KFC in Salford

Ordered Food online was delivered to my home address, everyone really enjoyed the food massively tonight was really fresh and tasty!

Have a delivery stone cold not happy can't contact anyone had to throw chips and gravy away too cold too eat

Great service the restaurant looked very cleaned and the food tasted great we will definitely recommend this branch rossal way

How is this dive even still open!!! Swear i will never set foot in the place again it needs shuttin down.

Crap only went for 2 Krushams Went inside as drive through was mega 40 minutes for two ice drinks joke springs to mind so under staffed to cope with the demand

Absolutely the worst KFC in England after waiting 55 mins in drive threw for cold food the inside needs a health warning on it disgusting.put me off KFC for life

I don't seen anywhere so poorly service.. Kfc starting to be uncomfortable and without no care... big disrespectful for customers. No enougg staff... 35 min for an order direct in shop... so sorry to come here.. or to use any other kfc place in futures

Extremely slow service and poor food. It's my local KFC so I come back occasionally just in case it improves. I don't think it ever will.

Garbage. Ordered 4 meals, 2 of which had no fries, 2 pepsis and 2 pepsi max, no indication which was which. Maybe worth employing English people who can understand the order.

Quick stop off for quick food, decided to stay in. What a mistake food all over tables and floor including sauce and general litter not very hygenic. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, yes people should throw their own away but that ain't an excuse for it not being cleaned. This is the dirtiest KFC I've ever been in.

This place should get shut. Service is joke, waiting times is even bigger joke. I don’t understand how this place is still open?!!! You get stuck in drive thru que for over 25 min with no chance of getting out. Disgrace!

Absolutely piss poor again, sat at the “order window” for with more chance of Elvis turning up to take the order than an actual member of staff, drove to the second window to try and order to be told, “I think he’s on break” ahh that’s sound then, I’ll just drive back round and wait till he decides he fancies taking an order shall I, unfortunately for me this place is the closest kfc so I’ve had to deal with the shambolic service a few times, last time took me 20 mins to order and get my food which wasn’t great but as a little bonus I got a 1cm of solid crust on top of my beans, this time I’ve given up after 15 mins n drove off, looks like it’s off to McDonald’s for a chicken Big Mac!!

3rd time I'm sitting in the drive through with nothing to look forward to. 3rd time they have not had any cold drinks on a smoking hot day. Never again!

Don't order anything from this place They can't get their orders right Twice now we have order online and not got the full order that we paid for, And it's not up to much in taste Afford it like you would with covid 19,

Had a KFC Bucket the other day, Wish I had'nt The Chicken was Tasteless, not at all like KFC Food. They have changed the chips, and left the potato Skin on, not happy, Not happy at all. Will not be going back unless they go back to Normality

I would like to Thank your Staff from Salford store. Today my 12 year old Son dined in with a few friends, they called straight from school. Some other boys from same school, stole his food & drink, threw them on the floor. Members of your Staff replaced my son's food & drink for him. That was a really nice thing for them to do. It was really appreciated by myself & my son. Could you please pass on my Thanks to the store? Thank you

This is not fast food. This is excruciatingly slow food. Quicker to buy a southern fried pack from a supermarket and stick in the oven

The service was terrible, waiting ages and got my order wrong twice. the girl who served me needed a good wash her hands and nails were black

You ask for a large meal and invariably you are given small chips , this seems common place in regards the fast food industry , basically your being given small fries in the large packaging , such a simple thing that is becoming a major peeve . Staff rude and very poor as they seem aware of what their doing .

My order on my receipt was correct when I got home they gave me the completely wrong order the gravy had become a solid and most of my zinger burger was just crispy skin and spices hardly no chicken every single time I go in there my order is messed up.. the woman who took my order done it right the person who bagged the order mustn't of been able to read because I asked for a wicked zinger meal and big daddy meal.. they gave me a bacon and cheese burger wtf I do t even like cheese
