Have been to this KFC twice and both times we have gone through the drive through and then had to wait at least 25 minutes for food even though it wasn't busy. When the food arrived the chips were soggy and the burger was luke warm. Both times we have asked for extra sauce and they have forgotten! Wouldn't go to this KFC again!

We hadn’t been to the KFC for about 9 months after they decided to put all the chicken from 6 separate meals in one box and all the fries in another. This time they got the order right and in individual boxes, but sadly as we pulled round to the drive thru window there was a cry of ‘s—t I’ve f—-ed up the Teriyaki burger and someone else shout ‘it doesn’t matter’. I would beg to differ there, but I suppose it depends what they’d messed up. The server didn’t know which drink was Pepsi Max and which one was regular Pepsi, so it’s lucky neither of us has diabetes . When we got home the Teriyaki burger was terribly presented, the sauce was over one side and the veg just loose in the box. The chicken was really dry and chewy like it had been sitting for a while. The popcorn chicken we ordered was all good. I would say we’ll leave it another 9 months and hope the manager gets to organise the restaurant, but I think that’s it. KFC is officially off the menu.

Ordered KFC the other day. Ignoring the miserable portion of chips and the fact they missed a drink from the order there was one piece of chicken that was obviously gone off. You could smell it. It stank out my wheelie bin and I had to triple bag it to keep the smell and flies at bay. I WILL NEVER GO THE KFC AGAIN

I had a problem with an order with Deliveroo and was offered a full replacement the manager was excellent how he delt with the issue now I feel fat I’ll be returning cheers

Very dirty tables and chairs. Very moody and unhelpful staff. We will never going back again. Or to any other kfc

Ordered online to collect, when I got there I waited 40 minutes for my order, when I got home & opened it 6 lots of chips were missing, no baked beans, no bottle of sprite and what they did give us tasted disgusting. £65 on KFC and we all chucked it in the bin. The place is being run by kids & they don’t seem to have a clue.

The staff member Curtis was very helpful and very nice I think he should be praised for his good work

Unfortunately the visit was spoiled by the unclean restaurant plus disgusting toilets urine stains every where a soiled toilet pan no soap and the hand dryer was broken in the restaurant itself the tables were unwiped ,floor covered in bits of food I will not eat there again

Visited KFC Bognor with my daughter last week. The service and food was awful. We ordered on the screens in the foyer. When we went to the counter they didn't have the drinks we'd ordered in stock, and suggested a replacement. Which were 60p cheaper, but didn't offer a refund. Then they didn't have the side my daughter ordered, again no offer of a refund or alternative. They forgot to include the chips in my daughter's order. I went back to the counter, and the chips suddely appeared on the rack behind the counter. When I opened my food (sweet chilli bites) it was stone cold. Not even warm to the touch. The counter staff took them back into the kitchen area, and I heard the words, "They say this is cold." Then I heard the slam of a microwave oven door. Before they came back, we'd left. We put the rest of the food a bin on the way out. We bought sandwiches at M&S. At least I knew they'd be safe to eat. Only two other people were in the restaurant area. No one ordered at the drive thu' while we were there. Now I know why they weren't busy on a Friday lunchtime!

Drivers clog up the restaurant leaning on counters and demanding service . 20 mins for a chicken dinner . Not good . Then it’s cold .

My son bought me a zinger stacker for dinner, brought home and i plate it up to find that it is mostly deep fried clumps of batter with very little chicken. I got in my car in my pyjamas and went to KFC drive threw and complained. They apologised and replaced the burger however did not compensate me for having to come all the way to complain and return their crappy burger. This is not the first time that this has happened. They got our order wrong 4 times at least which we had to go back to KFC. The KFC in Bognor is the worst. Dirty and poorly prepared chicken. They all tons of batter to the chicken to make the pieces look big.

Chicken was overcooked....dry....and scrawny, bony pieces. We threw over half of it in bin.... Do not bother trying it....!!!!

Worse KFC I have ever had. Chicken was overcooked and chips were undercooked. Worse kfc I have had in 40 years .

This place needs shutting down! I can’t honestly understand how this place is still going, KFC should be shutting this place down or bringing in the bosses to sort it out. The food is always wrong, the quality of abysmal , and my whole family had upset stomachs after eating here! Considering it’s a CHICKEN restaurant there is very little care!

Had too wait 15 minutes at the intercom, all she keep saying , sorry for the wait and when we got to the serving hatch another long wait and the food was Luke warm and we got about 10 chips with the Luke warm chicken, come on kfc get your act together and never recommend kfc bognor Regis.

