Chilli Masters in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Ordered a kebab joke bare minimum salad tiny bit of mayo barley any small donner meat wouldng even feed a child

Shame I can’t select an option worst than terrible. Thought I’d order a takeaway for Mother’s Day and it was the worst meal ever. They got nothing right. Kids meal with chicken strips came as an adult chicken thighs. Other kids meal was cheese chips and they forgot the cheese. Curry meal I had was so greasy and the mixed kebab starter meat was so tough I couldn’t actually eat it. The onion Bhaji was mushy. They forgot some of the dishes on the curry meal deal and it took over 75 mins to arrive. We literally left the whole lot. Never ordering from there again. Rubbish!

The customer service was absolutely on point staff was also lovely. The food has always been on point.Chilli sauce and salad my mouth was drooling with just staring at the food.Best place for family and cheap prices.

Donnor meat so hard you could of soled your shoe with it. spicy potato's rock hard. Lamb massala meat burnt and chewy. Nan bread raw on one side. Used this place for years BUT NO MORE gave 3 chances this was the third rubbish meal each one worse than the last.

Ordered food through their website, when it arrived it was wrong so phoned them up. They told me it's not their fault despite the food not matching the invoice and refused to refund or offer any resolution. Had ordered from them semi-regularly before, definitely won't be going back.

Ordered for our first time, never again!!!! The so-called chicken kebab was just packets of sliced supermarket meat thrown in a nann and a bit of salad that looked like a dogs dinner!!!! As for the doner meat after the first bite, I suspected I had contracted COVID as it had no taste what so ever!!,! The only item that was ok was the portion of chips…even they were Luke warm. Our dog decided to pack her bag after we tried putting it in her bowl, it was wrank!!!

ordered a cheeseburger meal-had no cheese on it and had spicy sauce not ketchup a lynner special - was fine ordered a pizza and it was completely missed off called and was told 10 mins which then took half an hour and kept calling and when we said the address the phone was ended every time . was then told at 12:54 am to walk around the block in the dark! as the driver was “lost” even tho they delivered to the same address earlier Awful service for home delivery wont be ordering again, awful.

Have had food from here 3 times now. Twice I went into the shop for a mixed kebab, and once I ordered a pizza for delivery to my hotel. Each time I have been more than happy with the food. The pizza was delivered quickly, was still hot, and was very tasty indeed. What really stands out for me is Ziggy, the owner. Both time I visited the shop, he has been serving. The phone was constantly ringing, the online orders were flying in at a good rate, yet he still found time to speak, have a bit of banter, and ensure I was happy. He must have told me 5-6 times that he has run the shop for 26 years, and you can tell that he is proud if that fact. Chilli Masters is what it is. A kebab shop/takeaway. Don't expect haute cuisine. Do expect fantastic customer service, and bloody tasty food. Next time I'm in Kings Lynn, I'll make sure I get another mixed kebab from here.

Last time we ordered they didn't send the right order, called back and they blames us and said it's not what we said, called this time asked him to repeat our order and he responded with "I've been doing this a long time mate I know what I'm doing" low and behold wrong order AGAIN

Hi was a 10 out of 10 for the vegetarian kebab was amazing will be back I've just moved here and had a veggie kebab from another shop was not good at all

After having many take aways, we celebrated a family birthday. So along with a Hogg roast we ordered 7 large boxes of these special potatoes. Placed them in the oven until needed, wow they went down so well. So if you want easy lunch, roast these potatoes, they'll go with anything. 10/10

3rd time in a row wrong food sent out. Missed chips. Rang up to complain, said they would send them straight away but having finished everything else we ordered they arrived when it was too late. Food wasn’t hot either After 3 mistakes won’t bother again

Rang up to tell them my order was wrong they said I could have a free order so I asked if I could have it the manager said I couldn’t today for some reason even though they messed up my order. Food was horrendous and would not order from again. Absolutely vile food and vile customer service

Had pizzas there was no taste of cheese on either of them . Meat feast was just a load of slop &tasteless . Spicy potato wedges seemed like they had been heated up more than once .all in all total waste of money

I rang up this evening to order my tea to receive it and the order was wrong after waiting 40 minutes for it to arrive so I rang up and complained and he said he would get it sorted, after another 40 minutes of waiting my food still never turned up and neither did I get my money back for an order I haven’t got! They have no respect or any form of customer service they are rude and awful people to be around!! Gone seriously down hill!!!!!!! Horrible men that work there usually the same man on answering the phone!! And clearly like robbing people of their money!!

This used to be my go to takeaway but after the last couple of takeaways we have had here we will not be ordering again. Shocking service. Food looked as though it had been dropped on our arrival, stone cold and part of our order missing which meant someone had to go without.

Love this delivery! The best in king’s lynn by far! Be it kebab, curry, pizza, chicken, burgers, we’ve tried it all and as yet, never had a bad one! Bring on the spicy potatoes and chicken tikka naan! Years of eating from this place! Cheers Taz!

Rang up to make an order and I couldn’t understand the blokes English, so as I was ordering there was a few complications as in he couldn’t understand what I wanted he said “hang up and ring back when you know what you want” pure rudeness That was there was no need for it, because of that I will not be ordering from this place again and I shall let everybody know how rude the staff are!

Asked if it was chicken shish, was told yes. It was not it was cold poorly cooked, tough chicken in a naan bread. I had to discard all of the chicken into a bin. Absolutely terrible, I look forward to a post drink kebab yet this was worst I’ve ever had.

