Kfc in Boston

The food is okay. It comes hot. The restaurant can very untidy and the tables can take a long time to be cleaned. The toilets are of average hygiene. The food is ready very fast.

Old smelly chicken. Some order bits been missing Rude staff on the phone. Don't recommend at all. Time to close this dangerous place.

Shocking, I actually walked out as after waiting 5 minutes to be served, the 4 members of staff talked between themselves and ignored me. It was quite apparent I was not going to get any service.

How is this place still open ... Quick dash through KFC, fast food. Not expecting much, but holy cow, the lack of basic and minimal food safety and hygiene. We can actually see you?!

Fast food what a joke called tonight absolutely disgusting from taking the order to getting the food was 20 minutes then as a man brought his order back as it was wrong they said I could take that order as it was the same as mine I asked if I could have a fresh one as that one would be cold and I don’t know him only to be tutted at and eye rolled at unbelievable service and this is the quality of food and cold

Rarely touch KFC wish I hadn't it was awful. Burnt bun round edges, dry over done chicken and thrown together. Never again!!!!

Was being lazy on a cold rainy day so ordered an uber delivery. Therefore paid in advance. Delivered promptly by a nice delivery guy. But... items missing from order despite receipt stating it had been checked. When I called the store they said they couldn't send missing items as it was through uber? I wonder if they do this regularly therefore ripping off customers by not fulfilling the orders? Con

Every order wrong..short, and cold. Quicker this gets shut down and replaced the better. Management inept at sorting issues or even knowing how to work tills properly.

called in here yesterday with my son and his partner we all ordered hot wings i asked for six that were promptly delivered sadly though i have to say they were absolutely awful like rock hard boulders and just a footnote in general for all KFC your gravy is digusting visit was14/12 2020

Sad to say but quality of food dramatically fall down. Buttered bones and disgusting home made soft chips.

worst KFC in England, If I was you I would stay well away from this KFC especially with who is the Store Manager, she changes dates on chicken and everything else adds water to the sauce for the burgers and wraps, over holds chicken for hours not to mention all the cross contamination going on, this KFC is food poison city, good luck to anyone who eats there you are very brave indeed.

I love KFC but sadly this one is not good .Prior to lock down was my last visit and to be honest inedible Hot drink yet again broken loyalty card reader broken .Disaster area. Since lock down ended i have been tempted but head over ruled tummy no no no .

Ordered 3 large boneless banquet meals came with no beans small popcorn chicken it were less than a kids portion happy meal from McDonald’s thought with been in the area would try it what a shame it was disappointing

To start with half the place was full of youngsters swearing and had no respect for staff or others. Was using the place to keep warm and shout about. The food made me ill, the staff really didn't care my meal was missing 2 items and when I eat my chicken was cold. I asked for more and got luke warm. I was ill for 3 days after and its not the first time. This is not a dig at the KFC franchise as the Lincoln and skegness branches are great.

Unsupervised cant understand the customer due to language barrier Chicken over cooked Burnt bun Visited twice in December Wont be returning This restaurant and its standard in quality control has gone down hill After our first visit thought it maybe down to festive pressure Not so after xmas quality if chicken and bread not even worthy of being served Sub zero presentation Burnt Bun again!@@

We went into this establishment for quickness of something to eat. Appauling service where mistakes were made, very poor location for disability been cordoned off down a small alley not allowing disabled access and above all, disgusting attitude and service of the manager, who consistently made me out a liar after falling poorly in the facility with very low quality standard of the food, well with the Noro virus and myself been violently vomiting in their toilets!! The manager Refused to give full refund and we left the facility with severe stomach pains and feeling faint and quite dizzy. I have made contact with all appropriate authorities and taken correct action. We will never visit a KFC again, especially this branch. Absolutely appalling!!

We complained by telephone about what happened .we were promised a free meal next time we went in . Next time of going in they swore blind that they had no record of our phone call . Terrible service and attitude.

Average KFC. Changeable semi helpful staff. Not the best in food or overall experience, had better.Basic sit in and not the cleanliest.

My wife went in for a takeaway. She was served with a damaged cup of coffeethe lid would not fit on properly. She ended up scalding her legs in the car on the journey back home. The portions we received represented a child’s meal .Four very tiny pieces of chicken. The chips were very scabby and not a lot ofthem . I feel that we have been conned. After the state of my wife’s burnt leg we shall be consulting a solicitor.

Tried different chicken meals all cooked perfectly with quick excellent service. The App is good as you soon collect points for free food items

Had to wait 15 mins till food cooked but we did have a large order which we had to takeaway but the chicken was cooked perfectly.crispy,nice chunky pieces.piping hot.full of taste best kfc in a long time

My daughter went to KFC with some friends after school today. She ordered a meal and got given the wrong meal. She asked for it to be changed to then have the tray tossed at her and told there was no way her order would be changed again. They took her money which was my money I had given her and she didn't get the meal she ordered. I logged a compliant with head office as tried to call the store loads of times and conviently they didn't answer.

7pm. 28th of December 2018. Called in, box meal and black coffee. Everything, and I mean everything, so hot I couldn't eat it straight away. Polite and prompt staff. Impressed.

HOW DOES A FAST FOOD JOINT RUN OUT OF AN ESSENTIAL COMMODITY LIKE SALT.

Better to take away than sit in, No atmosphere or comfort.good deals , look out for coupons. Usually fresh produce and helpful staff. Problems sorted out, and help with club card offers re points.

As I put somewhere, Colonel big let down. No bar b q bites which are advertised everywhere. Flies sharing your dinner, dirty chairs. Whole place needs facelift and staff need to learn how to smile. The MOST unwelcoming KFC Evverrrr

Found it most disturbing to find lock only the toilet facility's, as I required the toilet asked if the toilet was working to be told yes for customers only what would you like, the toilet I Replied there is not a. Hope in hell of me standing here ordering anything until ave been to the loo, reluctantly a member of staff put in the code to unlock the door, hard luck for mothers with children or old people that are in a rush, what next bouncers on the doors,its not even like the food was good, the chips where cold & burnt only a feat a though ma x missis could achieve.

Arrived be at 18:30 to several people in store waiting SEVEN staff tripping over each one there but guess what in a fast food store no chicken ready 12 minute wait minimum.

Very average offering by KFC, sometimes a long wait for not overly warm food, not even particularly cheap for a supposed fast food outlet

Visited as a family of 4. When ordering asked for a bottle of water for my son, they didn’t have any so asked for some tap water as he’ll only drink water to be told, we don’t have any! I said you don’t have a tap?? The staff were unhelpful, the place was a mess, I wish we’d have walked out then!! Unfortunately we didn’t, the food was disgusting, the oil tasted like it needed changing 3 weeks ago. Just appalling, will never visit again!!!

Horrible staff and the food is under cooked. the place is a tip and the service is very poor. would not recommend eating here.

The food was hot and as expected, the seating area was clean and well laid out the service was fast..

Hasn't changed at all, miserable useless staff, the place is extremely unclean, the food ranges from good to abysmal.

For a little market town that is busy 1 night a year you have 364 days to be ready no excuse for poor standard of cooking /service chicken burnt in over used oil not good however busy you are on bike night probably why it was one of the restaurants with no queues

For a KFC this is really good, I did a take out there the food was very fresh and tasted better than in the USA.
