worst takeaway ever ordered from here a lot of times and it used to be amazing the last two times have been awful the first time not a single thing in my order was correct and the second time my order got cancelled after 20 mins of waiting.

Very tasty & filling. Mine - classic salmon & cream cheese on sesame bagel. His - Salted beef on multi seed bagel (New York style - surprisingly filling!) 2 bagels & a bottle of water were £13.50 - so not cheap. Hint - take your own bottle of water! Takeaways are also about £1 cheaper

One of my many times at Friar Tucks, Newry. Seeing as I was in the mood for a takeaway I figured Friar Tucks would do nicely. There were some tables around if you wanted to sit in. Whilst walking up to the counter to make my order I couldn't help but notice that the floor was quite dirty and sticky. That generally seems to be the case in most takeaways. Anyways, I ordered my food and sat down while I waited. The food took a long time to be prepared which was a bummer as I was famished. In the end it came. Once arriving home I tucked in to one of the nicest Friar Tucks I'd had in a long time. Chips were well cooked and delicious. Burger was fantastic too. Decent place to go for a takeaway.

Waited 20 minutes for food..staff VERY rude..manager Kieran does not deserve 1 star on his badge...total idiot..only interested in serving Uber drivers. How on earth has that man become a manager ???

Customer service here used to be great, but my visit today wasn't so great the guy name YOHAN was so rude he shouted at me coming from nowhere.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Just had an order for family both pizzas burnt to bits I mean black crispy burnt. How they thought it was acceptable blows my mind. This is my 4th order since new opening and been very disappointed every single time. Definitely will not be back to give them my money.

Unreal food. Great service. Iftika always sorts me and my friends out and is super helpful. Been going here for years and they’ve never messed up an order. 10/10!

Waited 25 minute for our order then the fries and burgers was just warm at best staff don’t seam bothered was just to busy talking and on phones

Lovely food, reasonable price although I feel the curry sauce was expensive at 2.80 for a small pot. Everything else was good.

Had a chicken Royale, skinny portion of chopped and shaped chicken so salty and tasteless, tiny portion for regular fries. The chocolate milkshake was disgusting, it tasted horrible it left a nasty synthetic aftertaste. Tasted absolutely nothing like chocolate… I would question if there was any chocolate in it. I would not recommend to anyone and wished I had not subjected my granddaughter to this highly processed tasteless food

Great fish shop. People very friendly and helpful. I found quantity and quality. Can’t grumble at all . Food hot , food tasty . And I live nearer to other fish shops what are less excited. Mike @ Preston

Well thankyou for supplying my drink without a straw yet again! It's a good job I have big hands as I can now scoop out my banana milkshake with my massive claw! I have issues with this McDonald's literally every single time I order from them. Please do not order from here after 10pm unless you wish to question your own life desisons. I have woken up after having cold sweats ordering from here after finishing work early hrs in the morning yet I still order from here as its the only place open! Don't ask me why I'll have words with myself later, perhaps I just like to be punished!?

Visited for coffee and doughnuts - very clean, friendly and efficient - impressed!! Typical Tim Hortons - used several in Canada - this one compares!!

Terrible service, stay well away! Placed and order on the app. Was told to wait in a bay. After 15min of waiting I went into the restaurant to let them know I was still waiting for my food. I asked them to bring the food out to the car. After another 15min of waiting the food turned up with a half arsed apology. Got the food home and guess what, missing items!!! Even the food I did receive seemed like it had been prepared by being thrown across the room. Rang up to complain and all I got was the same half arsed apology. Will not use this McDonalds again and it wasn't the first instance of them making a mistake. Just thought this time if phoned and complained i'd get some understanding. But no, it seems customer service has truely been thrown out the window. 0 stars if I could.

Lovely food but when taking away I would suggest letting the customers put on their own salt and vinegar because the server DROWNED my food in vinegar and that's all I could taste. £7.50 for a tray of vinegar. Not on.
