Waited 15mins for food when it came out it was stone cold, had to wait another 10 mins for replacement, while I waited two other customers came up to complain about there orders

This has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. I’m writing this review as I have been to the restaurant over 20 times and can successfully say out of them 20 times the food has been cold tasteless and not worth my money and I have got a refund every single time due to the quality of the food. There is no excuse for their service or the fact that the food is cold. This is not just a one off this is consistent and I advise no one to waste their money or time here.

Went to get dinner for the family, thought drive-through would be a good option as wouldn't have to drag my son into the restaurant. Thought it wouldn't take too long as I could only see 1 or 2 customers inside the restaurant, so wasn't busy there. There was a bit of a line with the drive-through and I had to keep saying Hello?! as noone would reply, so had to wait quite a long while until someone finally took our order at the speakers. Girl seemed tired taking orders, then at the payment window I asked to change a few things, like single burgers to meals etc. It wasn't even that difficult to be honest but the person at the till was not getting the changes right and instead of changing the order he just kept adding things to it and in the end there were several extra burgers that I had not asked for. He was getting distracted and so was I because right behind him was a girl and a boy who were giggling and talking loudly. He was getting frustrated about this because it seemed that the male was disturbing them again and again. He asked the boy that was laughing why he was there again and if he could go or something but he stayed. It got really loud and I couldn't even understand my own order any more because on top of this now the boy and girl in the car behind me were getting really frustrated and angry, shouting and calling us idiots, at one point the male behind us even got out of his car and I thought he was coming to hurt us, but thankfully he went into the restaurant instead... the whole situation got frustrating for everyone, then the manager (?) storms in, shouting at the male member of staff making changes to our order, asked us what the problem was or something to this effect, when I explained that instead of changing the order, items had been added on, she got angry and deleted the whole thing and wanted me to restart. I gave her the whole order again, meanwhile the people behind us calling us all sorts of names, and the manager apologizing to them saying it wasn't her fault. To this I say if it isn't her fault then that would make it my fault but she just says she has to keep the customers happy etc. My son thinks she called me idiot at some point. In bewteen she was frantically running to the kitchen and yelling to the staff not to make the large order yet, etc. It was all so unpleasant and even upsetting that I told her I had a good mind to just drive away but would stay and pay because they had spent that time with us. We were left with food that wasn't fresh but cold, a horrible dinner experience and an upset son the whole way back home (close to an hour away) Every time we go to this restaurant we have a bad experience, we have decided we shouldn't come here again.

Does not even deserve a 1. Sat at the drive through for nearly half an hour. First at the order point for 10 minutes, before being told to go round to the window. Finally get to the window to be told the tills update now and order will be taken in 4 minutes. Cars collecting orders in front were taking so long so couldn't even leave the queue. Eventually the window opens again to take our order....we don't bother. Half hour to finally take an order....couldn't wait another century to have it cooked. Fast food...you must be joking.

It’s like their staff members are half asleep when completing delivery orders, I just don’t get it. I moved flats at the end of December so since then this is the closest branch that comes up for delivery, and since then I ordered 5 times from here, every single time they missed out all of the dips. I always order extra dips too because for me that’s what makes the whole meal really, like who would want to eat their mozzarella dippers without anything to dip them in? Defeats the purpose of the “dippers”, it’s literally in the name...I order 4 dippers with my meal and get none, I don’t see how they manage to overlook that every single time, it’s not even one dip that they may have just forgotten one time, it’s 4 of them and not even all the same, and all of them are systematically missed out. If I wanted plain cheese dippers I’d just get them frozen from the local off-licence without the £3.99 delivery fee. For that much extra charge one would expect their orders to be gotten right at least one out of five times. Continuously ridiculous service with the exact same mistakes every time, it’s like they’re doing it on purpose to save money that way, which is a joke for a big company like that, and if this is not the case and it’s not intentional then your staff needs a rigorous extra training, because they can’t even complete a single order properly ever.

a very first time to this new McDonalds we was met at the door and ask for our details name ect for the CONVID-19 AFTER WE SANATIZED our hands we was shown to a table one of my support workers and me I must say I was very impressed with Way how they was handerling the CONVID-19 Thing as the people left there tables they and there chairs was cleaned very well I thought it made us both feel safe

I visited mc Donald's a couple days ago with my boyfriend, couple hours after he was sick with food poisoning. I have also visited on 2 other occasions and was very sick and had to go to the hospital and they confirmed it was bad food poisoning. Very disgusting, will be complaining as my boyfriend had to take the day off work and this keeps happening too often !

Went this morning through drive through this morning for breakfast, waited 10 minutes for food in car park. Then proceeded to drive home to eat, where we found half the order was missing. Rang restaurant to complain but could not refund over phone so had to travel all the way back. Argument with the manager as would only refund half of it, told to contact office to get full refund, which I did to be told have to go back to restaurant again to get full refund as they can’t do. Left and right hand don’t seem to know the protocol, they obviously realise that people won’t both. All in all a waste of 25£ after all this left with a load of cold food, with only less than half money back. Was offered 5£ as token gesture through office, but derogatory given time, fuel back and fourth. It’s a shame Macdonald’s place greater value on profits as opposed time customer service, very sad. I would avoid.

usually go to n/cheam or n/malden but passed this 1 tues. Waited in queue (10 am ish so not busy apprx 4 customers sitting down) no one came i asked girl if some could serve she disappeared we waited i asked again then girl came i asked double cup my coffee as cold, raining they put half in 2 cups! female moaned as had to re-do. Drank coffee if u can call it that after leaving in car hardly any coffee, luke warm called head office cust serv as branch dreadful no staff speak to customers or each other! very unhelpful woman said i have to ring branch they can only pass on message to snt management as i asked to speak to area manager she said they cannot do that call branch what a joke! that is not cust service, rang branch 5 times before getting snr manager who was helpful met him today to get a free coffee which was better speak to Lemarr if a prob! he was going to check cctv see staff on & sort with them what happened. While waiting to speat to him 3 customers came back to counter 1 no chips with order, 1 no chilli sauce with order, 1 no bacon with hamburger! what is going on with that branch not returning will stick to NC & NM nice friendly staff decent, hot coffee....A217 needs top management to go in & sort it but they don't care as make millions per year

I pop in on a regular basis at vary times of the day as working for the emergency services sometimes this is the only hot food we get a chance to eat. Todays visit was disgusting, staff rude including manager when asked about a problem and then some of the food was cold and soggy. Will not be visiting again in a hurry.

After a long journey, having a friendly staff member to take my breakfast order. Nothing was too much trouble and even employed table service as food took a bit longer than usual. Other staff member was quite breezy and said good morning in a cheerful manner. Very pleasant experience.

Quite dreadful. I generally only eat here out of necessity and do accept the experience for what it is but tonight was exceptionally poor. Waiting way beyond the time (despite watching a duty manager chase our order). When I complained and asked for a reduction in the bill (being more than happy to pay a contribution) I was basically made to feel bad. Were it not for the fact that my partner is disabled and needed to eat I would have stood my ground. I have complained to the parent company. Poor, almost discriminatory and should be avoided
