The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Ordered via Just Eat. Ordered Colonels Meal 4 piece Chicken. Just Eat courier a very nice man. Contents of delivery were very disappointing. You would think with a 4 piece chicken meal, you would receive 2 legs but no, 4 legs. Greasy horrible and straight in the bin. I called the branch to say 4 legs and not one breast and the woman that answered said well we cannot guarantee which pieces you get. When I pressed her on this, what 4 legs? she admitted this should not have happened. I will tell my packer not to do that. I hold little or no hope of this getting through. Anyway this is pointless but I have a bit of time on my hands. Please don't bother to order from here. You will be disappointed. I will never order from here again and regret doing so this evening.

Got conned.bought snack meal and three pieces. Snack meal had drum tick, but three piece box had two drum sticks and one piece of nearly all bone. What a rip offw

Took myself to KFC tonight gets to order my food, manager called me Love in many times to inform me there's just a chip and pin service only. Been like that since march, no evidence on Web site. So I had to wait a further 20 mins to drive through to get out of the dam place.Manager attitude is crap, she declined to give her name. Refused cash. Also on Web site its says closed at 9pm yet by 8pm shut. So called security guard who could not speak English just grunted Shut.I certainly will not eat here, atrocious none existent service.Thanks nick

So, yet again, item missing, why bother asking what side you would like when you're not going to bother putting it in the box

The worst drive through I have ever been through. I can not believe how rude the staff were, I then asked for the manager and said I found the staff quite rude and dismissive and she rolled her eyes a d said well they're busy what do you expect, then just walked off. I'm completely shocked

Still absolutely dreadful. Food still cold, and order incorrect. So many justifiably terrible reviews, but nothing ever improves.

I don't know the name of the crew member on the window on April 17, around 7:45pm, but she needs to get some customer service skills. Slamming down a card reader to put in a code off the KFC app, and huffing about it, isn't exactly a great experience. I get it's a drive thru, and you're rushed, but having an attitude for a customer using a service you offer, might as well not bother

Este McDonald's dice que son 24 horas. Si apareces entre las 3 am y las 5 am, están cerrados. Dicen estar limpiando el restaurante. Obviamente no abierto las 24 horas. No es genial cuando te esfuerzas por descubrir que están cerrados. También es necesario abrir toda la comida para asegurarse de que es correcta. Los gerentes son extremadamente groseros y arrogantes

Waited 15mins for food when it came out it was stone cold, had to wait another 10 mins for replacement, while I waited two other customers came up to complain about there orders

Disappointed with the manager/cashier's attitude when I requested tomato sauce as none were supplied when I collected our family bucket order, reluctantly I was given only 3 satchels for a family 4 and I had to pay for extra satchets. Also only one tray was given, when I requested 3 extra trays his response was not what I expected for loyal customer who has been coming to this branch for many years. Good bye to this branch of KFC

We ordered two meals a week ago at The Martlesham Heath KFC. We clearly stated no sauces on both (twice) but when we got the items and drove off. We had to take the items back. There seems to be a lot of young teenagers in that branch and we are very happy for young kids to be working and gain experience but they do not seem to be properly supervised or trained well. Four days ago, we went back to the same branch and ordered two wraps ( simple, easy, just two wraps) we spent nearly 10 minutes between ordering to get our wrap and guess what... the chicken was cold. After 5 minutes of waiting for food, one young man came to the window and without saying anything, closed the windows in our face and not even an apology was offered or to say that the food will be delayed. We complained to the young Manager and she ensured another two wraps were made, but guess what.... the chicken was barely warm. We wont be re-attending.

Gravy dip double bucket unable to eat chicken too much spice had to bin it why so much spice why not serve it without spice or give a option

These dirty scumbags gave me FOOD POISONING last night and I am still suffering today from vomiting and temperature. You will be reported to council. Please never order food from this place
