Great little place to stay right next to my venue for business venue . So much so I stayed an extra night . Lulu was FAB for sorting accommodation at short notice x

I had to stop here to refuel as my low fuel light was telling me that I was going no further. I pulled into the fuel services, to greeted by the sign telling me that I was about to be fleeced for the dearest fuel on mainland UK, so took on £20 worth of fuel to get me to the next fuel stop. Once refueled I went into the service station for a admin break, the toilet was absolutely a disgrace pee all over the floor and the dirtiest pans Id ever cover across. In need of some caffeine I went to buy a coffee, Oh how i was to be disappointed, both coffee machines were out of order the serving area was filthy, sugar and wrappers over table top and coffee/tea stains that looked like they had been there a week. At the till i asked is there anybody making coffee as coffee machines were down, a very harsh and rude assistance just growled ''NO'' at this point I lost the will to live and left. I travel about a 1000 miles a week im not a lorry travel nor a rep, I work on building projects that have a better standards; than the Chorley Service Station and had better service from a greasy spoon in a lay -by. It really is all bad I searched to find some positives out of this place but sadly there was none.

Stayed one night on way to France - so booked on way home again as was very clean and friendly. Would stay again.

Good atmosphere, friendly staff. Good service. Facilities are great. We will be back here again in the future

We basically stopped for the lavatory and to start the satnav as we know our way to Corley but beyond there gets more tricky. The we was great. We were a little early for KFC. The lady in the WH Smith was great though. These are my favourate services and just the right distance from home to need to stop at if I am going up the M6.

Hotel was fine, comfy beds, quiet rooms, clean and tidy, perfect for business trip stays and short stays, would recommend. And also, Sharon on reception is the best !

The fuel point in the services at Corley: Urine all over the floor foul smelling, excrement all over toilets, paper towels all over the floor, dust all over the urinals, mould all around the wash basins, no hand soap, this was worse than the toilets in the film “Train spotting”

Queuing for HGV pumps for 20 mins. Not enough space for artics., without blocking exits. Pumps ridiculously slow Only one AdBlue pump, so hose full of grease from needing to stretch hose over back of unit catwalk. Toilets out of order again. Can't even use them to wash hands or obtain soap. Hand sanitiser or water from the outdoor tap won't clean 5th wheel grease! Thank goodness for the lovely new Rugby services just 2 miles down the M6.

I visited the northbound services today. Tired and frazzled, I was met by loud "go faster" music. This was even louder in the gents. Most of us have to relax our bowels in order to take a dump. It is very hard to relax at all with the loud pounding music giving you a "get out of here now" panicky feeling. A "nice" touch were the flush mechanisms. They were on a timer. So you had to wait between flushes. Very insanitary and annoying. Some cretin made sure that the racket was piped outside the front door too. I will try never to visit Corley services again.

Just wanted to say a big “Thank you” to the night time staff at WHSmith (sorry we didn’t ask their names but they were on shift Friday 27th August through till Saturday 28th morning) They we’re very helpful and kind. We finally got recovered from the breakdown team at 1.20pm so, unfortunately 🤣🤣 missed them starting their next night shift. PLEASE pass on our thanks to them once more. We was just coming back from Cornwall when we saw a services hotel and we stayed there for a night I brought five teddiesFrom James age 6

Ordered meal as normal at KFC…waited nearly 15 minutes for the meal in which time a couple of 2 were served and a family of 8, whose order was started as soon as payment had gone through. I was given no explanation that my meal was going to be delayed…AT ALL! When my meal was eventually ready, I was actually handed the wrong meal so had to give it back and then wait another 5 minutes! Still no apology throughout all of this! Not happy at all

No signs saying closes at 7. Business travellers - can’t just saunter off before 6. Pulled in for a pee and a bite to eat on a 4hr journey - shutters being slammed down. Told they’re short staffed but had been through exactly 3 weeks earlier and same rubbish service. Took great delight in stopping other people about to walk in. Will never stop here again and if I can get the message out - neither will anyone else.

Very ill informed staff hardly any outlets open and in these times cleaning should be paramount the whole place is dirty the toilets are disgusting the whole dump needs a deep clean, better still demolish and start again

My appalling experience at Corley services today. I have serious concerns regarding Covid-19 compliance and the safety of your customers. I also paid for a meal which the Kentucky server Alex refused to replace then provided and finally refund. I ordered a meal and was waiting with my colleague to be served our meals. ( we are home office employees) my number came up on the board to collect my meal I couldn't approach the counter as another customer was there showing his receipt. The other customer opened the bag of food and put his hand inside and was looking very close with his face over the bag inspecting the contents. It became clear he had got the wrong food and it was mine. I couldn't approach due to social distance rules so I said that's my food in a louder voice than normal as I was about 10 feet away. I told the person serving I not want that food as the ma had touched I and breathed over and into the bag. The man serving went to get me a new order (costing £8.59 ) and explained to his colleague Alex what happened. She asked why I don't want the food again I explained she said I'm not replacing it you can have a refund. I pointed out the rules re covid-19 and cross contamination. She was really rude and confrontational I repeatedly said I can eat that sorry. She then walked to the till and asked me over saying I'm not getting any more food give me the receipt I'll refund you. I handed the receipt and reminded her of the covid-19 pandemic hence my caution. She then said I'm not refunding you go away! After placing the food on the counter. I ask her for my receipt back and she refused. I intend to take this matter further and am disappointed about my experience I sat with my colleague who ate his KFC and was completely shocked by her refusing to replace my food or refund and give my receipt back. A totally unbelievable situation. Alex the manager is aggressive and confrontational and has no idea about food hygiene and cross-contamination. I have also reported this issue to Warwickshire Public Health and Environmental Health Department.

