Awful kebabs at £8 each, not fresh, not very warm, too much salad after specifying we didn't want too much salad. Staff busy chatting.

First time ordering from here and I can say it did not disappoint! The garlic pizza bread is to die for! And the burger was 10/10 perfect.

Got the pizza and it was pretty good. Wasn't the greatest pizza I've ever eaten, standard takeaway affair, but at a good price. Staff are friendly and there was no issues with takeaway

Called to say jalapeño poppers were missing. Was basically called a liar! Why would I watch the rest of my food get cold to waste my time to ring you. Have used for years. Needless to say, not anymore 👎

Just ordered from here to my truck as I’m stopping at the truck stop and the cafe is closed. Food was fantastic, customer service from these guys is also great. The delivery driver was a star, came straight to me and gave me my food. Keep up the good work lads.

I ordered food to be delivered. There were items missing from order, so I went to the takeaway to pick up the missing items after speaking to them on the phone. When I got there, I was accused of lying about the missing items and trying to "steal" from them. I got it rectified in the end, but I will never return. There are far better and cheaper alternatives...

Kebabs /pizza are amazing such a generous portion, staff are a beautiful family as we've known for years even delivery men are so pleasant, great food cant nock it !

Good food at reasonable prices. There is a sit in area but food is still packed take away style. Update: 28.02.2023. Really enjoyed our takeaway tonight. Good service and good people. Only downside is cash or online order - no card payment over the counter.

We like to order not off the menu. It is never a problem when ordering here. Very kind staff and food is good. Only had a bad takeaway here once. We went back for another one the next and was spot on and they were very apologetic.

IN ONE WORD. RANCID (RANK) £14.50 for lamb that tasted off and gristle. Donor that tasted days old, chilli sauce that tasted distgusting.you need shutting down for selling rubbish like that I'm seriouse.if I was drunk I wouldn't of noticed but I was 100 percent sober.worst kabab of all time never again I promise.

Excellent value, had the 2 pizzas, 3 chips and Pepsi for £25.90. Really nice, thanks very much. Loads better value than Dominos

Organised chaos is how I'd describe it. You will get your order eventually, but the service lacks that personal touch. If you didn't order it first off, you probably won't get asked again. The kebabs are expensive too, but that's probably to pay all the staff wages. I think I counted six behind the counter at one point!

Disgusting attitude, family of 13 visiting the area , ordered a lot and spent a lot. Food missing. When we called to say what is missing get bad nasty attitude and not given the missing food. Bad service. Then kept putting the phone down and refuse to answer calls. Avoid at all costs!!

We ordered a peperoni pizza a Margherita , a ham and pineapple pizza and got a garlic bread as well ! The food was great delivery was flexible we got it delivered to the campsite we were staying at it was lovely thanks

Chips were somehow super hot but extremely stale, completely inedible Kebab meat was okay

Avoid this place at all costs. Just ordered from here. Turned up late, cold, forgot multiple items from my order. The food I did have was bland and flavourless, i haven’t been off the toilet since, it’s coming out like Rusty water. Rang the shop and was sworn at and verbally abused, will not be returning.

It was the only place open to find food for the family that could do everything everyone wanted. The food was delish and was enjoyed by all. My only problem was the food went cold quickly and the door was kept/left open and I'm a slow eater so I wasted a fair bit as mine went cold. But I/we enjoyed what we ordered redte

Do not order from this takeaway. We had 30 pound order delivered and my chips, cheese and kebab meat (At a 3 pound surcharge) was laced with salt totally inedible but I have a strong pallet being a restaurant manager of ten years plus. This is the worst takeaway I have ever had and still taste it now it's awful. Please look after yourself and stay away. Appreciate late nights tewkesbury is difficult but eat elsewhere

I can’t believe the reviews on here! Completely not the experience I had. Extremely friendly staff, who went out of their way to ensure our orders what what we wanted. We wanted naan bread which they didn’t do so they said they would do us garlic pizza which was amazing! Food was the best kebabs we’ve ever had! Honestly 10/10!

we ordered from the best take away this evening and found two pieces of plastic in my daughters pizza!!! We’ve tried to call them straight away and it’s constantly “engaged”.... 😡 we finally got hold of the place for them to call us liars and then they told us to f off!!!!!!!! Then the persisted on a social media site to say I hadn’t ordered with them untill I showed my order! VILE BEHAVIOUR AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The worse takeaway I’ve ever ordered!!! Avoid this place at all costs, ordered pizza, chips and drinks. box turns melted crumbing into the chips and pizza had worryingly moldy looking dots on the base! Managed to get thought to there phone after a hour and got a load of abuse telling me there food is perfect 100% of the time. Wish I could attach photos to this review. Definitely worth changing their company name as very misleading!! XD Luckily Just Eat managed to refund me after a lot of hassle! Would rate 0 if possible!

