The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Absolutely awful, my mum had ordered through their website... They sent a message saying they can't deliver and they're keeping the money £35+... I then had to collect my mum and drive down there at 10pm and also refused to give her money back... They gave her the horrid food, full of grease and no flavour and kept the "delivery and service"charge which was over £6. The ACTING "assistant manager" Alex was VERY rude with vile mannerisms. To top it off she ordered there previously and they forgot a whole meal and said to get it on her next visit which they also refused to do. Definitely will NOT be returning, I would also prompt everyone to avoid this gross place. The management needs training on how to speak to customers or humans in general!

I don't know the name of the crew member on the window on April 17, around 7:45pm, but she needs to get some customer service skills. Slamming down a card reader to put in a code off the KFC app, and huffing about it, isn't exactly a great experience. I get it's a drive thru, and you're rushed, but having an attitude for a customer using a service you offer, might as well not bother

Este McDonald's dice que son 24 horas. Si apareces entre las 3 am y las 5 am, están cerrados. Dicen estar limpiando el restaurante. Obviamente no abierto las 24 horas. No es genial cuando te esfuerzas por descubrir que están cerrados. También es necesario abrir toda la comida para asegurarse de que es correcta. Los gerentes son extremadamente groseros y arrogantes

Waited 15mins for food when it came out it was stone cold, had to wait another 10 mins for replacement, while I waited two other customers came up to complain about there orders

Disappointed with the manager/cashier's attitude when I requested tomato sauce as none were supplied when I collected our family bucket order, reluctantly I was given only 3 satchels for a family 4 and I had to pay for extra satchets. Also only one tray was given, when I requested 3 extra trays his response was not what I expected for loyal customer who has been coming to this branch for many years. Good bye to this branch of KFC

Parking charges , disgraceful.i was specifically told by staff that there were no parking charge. I’ve just paid the fine . Do not use this KFC misleading parking policy

We ordered two meals a week ago at The Martlesham Heath KFC. We clearly stated no sauces on both (twice) but when we got the items and drove off. We had to take the items back. There seems to be a lot of young teenagers in that branch and we are very happy for young kids to be working and gain experience but they do not seem to be properly supervised or trained well. Four days ago, we went back to the same branch and ordered two wraps ( simple, easy, just two wraps) we spent nearly 10 minutes between ordering to get our wrap and guess what... the chicken was cold. After 5 minutes of waiting for food, one young man came to the window and without saying anything, closed the windows in our face and not even an apology was offered or to say that the food will be delayed. We complained to the young Manager and she ensured another two wraps were made, but guess what.... the chicken was barely warm. We wont be re-attending.

I've been eating and ordering from here for the last 25years. Tonight, I was a little shocked. My order came and I know that everyone is cutting corners, but the chicken I got today, I suspect, Is pre frozen and then re cooked. It was over burnt and horrible. I will always be fair when leaving reviews but the quality in comparison has rapidly declined in a short space of time and I've not eaten it.

Pizza lush staff lush pissed and dropped me garlic and lad came out to see if needed another one . . I didn't but was canny if him x

If I could give less stars I would. Staff friendly but food appalling. Bless, how many times did those chickens have to die... Took a bucket home for the family and it ended up in the bin

Avoid, simple as that. Food is never great, the service is usually poor/dismissive, and you’d be lucky not to feel ill the following day

Absolutely appalling customer service very rude don’t have any customer service skills what so ever!! Talk to you like crap. Manager isn’t interested in how rude their staff are at avonmeads Bristol. Food cold even if you eat in. Vile women behind the till said I don’t get a child with a kids meal? Never heard such crap in my life couldn’t be bothered to argue with her luckily I bought a mash potato as extra side so she had that instead.

These dirty scumbags gave me FOOD POISONING last night and I am still suffering today from vomiting and temperature. You will be reported to council. Please never order food from this place

They use frozen pizza, and frozen chips/fries from lydl, also they've been closed down for 5 months due to poor hygiene.
