WE were enroute to catch a train,so time was limited . After a 20 minute wait for 3 breakfasts at breakfast time I enquired how long our meal would be . I was met with a gruff reply and the member of staff then disappearing. I once again asked a person , who was in a different uniform how long our meal would be . She was abrupt and rude and then turned around pulling a face to her colleagues about myself. After 23 miutes a simple apology for my question would have been great. But once again in this McDonalds , the food took over 20 minutes and the staff, when asked were rude. A fast food place to avoid.

30/11/2024 Visited McDonald’s coypool and went through the drive through this evening and Charlie the guy working on the first window was absolutely amazing his customer service was second to none he went out of his way personally to accommodate what I was asking for. Really friendly and approachable McDonald’s definitely needs more people like him in their restaurant. 10/10

Best maccies breakfast I’ve ever had and I’ve had a fair few!! Everything was hot and fresh, the egg was cooked absolutely perfect compared to the usual rubber ones which I often take out because they’re so overdone. The egg drip on my jumper was welcomed ! Spot on breakfast .. cheers guys.

if you enjoy poor service, forever inaccurate orders, and getting robbed from the from team mcds and uber you come to the right place. over the course of a few months had more incorrect orders then correct using both the app and drive through. using drive through when checking before leaving to ensure due to staff have more time to standing around talking thank spending the time checking correct items for the order and half filled portion of cold chips to go with the meal that you ordered with the missing burger. we all have a bad experience every so often and we overlook them but when 3-4 back to back. mc Donald's nor uber take responsibility on the so called service they provide if things go wrong with the order on the app so spending hours with uber, to fight and prove that you are entitled to partial/refund is a joke each and every time (yes you have to protect yourself from scammers i understand this (but you are the scammer for this when we can provide photo or video evidence)) this is in violation of consumer rights this is also backed up on many forums with poor order accuracy and support for the consumer (should check online reviews and forums to reflect of the service)

Absolutely horrific service from start to finish ! Ordered on the app 1 chicken nugget Happy Meal & 1 chips & 6 chicken nuggets with 10 minutes notice ( basic order ) Pulled up at the drive in at 16.49 was told to wait in the car park & eventually had to phone the branch up as the order was still not received. Asked what the problem was for a basic order & why it was taking so long ??? Was told “it’s just how it is mate” I then received the order at 17.10 which was 21 minutes wait for effectively 8x chicken nuggets & 2x chips 21 minutes ! It’s not the 1st or 2nd or 3rd time but now it’s going to be easier just to go to the chip shop as McDonald’s is no longer fast food & when you get it the portions are uneven & it’s clap cold and the service is horrendous. McDonald’s know all this and have removed the option to complain on the website. But I will take my frustration to social media & all platforms to make people aware of how bad the branch at Rotherham Bramley S66 1YY actual is. Just to repeat 21 minutes for 8 chicken nuggets & 2 chips.

Paid £17 for freezing cold food. My partner went to the drive thru and came home (which is a stone throw away) and the full items especially the chips were absolutely disgusting. Clearly not fresh fast food as stated!! I have give this mcds far too many chances so wont be spending my money here again

Absolutely shocking service and horrible staff. Didn't care about you at all. Missed out half our order. Receipt didn't print so didn't get a receipt and when I went back to sort it out, I was told they couldn't do anything without it and no manager stepped in to assist or help in anyway!! Never go here unless you want shocking service and half your order missing!!

Came here yesterday at rush hour with the family and went in to see that business was definitely booming it did take a while to get our food but I had a lovely fruity grimace shake and we got some overcooked chips and the lad at the till gave us some freshly new cooked ones for free and let us keep the old ones which were actually quite nice happy birthday grimace and I will recommend this to all the alphas around

Do not order off deliveroo. The order will not come and the they will not pick up your call. Serious lack of management, I was waiting an hour for nothing. I had to cancel it took that long, they couldn’t even find a driver. Newark needs a reform. And they shouldn’t take orders if they can’t fulfil them.

We asked for a veggie wrap meal they couldn’t put it through so they said we could have a free drink and fries it was a big order because we had a few people with us so they told us to pull over while they sorted it out. We waited for 20 minutes and then we didn’t even get the wrap and the fries were cold and the ice cream was melted We ended up driving back to get it

Ordered some breakfast my delivery driver gave us our bags only for us to open if up and find our they forgot parts of our order we then tried to call up to either get a new one sent out or get a refund and they did not answer the phone I called at least 10 times myself and my family called some other times themselves and had no response we aren't happy I would recommend if you are able to go to the restaurant to sort missing orders out because the phone number they are unresponsive on .