From start to finish this was a horrendous experience, customer service was non existent the guy was so rude when taking our order and when we paid, not a single thank you whilst paying. One meal wasn’t edible the chicken inside the burger was burnt...

Excellent food as you would expect from KFC, everything was cooked to perfection and pipping hot, friendly staff

Food was stone cold and soggy and KFC or deliveroo are not doing anything about it we are going through a crisis at Moment and you got restruant selling cold food I will be taken this further watch out everyone

A really long wait, as only one person was doing any work (credit to her). Chicken (Zinger) was very small, half of it tasted fine - other half was like it had been run over or died of old age. Chips were lovely! But probably...

Hubby called in bought chicken wings and a wrap for me. My wrap was disgusting. The chicken bits were dark brown were they were over cooked almost burnt. There was so much gooey muck in it which I think should of been like a coleslaw....

I don't know what's wrong with KFC in this country and don't understand how people can even eat it? Very low standards, disgusting, not fresh food. Place should be closed.

Phoned to make a complaint as half of our order was missing, ending up speaking to a male who was so rude, his phone manner was disgraceful & attitude even worse. Kept speaking over me, wouldn’t even let me speak.. Would definitely not be buying...

How is it possible to manage a restaurant as such. Toilets, restaurant ground, tables...everything was just disgusting. It's a shame for such a brand. Even the windows were not clean and don't look at the terrace.

We visited here on the 17th June as it was convenient to where we were staying.The server couldn't be more uninterested and unhelpful if he tried. We took our order away with us and didn't realise the following until afterwards. The food order was half wrong with different food to what we'd ordered and was so greasy it got thrown into the bin. We'd asked for sauces, napkins and hand cleansers and none of them were given. They probably would have tasted better than the food ......

Waiting at the ordering point in the drive through for quite some time with no one requesting our order, we assumed the intercom wasn't working. Drove round to the serving window to be asked if we'd stopped at the ordering point to which we advised yes we had for quite some time. They told us they can't take orders at that window so we'd need to go back round again. If they spent more time serving and less time talking to eachother they would have got our custom. With burger King just down the road that's exactly where we went. Won't be trying to eat here again

Absolouty disguising place. Food was stale and cold, staff were very unhelpful. Staff had disgusting hygenie practice. Toilets have got to be the worst I've ever seen. So many complaints. Food could not be eaten.

Not been before but we thought it was very good the young lady serving us was very helpful and we had a bargain bucket + sides very clean inside would definitely recommend if you like KFC

What can I say its KFC all good but all I will say is that if you use the drive through make sure you check your order before you leave quite a few times they have forgotten stuff.That aside food is good and staff generally pleasent just need to be a bit more careful with the drive through.

Called into KFC for a quick coffee and cookie. Excellent coffee and tasty cookie. Good value at £1.99p. Sadly, however let down badly by the dour faced staff whose attitude towards customers leaves a great deal to be desired. Come on people, I know that catering is not the best choice of occupation but if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen, (or restaurant in this case)!

Went here for a mid-week lunch as I was hung-over and got a proper hankering for some fried chicken. I have to say I was disappointed. I had a chicken fillet burger, fries, gravy and 2 pieces of chicken. I found the burger and the chicken pieces very dry and the gravy not as good as it used to be. It was almost like a poor imitation of KFC gravy. Fries were ok. On the plus-side (and the reason they're getting 2 stars instead of 1), the restaurant was clean and very comfortable (except the incessant 'beeping' of the machines out the back which was not ideal with a hangover). All-in-all I found it very disappointing. I wouldn't have gone to KFC in the first place but because of where I live there are no decent fried chicken shops within half-an-hour's drive. I moved here from London 4 years ago and I think perhaps I was spoilt. With a fried-chicken joint on virtually every street, it's a buyer's market and shops who aren't cutting the proverbial mustard shut down very quickly. People vote with their feet. The problem with KFC is that they're such an established brand and have the budget for huge marketing campaigns and stores nationwide, the quality of their chicken doesn't really matter, people are going to buy it anyway. There's no real competition at their level so there's no incentive to make the quality of their food competitive. They can just keep pumping out their dry chicken and the majority of people will lap it up and not know any better.

Exceptionally convenient for campers in the caravan club site over the road. As usual, food and service great, without fault. Lots of parking if you want to visit other shops on the estate.
