McDonald's in Barnet

Este McDonald's dice que son 24 horas. Si apareces entre las 3 am y las 5 am, están cerrados. Dicen estar limpiando el restaurante. Obviamente no abierto las 24 horas. No es genial cuando te esfuerzas por descubrir que están cerrados. También es necesario abrir toda la comida para asegurarse de que es correcta. Los gerentes son extremadamente groseros y arrogantes

As Private Hire Driver, I travel all around London, and have been in different MC Donalds to eat and use the toilets. This is without doubt the best MC Donalds that I had in. Very clean always and all the staff are always there to help and clean everything. The food also is good! I really appreciate the way that they are doing their work! Highly recommend it!

Ordered from just eat at 10 am the delivery time change 3 or 4 times and over an hour later they cancelled my order at 11.10 am Complete insult joke of insulting tha McDonald's took order then cancelled over an hour later when says courier at restaurant 😟

The staff at Colindale MacDonalds were so helpful and attentive. We had 14 children for a party after going to Inflatanation over the road. The restaurant was really clean and the food quick and tasty. Very high standards all around including the toilet. My son said it was one of the best parties. A fantastic experience.

Poorly designed and appalling organisation made this a visit to forget. Busy and staff could not cope. Also when challenged staff were rude and unhelpful.

Extremely rude staff who always refuse to do the bare minimum to help their customers. I have had a girl closing the window in my face when I just wanted to swap my Coke for a water which I had been told I could do. I’ve asked to see the manager and also was refused. As well as the items being always unavailable and food coming out cold. Do not go there!!! If there is another McDonald’s available it will certainly be better. Brent Cross McDonald’s is a better choice which is a short drive from Colindale.

Every time we order food from McDonalds Colindale are items missing like sauces. They just ask to call delivery company, when is theyr problem if dont put the items in the sealed bag.

They are topping the list of the wort Macdonald restaurants. Sometimes gives the impression that they are avoiding selling, the expression on their face the difficulty of dealing with customers who are not from their geographic region or ethnicity. Avoidable.

Unprofessional management. Named “Nana”, she is rude with deliver drivers, members and customers. Incapable to leadership and unable to inspire team members. Customer who order delivery is taking a big risk to receive wrong package due their incapacity to organize. Totally a mess! I not recommend!

No juice available, no customer service at all, rude staff, time to waiting time more than 10 minutes. Waste my time and money!

What a terrible service the drive through is the woman who takes payment in the kiosk will not pick up the card machine to over it to you no you have to get out of the car to pay as she says it’s company policy for her not to hand it to you it’s not my policy to smash my car to get closer to your kiosk every other McDonald’s Is fine apart from this one with the lazy rude woman behind the counter if you don’t like you’re job leave you lazy waste of space

Not normally a Karen, but I would give this 0 stars if I could. What seemed to be the manager was rude for no apparent reason and said that we didn't add a triple cheese burger to our order, even though we did, and said we shouldn't have added it to our order at the first window - excuse me? Chips were old and tasteless, triple cheeseburger was extremely salty, and the wrap of the day was dry, old chicken goujons and came with barely any salad and no mayo. Toffe late was just a normal late with whipped cream on top - glad I paid extra for it (not) Awful service and awful food. Avoid. P.S there is a reason why this McDonalds is the 24th lowest rated restaurant in the whole of London. Let me repeat that. THE 24TH LOWEST RATED RESTAURANT IN LONDON OUT OF ALMOST 17,000 RESTAURANTS. Embarrassing.

Must be the the worst McDonald's in North London, waited 10 mins in the waiting bay for a Big Mac meal and kids meal..the place was empty .Finally received food ..kids meal cold Big Mac cold and cold wet soggy chips that went straight in the bin..Manager needs to pull he's finger out and sort the place out ..

The lady that takes the Order is extremely rude shouts and is abusive. Going through the drive though they don’t appear-to hear you place the order. When you get to the cashier after cuing they shout refused to take order saying you have to drive back around and cue again. Cold tasteless

Cold food, rude service, always get order wrong by forgetting something,always a wait on the food. Awful.
