KFC in Stockport

Got conned.bought snack meal and three pieces. Snack meal had drum tick, but three piece box had two drum sticks and one piece of nearly all bone. What a rip offw

Excellent service, very fast, everywhere nice and clean. I'm guessing this is out of the managers control given the cost of heating - the air con was set on cold, this made us and our food go cold which was a shame. We left early and reheated our food at home. We will return to eat inside in the summer and would highly reccommend this branch.

Sack staff pls, they are very antipathic and close earlier than actual time, every other day, in my opinion this KFC need auditing

Stopped selling the Christmas burger on the 21st of December asked why shrugged his shoulders and walks away. The whole retail park absolutely rammed kfc dead…..says it all about this place hazel grove is the best one in my opinion worth driving a little bit further wouldn’t bother.

Walked out. No Coke, no Pepsi, ONLY diet options or tasteless Pepsi Max. I'm not fat, I don't need to be forced to have a diet product with my FRIED chicken.

Poor customer service, closes early, staff rude and abrupt. Staff seen consuming food at end of shift which should be discarded in accordance with companies operating procedures.

Took my disabled mother to the shops, using her blue badge and parking in a disabled parking bay and was slapped with £100 fine. Tried to phone up and staff were rude and unhelpful. Absolutely shocking scam. A disgrace of a company

Don't waste your money! Utter rubbish from this KFC . Rip off tiny pieces of overcooked chicken , tiny portions of fries literally 13 fries in the "large" portion. You get a 14 piece bucket and 10 will be tiny wings , no larger pieces . Certainly no breast pieces. I've added a pic of my 4 piece colonels meal £8.99 and look at the rubbish they served!

Ordered a take out. Salty as HELL! Ordered boneless bucket and beans. Chicken way too salty. Totally inedible

I parked on this car park, and did not display a ticket but was happy to pay the initial charge of £60. The parking ticket was sent to me after I had left to America. Therefore, I did not receive the first, second or third notice. I returned home early, in late January instead of May. At this point the fine was £160. I advised the company I had not been in the country for any tickets and had just seen them. I sent proof of flights & date stamped things showing I was in America when notices were issued. Ocean Parking refused to lower the fine for me, even though I said I am happy to pay the £60 first charge as this was the first instance I knew I had a ticket. If I had been home when the first notice arrived I would’ve paid it straight away. Instead I have been charged full price for not receiving their notice, after being out of the country! I wonder what would’ve happened if I had returned in May like planned. ***Horrible company to say the least. No compassion. Waste of space. Recently visited this KFC with a friend, and ordered a family bucket, the food was great! NO complaints whatsoever about the food OR the service, which was fairly fast, and friendly. The only issue was that we asked for 'Normal Pepsi' as the drink, and the member of staff tried passing off 'Pepsi Max' as being normal Pepsi, which it isn't. She seemed to be totally unaware that there is normal Pepsi (Full sugar), Diet Pepsi (Horrible rubbish, fit for going down the drain only), and Pepsi Max (Sugar and flavour free). We took the food back home, but the restaurant seemed to be clean, as did the kitchen area from what I could see. The food was lovely. I'd have no hesitation in going to get food from here again! Amazed that there are so many bad reviews!

I when to change something that was broken and got a fine am disabled and there were no signs were I parked in disable parking to say I had to pay ocean parking say there's sign as you come in but how can you read that sign when you watching were your going

So after a bad experience many months ago I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. I added Instructions to my order not to include drum sticks...I put this in 2 separate comment boxes - however, they chose to ignore this and put TWO drumsticks in the box meal. Shocking customer care, clearly don't give a damn! Never again will I hand over my money

Not had a KFC for years but decided to treat ourselves to a 10 piece Bucket with fries. I drove 10mins to order & pick up instead of having a delivery. All I can say is what an utter waste of £15.99, petrol & time it was. This must be the worst KFC I've ever experienced. Hacked off lumps of chicken , if indeed that's what it was, were soggy, greasy & tasteless. The fries were similarly greasy & soggy with odd black spots here and there. I wish I'd checked the order before leaving as I would have refused to accept it. It will be a long time again before I risk a KFC

If you can’t complete orders correctly then don’t offer delivery via so many delivery platforms. Every time we order off Deliveroo or Uber eats the order is wrong. We always pay more for delivery but never get what we order! KFC Stockport is a disaster; they can’t even get the order correct in store never mind delivery. Half the family got food and half didn’t 🤬 No wonder they don’t answer the phone or let you write reviews on Google and have removed the Facebook page! I’d rather starve than give kfc our money again.

