son cada vez más. Quizá soy yo, pero estoy seguro de que las raciones son más pequeñas. La planta necesitaba y necesitaba aclarar. Las mesas . . . . . Dicho lo suficiente..

Visité esta tienda y mientras mi compañero ordenados intenté encontrar un área limpia para sentarse. No estaba muy concurrido y a 1. 30 un sábado.

Siempre nos dan un buen servicio amable, la comida es siempre fresca. Usted puede esperar un poco ocupado. La zona de estar está normalmente limpia.

Fuimos allí para una comida ligera después de visitar Asda al otro lado de la carretera. Cuando entramos no había otro cliente a la vista. Fuimos al hasta, sólo para descubrir que el personal van a seguir su conversación mientras estábamos tratando de orden, hasta el punto donde a intervalos decía "lo siento fue todo ... " para confirmar lo que habíamos dicho. Cuando nos dieron nuestra comida, fuimos a una mesa, lo cual no fue limpiado con eficacia y todavía aquí el personal esperanzados y llamadas de la cocina trasera. Estábamos comiendo nuestra comida cuando una pareja si los hombres de trabajo llegó, concedidas habían dejado un desastre en la puerta, pero la tutting y "omg mirar el desastre!" cuando dejaron era simplemente grosero y poco profesional. Como yo trabajo como una comida y bebidas gerente sé, más que otros, lo que es inaceptable y sin duda sacar mi personal en esto.