Never going to be gourmet cuisine but in terms of kebabs etc.....it's the best in KL. The New York New York pizza (without onions) is mine and my boyfriends personal favourite, but you really can't go wrong with the humble chips and cheese too! My boyfriend has been a longtime delivery fan and he's fattening me up good and proper now too. Sometimes delivery is a little slow and food subsequently gets cold, but other than that...... It's a yes from me.

1.5 hour wait for a delivery of cold meat in weeks old pitta bread covered up with a generous pile of grease ... putting it nicely!!

Chips were hard and cold not been cooked long enough. Donner meat freezing cold. Onion rings were okish and burger was nice but everything else was not ok

We ordered a menú with lamb kebbab, chips and drink and we paid £6,50 We hace been there before to have cheese and chips. Delicious!!

Never tasted such tasteless Indian food. Saying that Kebabs ok.......after a few sherbies,will stick that in future.....sort your chef out!!!

Always get good food from here no matter what we order. Currys and kebabs are all great.if you like something a little hotter or milder just ask.

The title says it all. Avoid the other norfolk street establishments and head straight to see Ziggy and the boys at Chilli Masters !

For the 3rd time in a row we have had the worst meal ever from chilli masters, it's sad to say but the foods terrible. My meat feast pizza arrived and looked like a burnt magherita with a few bits of pepperoni. The chips were a cold soggy mess if i hadn't ordered it myself i would have said it came from somewhere else. We will nit be wasting money here again whatever has changed over the last 4 months they need to change it back. Once upon a time chilli masters would be the place to go i would have recommended it but seriously stay away they're obviously not bothered anymore about customers paying for food maybe they're are making enough money from drunks buying cigarettes and cans of stella after the clubs kick out. Maybe its time for a fresh new food business to arrive in norfolk st!!

Took an hour and a half to turn up on a quiet Monday evening, pizza was "well cooked", and I suspect reheated, basically it looked like it had died, and didn't smell much better, chips were limp, luke warm, and basically disgusting, waste of time, won't be using them ever again...

Ordenados en 7 20 llegamos 9:00 pm, asqueroso pollo, puedo describir el sabor, como congelados luego recalentados, me hizo sentir náuseas. Tuvimos que llamar tres veces para averiguar dónde estaba, diferente excusa cada vez. Nunca jamás la orden de nuevo. Peor no he comido comida en un rato.

Ordenados en 7:30, llevado a 9. Falta orden y comida que me dieron era insípida no caliente no estaba destinado a ser un al vindaloo. Falta orden entregado media hora más tarde entrega otra al vindaloo que no apareció. Cuando llamé me dijeron que era un al vindaloo ¿cómo sé que le han puesto en bandeja, respuesta muy arrogante y grosero de ziggy! 10 o'clock con la mitad de una comida muy mala comida basura de servicio. Evitar esta comida para llevar.

Chilli masters is conveniently located along the road with kings Lynn's pubs with their lights on, so a lot people go in while waiting for taxis or before a walk home, it's not the best food it's what you'd expect from a take away shop aimed to feed drunken 18+ year olds after a Saturday night... Wouldn't recommend as a take away you'd use on a night in with family. Staff friendly and deal with the drunks well, 0 tolerance to drunken loud mouths.

I love that the chef is more then happy to do me an extra special burger every time and it's this place that introduced me to mayonnaise with chips. Makes the walk home from the pub all the better, me and my friends stuffing our faces with lovely takeaway food, something for everyone, well cooked and plenty of it .

Chips tasted like plastic and delivery was slow, even on a quiet Thursday night. Food is only suitable when intoxicated.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 18:00, which arrived at 21:00, lukewarm in a cold, wet box.We could have driven to Pizza Express in Cambridge and returned home within this time, so the fairly basic concept of 'fast food' appears to be a mystery to this establishment. I'm a patient man, but a 3 hour wait is so far beyond unacceptable that it's almost funny; if this business was located in a larger town or city, it wouldn't survive long. I don't like to leave negative feedback, but this isn't the first time we've had to wait an age for a really simple order; lesson finally learned - never again!!!

Wrong. Kebab was served cold, the chips were undercooked and greasy and when I asked for "a little mayo" I was provided with kebab and chips swimming in mayonnaise.

there are so many take aways in kings lynn but this is superior by far...staff are friendly and always remember who you are..always good for a late night take away..and food is always hot when it arrives,,phone service spot on..food first class..its now the only keebab house we will go to and the currys and pizzas are first class

It is what it is cheap, late night fast food relatively quick, ppl on phone and drivers all polite, food nice and hot even thou live 9 miles away, large menu choice, very happy with food and sevice have used a lot since got flier thru door, thanks

We rang to enquire whether they would deliver from Kings Lynn to Snettisham. The answer was yes but with a minimum £20 order & a £6 delivery charge. So we decided not to order. Within 5 minutes someone called back and reduced this to a min order value of £15,with a £3 delivery charge. We then decided to place an order to be told that it would be between 30/49 mins.An hour a half later and after 3 calls the food arrived but was stone cold. There is nothing worst than a cold kebab!

There are a lot of kebab houses to chose from but this is one of the better ones with a decent scores on the doors ratings. Good for a late night delivery!

Special biryani great, kebabs not always so good, burgers nice. Convenient if you are wanting a late night feast.

I know it's only a fast food joint but personally the best Tikka Masala in Lynn love it. Quick delivery even on a Saturday night. Staff are nice and polite. One of the longest established take always here. Consistently good and value for money.