My 7 inch pizza was inedible and went in the bin and my mixed meat kebab was awful was so dry and the chicken was dark meat & cost £18 ..wouldn't return sadly.

Most disgusting pizza ever tasted like chemicals one bite and it went in the bin.phoned them and told thankyou for letting them know..also ordered a mixed meat kebab and it was cold,lack of salad and pitta bread was dry .the chicken was dark meat and the cubed lamb had been microwaved as was hard and chewy would not return sadly!

Me and my family usually order from here once a week. The burgers, pizza, kebabs, fried chicken and wraps are always very good. Never had a bad meal from the takeaway. The delivery drivers are polite. Always lovely to eat their comforting food after a long day at work or just relaxing at home.

I ordered last night and the food was really good best kebab I’ve had in a long time. Also asked for the 3 rib and chips, one of the ribs were a bit small so they put another in. Great service.

Massively overpriced for the quality. Chicken burger meal is 7 quid. Horrendous pricing.

Me and my wife ordered, we took our food home and they completely got it wrong, so I went back, and oh my god, I was telling him and he went mad, shouting at me and everything. I felt so bad like it was my fault. All I did was tell him that the order was wrong and he was going on like it was my fault and I ordered wrong, I tried to explain that my wife told him what she wanted (she had been drinking) I told him what I wanted (I dont drink) and he just went crazy saying it was my fault and we ordered wrong. The funny thing was, my wife who has been drinking had her order right, me sober had a completely different order to what I said! But yet this was my fault! Well I just want to make you aware, you made me feel like crap, and I wish to never order from you again! How dare you speak to me and embarrass me like that in front of other people.

Food poisoning BEWARE!! Ordered chicken wrap ate it on the premises at around 10pm by 1 o’clock in the morning I was folding over in pain!! I’ve spent the last two days in the royal hope hotel next door with food poisoning sweating being sick diarrhoea feeling weak had to book the hotel for an extra two days has I was too ill to drive home. I WOULD NEVER GO A IN THAT PLACE AGAIN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. I appreciate some people say it was a good experience for them but let me tell you I certainly don’t share the same view. Never again!!

We had a delivery 1st time and I've got to say it was DELICIOUS. Chips soft, burger full of flavours and big. Kids meals are perfect for younger ones. Highly recommend this place. Food was delivered hot! Worth the money 🙂

Check your change when ordering. They are happy to add a few extra £s onto your order when you make a large order. Had it happen to me twice (thought the first one was a one off mistake) had £7 added first time and £5 second time. They only accept cash so cannot be traced by receipt.

Intenté llamar al restaurante y el teléfono estuvo ocupado constantemente durante casi una hora. Traté de enviar por correo electrónico, pero no obtuvo respuesta. Finalmente fui a la premesis para resolver el problema. En primer lugar me dijeron que nunca les había pedido. Luego tuve que señalar mi pedido en su sistema, ya que no podían verlo ellos mismos. Estuvieron de acuerdo en ordenar el envoltorio faltante y sugerí que, como un gesto de buena voluntad, podría tener algunos aros de cebolla gratis, y aceptaron esto. Cuando estaba saliendo, el miembro del personal con el que estaba tratando comenzó a ser abusivo y dijo que no debía regresar ya que el conductor de la entrega dijo que el pedido se había entregado correctamente. Señalé que no habría acudido a ellos si no hubiera un problema, pero fue en vano. Llegué a casa para ver que mi cuenta con ellos estaba suspendida. Como cliente leal por dos años, es su pérdida. Me pregunto por qué no están mostrando el puntaje de higiene del consejo en la puerta. Probablemente porque solo anotaron tres. . . Eso es, mi tiro de despedida.

Pedí un pollo kebab sin pepino. Una vez que comí algo, noté que había pepino debajo de los montículos de ensalada encima. Me puse en contacto con el sitio web del que ordené y, para mi desconfianza, me dijeron que me contactara directamente con la tienda, ya que habían gritado al administrador de llamadas desde el sitio web después de afirmar que no habían puesto pepino en la comida (ver foto para la prueba) La comida Estaba horrible y lleno de grasa, y el pollo estaba duro como una roca. No me impresionó y no volveré a utilizar este establecimiento.

I have been using Best for quite a few years and visit most weekends in the summer following a couple of pints in the Royal Hop Pole a couple of doors away. I always have the lamb doner which is no doubt my favourite in the UK. The salad is to die for and very freshly cut. The service too is amazing and I always have a chat with Alex the owner. My daughter loves the chicken shish and lamb kofte kebabs all freshly made and cooked. Well recommended!

Very rare that we order takeaway. We ordered 3 meals. One of the meals was wrong as I am alergic to one of the ingredients on the pizza.
