KFC in Tonbridge and Malling

We didn’t go in and eat but family takeaway every other Sundays. Tasty chicken, corn on the cob, tower burgers but chips looking bit wedgie. The service is decent and on time. Various sources to add or try a bit of chilli source at home goes down well. Extra spiced chicken wings goes with a bang. Keep it up guys doing great!

I should have read the reviews before i tried this place! This place was the 2nd worst KFC place i have tried the 1st one was in USA and this one. The chicken was not prepared to KFC standard and all pieces were stale ,tasteless! and lukewarm!. the service could be better.Please improve your food standards to meet real KFC one.

Picked up a large family order, waited about 5 minutes in store to pick up and couldn’t help but notice how filthy it was. The floor was all sticky, homemade signs up to say toilets out of order, no tables cleared and rubbish piling up. Lots of staff milling about behind the counter chatting, not even cooking food that could have been making an effort to make the place half respectable for others to eat in. Food was a bit meh too unfortunately, probably as expected given all that came before it. Chips soft and undercooked, chicken overcooked and dry. Best part was the bottle of Pepsi… Whoever owns this franchise needs to put more effort in to bringing this up to at least an average KFC experience, we won’t be returning any time soon

Ordered online and the order was wrong yet again. Kfc in Tonbridge is getting worse. Food was just warm and they don't even answer their phone. Ended up paying for something that was double the price than what was ordered 😡

*NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/JUST EAT* I only live down the road but after waiting for over an hour for my food I’ve tried calling KFC 3 times with no answer, so I went to the KFC myself and I’ve spoken to the manager who said that on his system it says that my food has been delivered. He phoned Just Eat customer service and passed me his phone (very hygienic). There was a man who kept saying something about an email that I need to reply to. I’ve asked him a simple question - do I get my food or a refund? He said unfortunately at the moment none of it because they need to open a case. The man I’ve spoken to over the phone said that he believes me that my food hasn’t been delivered because he can see on the map that the driver hasn’t been anywhere near my address but they can’t see where it has been delivered????? Disgusting! It seems like nobody is responsible for delivering food to customers. I am very unhappy about this and will not be ordering from them ever again.

AWFUL restaurant, staff and food. Had a take out on 7.9.2020, the staff were not wearing masks or gloves although behind Perspex screen, which was badly positioned, the popcorn was undercooked and the zinger burger was cold! I would have taken the food back and complained but the other customers were not wearing masks - thinking this was the law. I wouldn’t visit this restaurant ever again.

Having lived in the USA, South Africa and Sweden and a big fan of KFC in general, I was extremely disappointed wigh the food we got from KFC in Tonbridge. Tasteless chicken, the fries was old and even the coleslaw was poor. Last time we went there !!

I absolutely loved the food at KFC in Tonbridge. The service was very good considering how many people were in there at the time I visited. The staff were not as friendly as I would have liked them to be, but they were far from rude. Maybe the friendliness of the staff prevented me from giving a 5 star review.

New chips are lovely and the dishes are good, problem is unlike McDonald’s no gifs for the kids which the kids ask for.

We have been to this KFC a few times and service is usually slow which we let slide as it gets very busy. Today, the service was very quick as they weren’t very busy which we thought was great. We had ordered a trilogy box and a boneless banquet with gravy. However we get home to find that the lid on the extra gravy wasn’t put on so the gravy has emptied out in the bag (but fine, could happen to anyone), there weren’t any dips for either box meal which we had asked for, and the trilogy was more of a duet as the pop corn chicken was missing. Where it wasn’t busy we didn’t think to check our order before we left, and were we going to walk all the way back with our half an order in a gravy sodden bag.. no. Very frustrating and disappointing- it really wasn’t a complex order.

We wanted a quick bite of food before dashing off to the cinema in Crawley. The food was the best I have tasted in a KFC for a long long time absolutely fresh piping hot moist really really delicious and lovely chips. The staff were excellent really happy smiling seem to enjoy working together and was so helpful when we're that direction again I'll make sure to go in

The place wasn't being kept very clean.The floor by the tills was filthy and tables needed wiping.Our food was cooked properly although given the wrong chicken wrap this was probably because the person serving didn't seem to fully understand english?It seemed understaffed and the staff seemed stretched to cover the lunch period.Where was the manager? Definitely lacking a decent manager for the place.

Often this place gets very busy and this means the general cleanliness can be over looked. Food is generally fresh.

still suffering from one bin post the refurbishment, but a definite effort to keep it tidy. Nice staff, they got my box meal a bit wrong and couldn't be more helpful.

I've popped in a few times with my daughter, it is quite nice food although sometimes the chicken can be a little greasy, the service is good & the pricing is reasonable

Avoid like the plague, disgusting food and awful staff who are rude, the place itself is not cleaned properly, and its not a great advertisement for food hygiene, eat at your own risk!

