Watch out for the delivery charge, I’m only 3 miles away. Delivery was advertised at £2.50, and they wanted to charge me £5…. Don’t let these lot scam you! There are other takeaways that will charge less! Shame on this company!

1 star is generous. I was given old dehydrated chips that looked and tasted chewy. They must have been at least a day old. Pizzas are too salty also. I darent try anything else. Appalling food. Worst I have ever had from a takeaway

Went in here for a large bag of chips, and asked for some curry sauce with a carton of mushy peas. The chips are frozen fries, and they didn’t know what curry sauce or mushy peas were! This ‘chippy’ has been in Widnes for years!! So disappointing

Don't expect your food anytime soon.. I'll admit the food is nice, however, it takes soooooo long everytime to get to you.. fast food my a**... easily 2 hours for a delivery... so annoying, it's everytime

Didn’t get a can of drink with the chicken wrap again even though it said you did and I picked a coke

Took online order and my money, but not open!

Ordered 2 pizzas to collect after the boxing on Saturday (26th April) and stupidly thought I would get better pizzas by collecting! Ordered a Works and a spicy veg and unfortunately what I got was short on toppings and way too much base/dough - tried to call the next day and speak to a manager and the person that answered was less than helpful - NEVER AGAIN

Horrible manager who ignored me as I asked for help. I ordered through the drive-through and my burger wasn't in my bag. I came into the store and was completely ignored by the manager, she looked at me twice as I asked for help. I literally had to keep asking until a customer Sat down came to see what was happening. I stood for 5 mins asking for help with my order until one of the employees came. This mcdonald is normally alright but I don't know what was happening tonight.

Always forgets the beef patty. Paid for a double cheeseburger and single cheese burger with no meat in it. If I wanted a cheese sandwich I’d of stayed at home.

Most of the large drink had spilled out of the cup and soaked the entire bag by arrival

Food was cold. the donar meat was really cold and dry as if it was left over couldn’t eat it had to throw it away.
