McDonald's in Wolverhampton

I never thought I would spend time reviewing a 'Maccy's' but this place is different. Enthusiastic, hard-working staff create a welcoming feel. My chicken and salad wrap with dressing was terrific. Well done all!

We ordered from the drive thru. A quarter pounder meal with large fries and a Mcchicken sandwich meal. Plus we ordered four raspberry Mcflurries. Got home and discovered the large fries were only two thirds full. The Chocolate and raspberry Mc flurries had no raspberry sauce and no chocolate pieces. We have had things like this happen before at Bentley Bridge including items missing. I rang them and they gave me a number so I can take the ice creams back!! At this point the ice creams had melted and were inedible. Poor Customer Service.

Forgot our wrap, absolutely gobsmacked. Sort out the pale person at the drive thru. Had to go back in to get my wrap when I was in a rush.

Ordered a quarter pound meal and cheeseburger. The burgers looked like they had been standing all day. Rang up and complained. Was told to come back and would redo when i wanted another meal. Went again today. Asked for it to be freshly cooked. No way was it. Again burgers burnt. What are the playing at. Money tight for everyone and the food is inadequate. Chips are always luke warm and mist of the times hard. Will nit be going there again.

Ordered food for delivery Food arrived stone cold Who seriously delivers food on a push bike and then opens it up in the middle of the driveway to see who’s is who’s order Whoever has the others orders would be even colder than ours NEVER AGAIN and when complain to Uber they say nothing can be done for cold food complaints

Went to McDonald’s I ordered 2 double cheese burgers & mayo chickens and 2 large fries the buns on both burgers were burnt it was like chewing a brick when I tried to eat them, very disappointed. Also didn’t even take my order at the drive thru told me to drive to the next window & then asked why we hadn’t placed our order will not be going back. Disgusted.

Cold food, Cant park in disability Spaces as taken over by uber eats , didnt know they were disabled people delivering The Stuff?? Managers couldnt give a monkeys about it either.

This place is an absolute joke, went in with my Dad to get a couple of drinks, the bloke who seemed to like helping everyone else but for some reason couldn't lift a finger to help when we just wanted a bit of advice - many thanks James, your personal skills are non existent. Sat for 10 minutes waiting for two drinks while he pranced about delivering to everyone else and even brushed past me - this wound me up so I spoke to staff and said I wasn't waiting any more as it was now 20 minutes for 2 drinks. Staff are genuinely thick and couldn't see what the issue was the woman with the glasses was as much use as a chocolate teapot - got my money refunded again and left. No one has any customer service skills, they are disrespectful and someone should look at how this dump is being run, completely laughable. Cretins.

There is being disrespectful and then there is this McDonald's. Simple order, a few drinks and 2 meals, and food was missing. Call up and they go on about how it's not their fault or problem and blame it all on another company (delivering company). The woman on the phone didn't care carried on explaining that it isn't their fault for not checking the meal properly before sending out and telling me to put a refund through. I soon explained that I will be giving them a bad review on here and other platforms. The lady in a happy way said "That's not a problem " and hung up the phone. I know we are only customers but there is no need too talk to me with disrespect like she did.

I ordered food for delivery via Uber. When the driver delivered the food he left it at the door but didn’t knock. The only way I found out he’d been was because I went to the door to see where he was. Most of the food was cold.

Every time I have gone they have gotten my order wrong. For example I asked for two lots of cheese dippers and they charged me for 8 packets wtf

Ordered two Sausage Muffin meals Got bacon and other stuff Had to go back in and the staff were having a whale of a time chatting and laughing away. Dont worry about the customer, the customer does not matter in the slightest Treat the customer like the proverbial, serve whatever horrible food you like. No problem Stay away

I ordered a cheese share box and It was filled with chicken this is not the first time I've been charged for something and not given it

Staff always kind when taking order and very helpful. Meals brought to table with a smile and lady who cleans does a great job and always asks if meal was good and she keeps it lovely and clean. Great job. Martin

I live locally and no longer use this venue. The staff are rude, it’s dirty and every time I have ordered I have to park in the car park to wait for food, which is chaotic in itself. The order is very often missing something and cold.

When you go in there, there are goo many people. Sometimes you vo in there and you have to come out because there are no seats. This does profit kfc because people would just go there from mcdonalds

The burgers at McDonald’s are amazing. The soft crunchy onions inside are a delight, and that warm salty burger is amazing. I think the combination of mustard and ketchup is fantastic with that soft yet scrumptious bun . Also, how it comes with either small, medium or large fries is perfect. With the matching drink, it’s magnificent. Thank you McDonalds for producing such delicious food.

Your food is nasty you can not cook chips the food is undercooked ripping people off they also have attitude problems the staff who works Here stay away from these fast food restaurants taking things of the menue getting rid of nice thing's macflurry bye get rid of them bring sundaes back

Disgraceful young lad who served me had no manners no.shakwa no.ocecrwam no nuggets ok it was 4.35 am but no need to slag me off to another member of public as I said evening not morning. Never have I felt so belittled in me life talked about me for a good 5mins whilst I ate in the corner called me over weight ( I'm 8 months pregnant hence the craving for apple pie) just so embarassed. Doubt I go back to this one

Popped in for a drink and loo before setting off to work in the area. Never ordered a drink as unable to use loo. Broken and dirty. Yuk!

Placing order via intercom often very difficult this needs to be improved for the drive through. Very often need to park and wait for order to be brought to car. Food often not very warm or even cold. Hot drinks sometimes very cool . Very often drinks leaking due tops not being on correctly.Too much ice in cold drinks ( Diluting them )Lettuce nearly always slimey and inedible .Makes you wonder how food is made and handled.Toys missing from Happy Meals ( problem if ordered 2 or more and toy missing from one of them ).Items missing from order often occur.Change over time from Breakfast Menu at 10.30 to normal Menu far too strict often told to park car and wait for 5 minutes .