Dripping in fat soggy chicken forgot to put chips in a two piece meal. 4 hours later vomited. Since it’s been refurbished they should be ashamed. The colonel will be turning in his grave. Can’t even get it one star.

I decided to eat in. I ordered my food at the machine. When I was presented with my meal I was offered no napkins or salt. I had a small handful of chips which were pleasant enough. A selection bucket of average pieces of a variety of chicken, some greasy and undercooked. A very watery tango with loads of ice. Average service. A fairly clean restaurant.

Absolutely disgusted with the way the staff treat there customers, my little sister placed her order and they got it wrong, so she went back and told them what was missing they took the receipt off her and act like nothing happened shocking place.

As we arrived the guys and girls behind the counter were shouting out an order and seeming very frustrated at everything. as we were looking at the menu the fella behind the counter kept saying next order at us, we felt this was very rude. when we ordered the fella did do the order quick which was good but this is the only positive thing. as we were handed our Krushams he said sarcastically 'hopefully you enjoy them'. we said we wanted to sit in but he put our order in a bag. we found the cleanest table but still had to clean it. the food was rubbish and only warm but not hot. As we were eating a girl came out to clean 1 table and empty a bin she didn't seem like she understood cleaning. we had the meal at 15:00ish and now at 22:00 we are feeling ill, we are going to probably going to food safety about this. my opinion is don't waste your money

All tables were filthy, trays were filthy. Food ok although not the best fast food I've had. Just a dirty restaurant.

the most filthy KFC i have ever seen and i have seen most both here and overseas. Bad service and chicken was horrible. Avoid at all cost. Reported to health and safety.

I love KFC, until tonight, I have had my worst experience ever. The chips were cold, the chicken was too salty, didn’t even taste like KFC, I now know what the FC stands for at the KFC Peel Centre in Stockport. This place needs shutting down as all they are bothered about is getting food out of the door, if I had been eating in I would have sent it back, I didn’t touch the chips after 3 or 4

The service is the worst I’ve ever had from any K F C I have every used. Order my food to take away which I had to wait 40 minuets for, Only to then be told they only had one piece of chicken left, I had order two original recipe meals, two pieces of chicken and chips. I got one piece of chicken and one chicken strip, half a bag of chips. The other meal had 3 chicken strips and half bag of chips. I had ordered large beans, was given two small dried up beans, uneatable. This is the last time I will ever use Stockport Towm centre K F C it’s not the first time I been when they run out of chicken and tell you it’s going to be a least 20 minuets wait, how do you run out of chicken it’s all you sell ? Well what can I say about KFC in Stockport!! What a dump, I’ve seen cleaner pig sty’s my coleslaw was hotter than my meal which was 2 chicken pieces and chips, chips cold the chicken lukewarm, the chicken skin dripping in grease!! The coke didn’t taste like coke, it was the first time and the last time I’ll go to a KFC, the meal was about £11 , I’m so sick of going out for food and being given crap, so do yourself a favour and go somewhere else if your hungry, but if you don’t mind eating cold crap or you have kids with you go there we all know kids will anything, this KFC should be closed down and turned into a pound shop. I’d like to say the people behind the counter were nice but I won’t lie, it was probably the only job they could get.

Popped in for a quick lunch with my wife. The young man who served us (Amir) could not have been more friendly and helpful. Food came quickly and was as good as KFC gets. Restaurant was clean.

The kids really like this KFC and we always get the family bucket excellent value and very good service.

Came in for food only to find out got no chicken left ordered a coffee got no coffee no ice cream and the servers said we close at 10 this 9.25 absolute joke

Whilst on work I popped in for some food and a drink, I've been here before and had no problems but today... I asked for a big daddy, they didn't have any.. asked for a wrap, they don't have any... so I asked what did they have? And this young lad just rolled eyes and said Zinger meal. Don't even know what that is so thought sod it I need food. Asked me for a drink preference and all I wanted was water (can't have sugar) they didn't have any! Diet Pepsi it is then! Moral of the story, if I worked there knowing we were out of certain foods I'd let customers know instead of just watching them stare at the menus about the counter! Would've saved time and frustration.