So appalled with this i has to write a review, firstly the place was filthy, rubbish on the floor, mess on the tables, then had to wait 30 minutes to get our meals, coupled with not everything not being available on the menu, we had drunk our drinks waiting for the food as it took so long, then finally when we got our food, one piece of chicken was dry and had a funny taste and the others really greasy, runny gravy also, this left myself and my partner with bellyaches not long after eating. Along with no apology for the food taking so long and no handwipes given to clean up with, my advice to anybody is do not eat here! Avoid it like the plague!

This is usually quite clean and the food is great, however there never seems to be much staff, so therefore it takes forever to get your food. I also had a member of staff a couple of months ago who didn't know what a 20p was and had to ask me to tell her what it was! There aren't many places to usually sit either considering that it's a very small KFC.

The staff are great here, overworked but friendly, but I have seen the guy who I assume is the manager be rude or offhand to many people, including myself. If he is serving, he comes across like he is doing you a favour and you should be grateful for it.

Poor service, food is okay and served to standard. You don't get cold food here, but you may wait a while for it.

Food generally tastes good but every time we have ordered from here there have been mistakes (things missing, wrong meals given to us etc)

We visited last weekend with our Grandson it was in turmoil lots of people waiting for food to be cooked We ordered a boneless bucket after a long wait we brought it back to a grubby table in the window , one lad run off his feet trying to clean bins and wipe tables But the problem was the food we had no plates to put our food on no Cups for our bottle of Coke and too top it all no spoons for our side order of beans and gravy how was we suppose to eat this I mentioned to the lad and he said he would help and came back with one spoon for 3 of us we had no dips as advertised Will not be returning to this restaurant soon .....fast food no way laughable

Non il migliore KFC provato, locale molto sporco e non il migliore servizio, il pollo fritto non era della migliore qualità (frittura) provata nei vari punti vendita.

Question about portion sizes.i recently visited for a two piece.was amazed when one piece was size of an emu breast but verge other piece was the size of a hummingbirds bollock.how is it decided what you get,chicken was fine though good old colonel sanders

Seamos sinceros, sabes el tipo con un kfc! Aunque ya no tengo las fichas en cualquier comida para llevar kfc ya que encontrará muy decepcionante y bastante insípido. El pollo en sí era caliente y sabrosa y llena un agujero!

Como de costumbre típica de KFC. La comida no está mal, pero una vez más, casi cualquier actitud personal y el mismo hosco como de costumbre.

He sido un cliente aquí en ocasiones desesperadas y que siempre ha tenido la apariencia de estar deteriorado, aunque el personal es cortés y amable a pesar de la mala calidad de las patatas fritas (nunca he ahora) y la larga espera ya nada parece preparado. Estoy seguro de que un montón de chalecos antibala de los clientes que yo he presenciado, en ocasiones, pero necesita realmente KFC HQ tome nota y espabilen

Estábamos en un plazo ajustado para la comida, y me prometieron en 2 minutos y llegó en 2 minutos. Decepcionados éramos tan pocos aseos, dado el número de clientes que deben tener allí.

I can't believe the second time I've been to this so-called representative of KFC. The staff are very nice overworked underpaid and clearly there is no management practice in place, no time management, and endless queues with no food ready to serve. My previous visit we had to wait over 20 minutes just to be spoken to the same happened today. On my previous visit we got given extra chips because of the delay but they were cold, who wants that, they ended up in the bin! The Tunbridge Wells KFC in the industrial estate is far better organised well-managed and the food is hot and a smile when they take your money!

counter service is great, very friendly. How many fast food joints ask you how was the food and wave you good bye? foods great better than ones I 've used in London.

So... Lovely food as all KFCs are, but on my recent visit I was so impressed by the manager and his staff I wanted to write a review.Outstanding service, very fast, very efficient and really helpful in choosing the right meal for the best value.I was there when the shop had just opened and I watched all the staff cleaning and putting everything alway neatly getting ready for the customers. I noticed hygiene was particularly at a high standard (using gloves, everything spotless).The manager seemed to be in control with everything but also relaxed with his staff and so the staff seemed happy and relaxed too.I must say, I will only ever use this FKC from now on! As so welcoming!

but food could be better as me and my wife go there at least 1 or 2 time a monthbut staff are helpfull

Located in the middle of the Tonbridge high street.I think this branch of KFC is geared to serve food inside rather just being a takeawy.The food is no different from any other KFC outlets.Because of its location it is almost impossible to park outside ,and order a takeaway.

Staff look unhygienic and so does the food. Toilets had urine and tissue all over the floor and smelt really bad. Slow service clearing and wiping tables.

This KFC is a small, popular branch and great if you like chicken. The staff are professional and the counter service is efficient. My only criticism is that the tables aren't cleaned regular enough and I often have to clear up a table before eating.

This used to be quite a nice place to eat but the place is now a little shabby. We ate in and there were no condiments left out for you to use, I had to ask for napkins etc. Saying this, the food is still good so rather a take away next time.