Brought new big Mac meal cold fries cold burger, I ordered 2 bannana milk shakes got 2 vanilla ones it's not the first time it's probably the worst mm.

Absolutely rude customer service by one of the managers named tracy at the drive thru of bently bridge.I was spoken to very rudely as we had a vary of questions to ask,this woman thought it was acceptable as someone in a higher job role to speak to a customer with attitude .Drive thru lady was however very polite and apologised for the inconveniences .

Service needs improving for the drive through. Often have to park up and wait for order to be brought to car. Food often not very warm / cold. Sometimes difficult to place order through the intercom system . Drinks sometimes leaking due tops not being on correctly.

I have Visited here Several times for Burgers to take out & most of the time I have been Satisfied but the odd occasion they have got My order wrong after Me Clearly Stating specific Requests!, There are Mostly very Friendly staff here!.

This restaurant was busy as was expected for half term. Due to the sheer amount of trade I thought we would have hot, fresh food but I was mistaken. Most McDonalds serve cold food nowadays! We didn’t return as was busy and the kids were happy to continue.

Drive through was quick service hot food and polite staff ... staff helpful and cheerful and nothing too much trouble

what a joke popped in for 2 mega mac meals, was told sorry we have run out, they have pictures of them all over the shop but no burgers come on McDonald, and for god sake get you staff to put a smile on, and get some burgers on at least.

Only popped in for a latte before going bowling. It took ages to order. Then even longer to get my one latte!

Just popped in for our granddaughter's nugget meal ....she loves it . Me , I restrict myself to a black coffee or vanilla milkshake ...both of which always hit the spot .

Always seems too busy for the store to cope. Foods either cold, wrong or poor quality despite being "freshly made" and the staff are rude! Managers are even more rude and don't seem to follow the same hygiene codes as the rest of the staff - no hair nets, no hats... most of the time stood there on phones while the staff run about getting orders. New managers seem ruder than before and don't seem as customer friendly. Appears the running theme at this store is speed over quality and service

For some reason McDonald's has put in a system that hardly works for the company it is designed for we went in for a couple of coffees got our ticket and waited while the staff looked after the drive through 20 minutes later no coffees we asked for our money back and left. New is definitely not good on this occasion!!!

Food served cold.I ate the Big Mac but the chips were totally cold and sent back.They could have been excused if they were busy. BUT THEY WERE NOT.Having eaten in McDonald's venues all over the world. This is the only one I have been asked to pay 5 pence each for the small packet sauces.Nor were there the usual condiments ie salt & pepper WOULD I GO BACK. I would think twice about it

A decent McDonalds. Chips not as nice as the ones you get at KFC though!Parking can be a nightmare when there are good films at at Cineworld, on the same complex

It's cheap fast food that you can't go wrong with. Only problem that you get sometimes is the order is wrong and you have to park up and go in and sort it. Also the drive threw is annoying when busy as it blocks off park the car park for the other venues.

Not a huge fan of McDonald's but the service is always good. The ladies were really friendly, especially Lucy. Food was hot! Which is nice.

I regularly visit this mc Donald's branch and it's exactly the same as any other branch. Good staff and good fast food. Never No problems.

Do not go through drive, I used to use this mcdonalds a lot because I live close. Every time I go through drive through they get my food wrong or forget something. And there is no point paying for says es because they never put them in. Very annoying when you have to then park up and lumber kids out of car to sort it out. Better to travel to willenhalll

Wow, having eaten McDonalds infrequently I can't say I'll ever eat there again given the calories now displayed next to the food, a large meal and most of your calories, and all of your fat for the day are accounted for, follow Iceland and ban them.

Its maccies so theres not much you can say about it as everyone loves it already, but at bently bridge, the staff are really friendly no matter what time you rock up there at! but it is best to go at night as the food seems more fresher!!!!!

what i liked about it was that you get served with your food quickly, and the staff seemed very pleasant, the food was brilliant, but on the downside of it, i didn't like the fact you couldn't get a seat

Good Food just like any other maccies, Foods usually hot and fresh. Staff tend to get orders out quickly as they can.

Having visited McDonald's in over 30 countries a new low was reached today at Bentley Bridge Soggy tasteless fries. How can a McDonald's get fries wrong?

being a fan of maccies I would never have anything bad to say, its brilliant...love it, the coffee is excellent

i like mcdonalds but get fed up of the same burgers and loved the wedges but they don't come round very often get bored of the chips, wedges r my fave.

This has to be one of the worse McDonald's around. The site is far too small for the footfall, the staff cannot cope with the queues and based on the fact that it is opposite a large retail park it could be 3x the size and still be busy.Waited almost 10 minutes for a drive through and when the food did come it was luke warm as it had to be bought half way across the car park as the waiting bays were grid locked with 5 other cars waiting for food. The franchisee (Astrad Limited) needs a good talking to about staffing levels, customer service, food rotation and queue management.Shame on McDonalds for having their name above this site.

always busy! During school holidays its full of families ! it is a fast food outlet. Inside its like a production line . with one taking the order, one doing drinks, one doing the fries! No wonder the orders are wrong! on more than one occassion when we have ordered nuggets that we have been given fish ( i would not normally mind , but one of the kids has a fish allergy). I have complained a few times...but have given up. The staff always seem harrassed. Location is good and it does have outdoor seating.

Was very busy when I visited due to the hot weather, their was lots if people ordering. The queue moved very slowly.
