The best restaurants serving Fast food food in East Midlands

Always forgets the beef patty. Paid for a double cheeseburger and single cheese burger with no meat in it. If I wanted a cheese sandwich I’d of stayed at home.

Literally have the worst customer service , my daughter tried to order from them but they refused to get her order . I tried ringing them to ask why but they told me go order elsewhere. And after a few attempts to try order , they started leaving her voicemails threatening her and calling with different numbers . I will not recommend them at all.

First the positive - the guy who seated us (although clearly stessed) was very polite. Now the rest - we waited a fair while to place our order despite there being very few other people in the restaurant. The person who seated us was not the one who took our order and the young guy who served us was different again. This wouldn't have been a problem if not for the fact after every interaction we appeared to have been forgotton. After a long while (people who'd arrived after us had been served), my mother was given half a tepid OAP dinner (no accompaniments). We expected the rest would follow quickly but buy the time they did, she'd finished hers (still no accompaniments). We pointed out that my father (who had ordered the same thing) was missing his extras which never did materialise. The 'large' fish ordered wasn't even OAP sized, let alone small. Poor food. Not hot. The guy who had seated us was running about, shaking his head at the young server. Clearly chaos. We should have realised by the number of vacancies advertised on the door when we went in. Lesson learned. Too many chip restaurants in Skeg to waste your time and money in this one. Avoid.

Table service ,a lift cutlery & napkin stations on both floors

delivery was missing both drinks ordered and a share box of nuggets... What was delivered was cold too!!

We waited roughly an hour and then randomly our number went off the screen and they just forgot our order,had to go back and remind them that we actually ordered.unorganised,unacceptable

Food stone cold. Why cant they wait gor delivery driver to register at the restaurant before making the food.

I recently ordered from here. Food was delicious. The staff is really helpful. Thank you for this good service.

Ordered tonight for a birthday tea for half 7 delivery, said delivery was about 20 to 8 ,rang at quarter past 8 to be told another 10 minutes waiting for a driver ,got to 10 to 9 ,rang again to be told they had no driver it wouldn't be coming no contact to tell us this ,no updates through just eat or restaurant, absolutely disgusting service ,won't be using them again .
