These dirty scumbags gave me FOOD POISONING last night and I am still suffering today from vomiting and temperature. You will be reported to council. Please never order food from this place

Ordered at half 6 On Valentine’s Day and it never arrived. I asked for an update when it was late and was told 8:25, 8:30 came and still no food so I rung the restaurant for them to tell me they are really busy and on there way. 9:30 comes and still haven’t arrived so rang again with no answer so I kept trying and got through at 9:50 to be told it’s on its way. That was another lie. I contacted just eat and got a refund and we decided to go bed as Valentine’s Day was over and ruined. We are asleep and we get a phone call at 11:35 and it’s the restaurant saying it’s gonna be another 10 minutes. Why would I want to eat a dinner I ordered 5 hours ago. The guy on the phone kept apologising and saying we can have it for free but like I mentioned it was 11:35 and we was already asleep. We got our refund but still so angry with the service.

Ordered at 8:30 thinking the food would be delivered by 9:15….NOT a chance after 27 calls and actually going to the shop to see the shutters were down we decided at 11:00 that we needed to eat had to get a cheeky kebab started tucking in and then the phone rings the delivery driver was out side @11:20 honestly I don’t know what to think

I will not be using this restaurant again as I am sick to death of phoning up and complaining. They really could not care less.

I ordered their meal special many time, and it recent months the quality has gone down massively. The curry sauce is watery and without flavor, chicken is overcooked and dry and even the side dish was disappointing. Sort it out or you will lose all your customers

Really disappointed with tonight’s main course, severely burnt and had to wait over one and a half hours for it, not good enough. Last week, same course was superb!

Delivery to tonight was spot on, food was scrumptious, loads of it, couldn’t eat it all, fox will be happy!

Thought we'd give this another go Saturday night. At the point of ordering, it said 30/40 minutes, they usually say that but are here in 20. Time went on calls were made, estimates given again, we hoped it would be sooner, unfortunately it wasnt. Our meal showed up 4 hours later, with an apology, and being told, we could get our money, which we will be in the next few days. If they were inundated with orders, why did they keep taking them, just to keep people waiting, then give them an apology, and to offer to give them their money back. What was the point.

Failed to deliver a take away. After a 90 minute wait, called to be told they were too busy and didn't know if our order had left yet. It shouldn't be long. After a total of over 3 hours wait, they told us it hadn't even been cooked yet. I appreciate its a busy time for take-aways, but if you can't fulfil the order, don't accept it.

The food was very watery and out of taste. Prices were really good but I hoped that they had put the prices up to give us quality.

Nothing was good. Butter chicken was sweet enough to be a dessert. Tarka daal was simply masoor daal with garlic. Sheekh kebabs were tasteless. Lesson learned. Never again.

First used shajan many years ago, and the food was lovely. Unfortunately, recently standard's have slipped, takeaways recently have been cold, or parts missing, such as salad, poppadoms and sauces. Won't be using again
