El peor manager de la historia, pidió el nombre de los managers pero me dijeron que no, así que no puedo nombrar y avergonzarme. Pedí un reembolso ya que no estaba contento con mi limonada de fresa, fueron groseros, lentos y no me reembolsaron correctamente. Preguntado se puede ver a continuación

Pida una ‘coca cola’ y reciba basura diluida. No creo que nunca se haya parecido a una Coca Cola en su vida. Decepción tras decepción. No volverá por una ‘coca cola’ en ningún momento en el futuro.

They can’t even get a simple order right, missing items had to wait ages so rest of food was cold. Manager was female and very very rude lad at previous window also rude. Customer services???? They have none

Great little place to stay right next to my venue for business venue . So much so I stayed an extra night . Lulu was FAB for sorting accommodation at short notice x

This isn't gadgie burger no more , the stuff there producing now isn't hand made stuff its cheap and tacky ingredients must of been taken over as the stuff we received wasn't gadgie / dope burger standard it was ya classic hull fair cheap burger absolute shambles

Missed half are order and didn’t answer calls to help us and didn’t fix the mistakes they made so wasted money on food we didn’t get

I really wanted to put this review on the McDonald’s system but after 5 attempts i still couldn’t complete. Friday 9th August I called in on my way to Doncaster. I tried to order from the self service but it wouldn’t allow me to pay. I went to the desk and one of the restaurant floor staff served me. Her name is Di. The same thing happened when she submitted the order on the till. She rebooted the system to no avail. She brought the duty manager and he had same issues. She the brought the restaurant manager and he transferred to another till. Di remembered my order for the manager and reminded him i now only had a couple of minutes for breakfast. I thought Di went above and beyond. She came to check if my meal was alright and asked if i needed anything else. She is amazing and a credit to the restaurant. I hope someone from the store replies. Also the McDonald’s site puts people off praise reports - so many questions before you can say what you want to. Thank you Di x

Made my usual visit through drive through paid and moved on to collect meal wasn't available told to wait in car park waited 20minutes no meal went in to ask where is meal no apology told to wait after a further 10 minutes got my meal no apology or conversation just a negative look felt really uncomfortable probably senior citizens are not welcome hope not true like the food.

Given the location, parking is completely inadequate. A shame as Costa is normally a go too when on the road. Given parking is not provided for larger vehicles I am not sure how customers are supposed to visit if their vehicle will not fit in the spaces provided. Its Left a bitter experience at which point I'll stick to a well known alternative who do provide parking for their customers.

Horrible comida, trozos de patatas fritas con sarna no patatas fritas de longitud completa, una vez más sin batido de leche, tenía que tener un recipiente lleno de hielo con plana sin gaseosa llamada Coca - Cola, absolutamente repugnante, directamente por el fregadero! No me hagas empezar en el cuarto de libra con queso, una fracción del tamaño que solían tener , hamburguesa fina de oblea, parece que hubiera sido aplanada por un rodillo de vapor, vergonzoso de mirar cuando abres la caja, me gustaría una que se parezca a las hechas para el comercial de televisión, desperdicio total de dinero, mi primer McDonald’s en algunos años, definitivamente el último!!

Got to the drive thru at 9:40pm literally nobody there just me so extremely quiet Ordered food and paid at first till no problem Second window get some cocky guy I ask for sauce says he’ll stick it in the bag I said can you make sure you do please as you always forget Sat in bay waiting for food for 10 minutes again I’m the only one in drive thru Food comes out, no drink I ask where it is the girl says drive round and get it, I reply your not busy how can you forget the drink and ultimately told her not to worry and thanks for food Get home to no sauce in bag and missing a cheese burger. And to top it off bite into a chicken sandwich to find a frozen chip inside Couldn’t make it up Worrying to say the least the incompetence of some of the employees in this restaurant

Very disappointed with the quality, got 2 chicken salad burgers which were mostly coleslaw. Chips were terrible very bland tasted as if they’d been cooked in the cheapest of oil

McDonalds as you would expect, Staff ok quick service and the McDonalds taste and prices as usual. Clean as well.

Fui a Mannys en Glengormley ayer 7 de octubre a las 6. 30 pm. Pedí una bolsa de papas fritas y una salchicha rebozada. El tipo (con barba desaliñada) sin guante, sirviendo obviamente no quería estar allí. Le pagué diciendo Gracias, no me miró ni reconoció mi costumbre. Ahora yo era el único cliente. Debería haber tomado nota de esa señal de advertencia. Mannys solía estar lleno de colas en la puerta. De todos modos por el privilegio de ser atendido me cobraron £ 6. 10 . Sí £ 6. 10 Ahora déjame ir a la comida. Pedí sal y vinagre. El vinagre fue regado hasta un líquido insípido. No podía saborear sal. Las patatas fritas eran un frío grasiento empapado y la mitad estaban prácticamente crudas. Ahora la salchicha rebozada era otra cosa juro que había sido cocinada al menos dos veces antes de que la tuviera. No pude entrar en eso, y esa es la verdad. Ahora estaba sentado fuera de Mannys en mi coche. Enrollé mis "patatas fritas y salchichas" y las puse en el contenedor del garaje. Sé que el tipo que me sirvió me vio hacer esto. Estaba tan enojada que quería enfrentarme a él, pero pensé que era lo mejor. La única manera de detener esto es advertir a otros clientes potenciales. A través de sitios como TripAdvisor. La cosa es que Mannys solía ser tan bueno. Chips crujientes salchichas suaves y jugosas. Su pescado era una alegría, y sus salsas deliciosas. Mencioné mi experiencia a un amigo anoche, dijo que Mannys había vendido a un nuevo dueño. Y desde entonces había bajado rápido. Me preguntaba si el personal era nuevo para mí. Bueno, los dos empleados que vi. Pero tampoco había clientes. Así que mi papa frita, pescado y salchichas amantes de los amigos todo lo que puedo decir es cuidado. He estado por toda Europa y estos fueron probablemente la peor comida y servicio en cualquier "chip"
