Oasis Pizza & Kebab in North Kesteven

Order from here a fair bit as we are limited around here. Food has always been good. Decent portion sizes etc. Service has been hit and miss in the past but the lack of communication from takeaway for late deliveries is a joke. The website live chat gives generic replies saying to contact Oasis..... i have been calling them for the last half hr to find out where the food is we ordered an hour and 45mins ago and still waiting for!! It would be better customer service to let people know food will be late. We stopped using Little Italy in Sleaford because they were like this. So disappointed in the drop in service of late. Update... so finally got through on phone to be told they had no order for us. Told to ring THEIR website and basically told to F****k off. Never using again. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

So we ordered tea from #OasisSleaford as we were late coming home tonight. Ordered through website on journey back thinking food would not be far behind us.... 1hr15 mins... ring them. Took half hr to get answer. By this point it had been 1hr45mins since order. No answer on phone. Website chat says the order is being processed and would be on way. Answer seemed off as next we get message saying how could they help. Retry phone... got answer. Guy says will ring back in 5. Phone goes.... we have no orders for heckington. Tell him does he want order number. He says no as he has no order for us. He then tells us to ring his website people and speak to them. We ask why thats his job to resolve. He tells us to f***k off!! We are in a state of shock at this awful service. You dont get that at Ozys. Will never ever use again. Google reviews are bad of late. Anyone considering Oasis..... AVOID!! Funnily we get text after call telling us they refunded the order the did not get that we were paying for in cash!!! Just awful.

Ordered on food hud from a place called direct pizza which after some searching is oasis, order never turned up and staff were rude when asking questions

Enjoy the food but this is now the third time we have ordered from them and have received texts to say the food will be 20 mins late, so far they have sent 2 tonight making it now 40 mins late. The total time waiting so far is 1 hour 40 minutes. I fully expect another text shortly to let me know that they will be a further 20 minutes. At nearly 2 hours it's not exactly fast food.

Called in for a couple of pizzas. A little pricey and I have had better pizzas from other establishments. Very greasy and both has raw dough in them. Don’t think I will be going back in a hurry.

Overall, I believe this takeaway is good if you are looking for great food. However, communication between the customer and restaurant was extremely bad as the driver almost never had a phone available to contact myself with and sometimes would have no idea where my order is and when. I also had issues where I was missing items ordered quite regularly, however, they would refund the price or take money off our next order but sometimes it was an inconvenience. But the food itself was very good, even though delivery took a while, it was definitely worth the wait.

Couldn’t comment on the food. Over an hour and a half after ordering food hasn’t arrived despite their own website saying delivery in an hour. Girl on the phone really couldn’t care less. Sounded irritated at being questioned where the delivery is. Apparently there’s been a mix up and will be at least another 10 minutes before there is a driver to send it. Oh, and the food was cooked 10 mins ago but that’s ok. Expecting cold food to arrive. The suggestion that maybe if orders are delayed they could call customers and advise them was met with a response like I’d suggested she pour boiling water in her eyes. Won’t be ordering again.

Unfortunately I have to write this bad review due to rudeness of the person on the phone! Ordered a takeaway via the telephone. This was on a Wednesday Evening & when food ordered was not advised it would be as long as 2 hours! I phoned 1.5 hours later to ask if it was on its way, to be told , we are very busy, we are waiting for the driver to come back, I asked how much longer, not long he said. I did say if longer than half n hour I would cancel the order. After another half n hour my husband phoned to cancel our order, to be told its on its way & then was hung up on! Well, not sure where the driver was but it definitely wasn’t on the way to us as it never did arrive!! What bad service!!! Busy I can understand but plain rudeness I can not. Will not be using OASIS again & will pass this onto everyone I know!!

We grabbed some food after we came back from a day out via the train. The staff were well presented and polite, the food is of an excellent quality and that's reflected in the highest score from the food standard inspection. The prices are also very reasonable, cheaper than most in the town. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.
