The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

While I appreciate they had several orders come in all at once, they seemed extremely slow with only one person on trying to process all the orders

Ordered a ‘Burger Van’ (cheeseburger) with other item from Just Eat Very disappointing. Fat burger used to be a ‘Fat Burger’ very juicy with lots of fillings and really tasty. Today it was a regular thin, over cooked burger with a bit of shredded lettuce, single slice of burger cheese a few onions and ketchup (not Heinz). 2 bites in I got a bit of bone stuck in my back tooth. Took ages to come out. Even tried with my toothbrush. Eventually my son got it out using a tooth pick. Another couple of bites and I got gristle. Put me off eating anymore. My son tried it (and he eats anything!) even he said it wasn’t good. To call this burger ‘Burger Van’ is an insult to real burger van burgers! Didn’t want to eat anything else that came with the delivery. Won’t be ordering again or recommending. Delivery didn’t take long but that was the only positive thing. Photos attached are images shown on Just Eat which were the original Fat Burger burgers and the burger I actually received. Completely misrepresentation. Trading standards??

flies in my face blocking my view, i had to swat them away. food was alright i guess but the flys put me off my food competley.

We work late most nights, and sometimes find it easy to just do a maccys drive through. Even though we know it's never going to be hot, hot once we get it home. (5 mins drive), but tonight was particularly bad. Big tasty didn't even look like a burger, and it was stone cold! It went straight in the bin! They also charged me for cheese dippers but hadn't put them in. I'm not impressed. I know it's busy, but no excuse.

order wrong when brought home, staff who are not english are rude and cba barely understand you. when told order was wrong i was met with awful condescending shouting. will be taking this further.

For a change the chips were hot!! The rest of the food average, table wasn't clean so had to clean it Toilets omg stink and that's the ladies disabled toilet not clean so moved to the ladies and the smell of urine makes your eyes water! Tea towels wrapped around the taps?

Dapne deserves a raise! Just visited the store (12.30 8/8/24) for a takeaway, originally served by Bethany who as soon as she realised we were coming for the food put it down and walked off, zero customer service skills!! Dapne who was finishing serving next to me, without prompting, asked if I’d like a drinks tray (3 drinks and a bag to carry by myself) and if I’d like any sauces. Got back to the car to find the order wasn’t correct, when I got to the counter both Dapne and Bethany had their backs to the counter, only Dapne responded to my “excuse me”, she was polite and apologetic while Bethany just walked off to flirt with the male store Manager/Assistant Manager. Dapne was polite, helpful and friendly, she is showing how customer service should be! Would have fed this back to the store directly but can’t without a 12 digit code from the receipt but the self service machine didn’t give a receipt.

Went last night about 7-8pm. Only person in store. Spicy pizza was delicious, really enjoyed it but the chips were not cooked. They were very white and rubbery with very little heat in them and I threw them away. Many other reviews saying the same. Not sure why they would take then out of the fryer when they are so undercooked and think it is ok to hand them over. Obviously people will not return if the food is raw. Why do it? Prob get some smart response justifying this or making it out it is my error. Pizza was very nice though

Went to drive through twice home delivery once drive through had to wait 20 minutes second time they forgot order all together home delivery cold food

Service is absolutely terrible. Deliveroo orders are prioritised over those made in store. No organisation. Deliveroo drivers shoving and pushing when you go to get your food. The management don’t give a hoot either.

Shocking service and duty manager is mocking customers. We have been disappointed a few times when using drive thru at this McDonald’s but we have learnt to check everything. Tonight due to feeling unwell we have ordered delivery. We had two items missing and due to no answer, my wife drove down. The service from duty manager Chloe was shocking. The new policy is that all items need to be returned as they are weighed out. Doesn’t say this anywhere but it’s Chloe’s policy. In fact Chloe is the most unhelpful manager I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Constantly saying she can’t hear you or saying she has a problem with the headset. She refused to give us missing items. Refused to give managers details. Refused to help in any way.

Visited to have breakfast with a friend before a Duxford Event. Nice casual breakfast and catch up with a friend I have not seen for a while. Food as per Macdonalds and okay….toilets not cleaned but the main issue was a £100 parking fine!!!!!!!!! Never visiting again when you can’t sit down and relax for breakfast. Apparently I was 11 mins over the 60!!!!! Minute allowance….

Christmas Eve morning/lunch time staff defo in the Christmas spirit! Sweetest people and such good service, helping me with coffee “for the emotional distress”. Merry Christmas to them all 🤍

Cheap and cheerful food, although not as cheap as it used to be. I ordered the Chicken Curry which looked nice. I wasn't offered a choice of side and was given chips without being asked. I'd have actually prefered rice but wasn't given the option and I couldn't be bothered to query it. The chicken in the curry was unfortunately quite dry, however it did taste quite nice. Kids eat free with a paying adult.

A quick snack and everything perfect. Even the machine gave out a receipt! Food as good as McD gets and served promptly with a smile, Could not be better
