Well it’s been some months since I last came here. Thought I’d give it another go because everyone can have a bad day. Wow, exactly the same as last time. Unable to Make a cheese burger ( forgot the cheese ) and yet again fries hard and cold in the middle and burnt on the outside. Terrible.

Rubbish experience. Got to drive through window and no menu in sight. Staff member kept asking over intercom what we wanted, but didn't know how to answer us when we said we didn't know because we couldn't see a menu. Felt pressured into ordering quickly with no idea of what options were. Where was the menu?...

I really wanted to put this review on the McDonald’s system but after 5 attempts i still couldn’t complete. Friday 9th August I called in on my way to Doncaster. I tried to order from the self service but it wouldn’t allow me to pay. I went to the desk and one of the restaurant floor staff served me. Her name is Di. The same thing happened when she submitted the order on the till. She rebooted the system to no avail. She brought the duty manager and he had same issues. She the brought the restaurant manager and he transferred to another till. Di remembered my order for the manager and reminded him i now only had a couple of minutes for breakfast. I thought Di went above and beyond. She came to check if my meal was alright and asked if i needed anything else. She is amazing and a credit to the restaurant. I hope someone from the store replies. Also the McDonald’s site puts people off praise reports - so many questions before you can say what you want to. Thank you Di x

Ordered takeaway and we were missing a burger (a Big Mac as well which is more on the expensive side). EVERY TIME we ordered some sort of takeout at this restaurant something is missing. Where is the organisation? Most annoying thing is that when we called the restaurant and contacted the virtual assistant on the app they said we have to contact Uber to get this resolved. This was not Uber's fault! The delivery driver was great - right on time and polite. The bag was closed and locked with the cardboard so the driver couldn't have lost anything. This was the restaurants fault for not putting it in so I do not understand why Uber and the delivery driver is being blamed for a mistake that's not theirs.

I’ve visited this McDonald’s on several occasions as I live nearby. Large fries that are half full and burgers that are just thrown together. Staff are made up mainly of kids so customer service is non existent. But what’s really baffling is the amount of times there’s no milkshakes or McFlurrys - particularly later in the evenings - always down to a broken machine 🤔 This place is a classic example of why fast food franchises don’t always work. Avoid at all costs

Called to explain i had a missing item, was dealt with buy a rude member of staff who put the phone down on me just because i asked her name, the most unhelpful customer service member i have ever dealt with!

This is twice I have ordered things only to find once home Items missing clearly people can’t be bothered to go go back and this is how they make there money £32 and now looking for something to eat at home

a very nice clean place carpark disabled toilets as well as blue badge parking easet access both in and out well set out tables and chairs plenty leg room at some of the tables
