Literally the worst maccies going, takes at least 25 minutes to get your “fast food” generally cold fries and thats when they don't just forget to make it. If only this wasnt a 1 time occurance but its 3 times on the bounce up to now

El peor servicio al cliente que he experimentado. Maleducado, maleducado. Entiendo que es un ambiente ocupado, sin embargo, nunca he experimentado algo así. El servicio fue francamente una experiencia horrible, el personal debe poner "vaso medio vacío" y "dando a la gente un servicio horrible" en su CV.

No estoy seguro de por qué este McDonalds dice que está abierto y las 24 horas. Esto puede ser cierto en un viernes o sábado ocupado. A pesar de mostrarse como abierto en el sitio web a medianoche de un miércoles, el personal no pudo atender los pedidos de los clientes, lo que llevó a una fila de automóviles que se alejaban. Sería mejor si aparecieran cerrados durante ciertas horas si ese es el caso para evitar trayectos innecesarios.

Ordered a mother's day takeaway consisting of: Quarter Pounder with Cheese Burger Large Mixed Meat Kebab and Chips Curry Sauce Crispy Mushrooms Cheesy Chips Mozzarella Sticks Driver dropped it off and when we unpacked the order realised the Kebab and Chips were missing. Tried to phone the driver several times and received no response. Also tried to phone Crispy Cod approx 7 times and each time the phone just rang out. Website said no longer taking orders so assume they'd closed early (website says open until 21:00 and we were trying to make contact at 20:15). Not sure how they've left out the biggest / most expensive item off the order but if you're sending substandard deliveries out then feel like you should at least be contactable for a period of time after. Not sure who is to blame here (Delivery Driver or Crispy Cod) but leaving this review on the basis we didn't receive what we ordered and Crispy Cod were not contactable to resolve which left us with a big inconvenience in trying to have a meal. Will be avoiding in future.

Placed our order then waited 30 minutes to receive it. Upon inspection, one item was missing so drove back round to complain. Once we'd complained, was told to drive to next window where, after waiting a further 30 minutes we received the missing item, but, as we had been treated this unprofessionally previously, asked to speak to a supervisor. She was extremely vague when responding to our complaints so we asked to speak to a manager. This extremely rude individual, because we were asserting our rights as customers, accused us of being aggressive and shut the window on us. Most restaurants would give a refund for poor service but McDonald's think they're above offering good customer service because they're such a large corporation. They seriously need to offer their managerial staff more training when it comes to dealing with customer complaints

Thought it would be nice to order my partner a big McDonald’s breakfast for his birthday as he’s been having a really rough time lately and we’re both super unwell. Half the order was missing, the rest was wrong, can’t get a refund for delivery as McDonald’s are partnered with Uber Eats. Ruined the morning really and I’ve now deleted both my Mcdonalds and Uber Eats accounts. Can’t be bothered with the lack of resolve on orders that are wrong. McDonald’s stated that they couldn’t do anything unless we wanted to go via head office. Absolute joke and not worth the money you chance losing on delivery fees etc. This also means that if you get your food for a group and anything is missing, you won’t get a replacement for any of the missing items unless you want to re order and pay for another delivery, meaning half the group might go hungry unless you want to waste more money on delivery and receive another order that might also be wrong. This has also happened to us on a few occasions in the past but this time was ridiculous, the order was no where near correct. It’s like we got someone else’s order with our receipt on it. Oh, and we have to wait up to 15 days for a refund from Uber Eats.

The good thing about this place is that they have several vegan options. The vegan sausage was quite nice. Last time I visited this restaurant, the chips were good but the portions were mean. (August 2023). This time the portion was a good size but the chips were horrible. The worst, stick-in-your-throat just like oven chips. I won't buy from there again.

The staff should be absolutely disgusted with themselves! Got a delivery, everything was stone cold, missing items and what was there we could hardly bear to eat it. The onion rings were not only burnt but they were flat, incredibly dry and was like trying to chew cardboard! They must have been cooked 3-4 times, how anyone could bag them up for a customer just takes the complete P**s! Burgers were extremely dry and cold and chips couldn’t be eaten. I have always enjoyed BK and thought it was better than another popular burger place but actually at least other places have some standards and quality control. Will never use this place again!

This was the worst takeaway we have ever had the food was cold and crushed. It was 1.1/2 hrs late and bits missing. The delivery driver was rude and couldn’t care less about the service he was meant to provide, he delivered the food in a lidl bag instead of a thermal bag. I will never eat from this place ever again it was disgusting. We complained but even the customer service team couldn’t care less. It spoiled the whole birthday party.

Overpriced, Luke warm burger and chips and a drink x2 £26. Asked the supervisor for Well done bacon on my burger and her reply was, it comes in frozen already cooked. Sent Burger back because it wasn’t hot.. had to tell her it should be 70 degrees in temperature, her response was it’s 40 degrees actually. Never eating there again.