Subway the 2 people working there were rude, gave us wrong orders and didn’t tell us they had run out of things so gave us different orders instead and then tried arguing when we said about it. No care was taken when making our food. And was told we were wrong when we questioned what we were given. The male and female working need retraining in customer care. Won’t be going there again

Pulled in for some breakfast and to use the toilet.Disable Toilet - rough and some kind person had left a complete and utter mess, no staff to report it.McDonald’s - McMuffin breakfast ok but dry. Coffee - what coffee! Milk, hot water and probably two granules of coffee. Tasted disgusting.Never again and why did I not follow my head.

On route we stopped here to use the toilets and get a drink. Wish I had crossed my legs or had a bottle in the car. Welcome Break need to look into cleaning.

Oh dear! We needed to eat and went for a chicken breast sandwich each and my husband had chips (err - skin on?). There was no taste of Southern Fried (i.e. Kentucky Friend) chicken at all - bland, bland, bland. Dreadful! Never again. Service? They'd rather talk to each other - and were clearly bored.

Considering we are in pandemic these were worse than normal toilets. I went into 3 toilets all had overflowing sanitary bins, dirty toilets, no handwash at any of the sinks.

Breakfast was poor and food dry. Services generally seemed dirty. No staff on doors to help with social distancing. Disabled toilet was filthy with marks on the walls stained toilet bowl that had not been cleaned in ages with urine stains around it. In these times you expect extra attention to cleanliness

Shame on this place ,I'm a key worker and was charged £30 to park a lorry here overnight, all food outlets closed, yet they couldn't reduce the parking prices

I would just like to praise Beryl who works in the whsmith shop she was so pleasant and helpful in my hour of need a credit to Corley services

Fine as far as services go. Loos were being cleaned as I went in and were fairly modern. Waitrose was usual supermarket at services. Nothing to complain about.

Accident ahead at J3 M6 so popped in here for a break knowing it to be one of the better service areas.Toilets modern and clean.Waitrose, as you'd expect, bright and friendly service.Don't normally use Starbucks but was really impressed. Ladies serving were efficient, helpful and so friendly. My friends both had the teacakes, good quality.

This place has been updated in the recent past, I used to stop here regularly when I travelled from Hertfordshire to Wolverhampton. The facilities are much better than they used to be with fairly standard retail offerings.

No facilities to blow up car tyres or fill screen wash. The actual services are ok, just lacking in this way. How can you not have this facility?!

As truck drivers we have to have showers at services today at 15.34 had a shower filthy filthy filthy if I had a choice I would not of used. But Corley services cleaners are not cleaning and if I done my job half as good I would be sacked.

Called for a short break and as we had been previously, had coffees from Subway. The dining area was very clean and tidy, the tables being cleared regularly. Decent shops and facilities plus plenty of car parking space.

Coffees ok but customer service isn't important. A friend bought 3 coffees and then ad she was waiting for them decided that she would like some water. These were priced at £1 if bought with a hot drink. As she had already paid, the girl at the counter wouldn't let her have them for This and charged her £2 each for 2 bottles!! and just shrugged

Freezing cold breakfast subs from subway followed by some local “gentlemen” in hiace vans trying to sell me a smart tv. Em- no. As for the price of diesel £1.55 disgusting

We had a “coffee & cake” in Starbucks on the way back from Birmingham. After paying & consuming our food & drink we decided we would take a bottle of water for the journey. We noticed a special offer “water a £1 when purchasing a drink”. We picked up a bottle of water but we were told we were not eligible for the deal because we were not purchasing at the same time as the hot drink we had just consumed - as the computer would not allow it! We were then told “its only £1.69” as if 69p is less important to me than the multinational which is Starbucks! Sad when computer systems take over from customer service.

Visited on Friday 24th May. Called in to Welcome Break northbound side to use the toilet facilities and then a coffee and cake from Costa Coffee. The place was busy but didn't have to wait long and we were on our way again.

A typical motorway services full of hustle and bustle and the same selection of fast food outlets but a great Starbucks Coffee shop with good and happy service

Normal and quite pleasant experience at Welcome break Corley South but having bought a glass bottle at the shop, I later tried to recycle it and realised there was no facility to doing so inside and it took me a while to find an appropriate bin outside. An employee offered to take it for me and put it in the general waste. Get it right Welcome Break, sustainability is everyone’s responsibility !

Well, overall it's ok, but most places were seriously understaffed for the midday rush. Food was average. Plenty of parking spaces.

Stopped here on our way back from North Wales. My partner went and ordered our food from KFC whilst I sat with our baby. He waited for so long and when he eventually came back, he told me that the krushem machine wasn’t working. Fair enough, but this seems to be a common occurrence in every branch of KFC.

Breakfast bacon 6 inch sub.£4.64 for two tiny pieces of bacon slapped on a crappy roll & a small drink.

Sunday morning stop. Very clean and bright. Was going to Burger King but not open until 9am on Sundays. Option 2 was Harry Ramsdens breakfast offerings. Usual motorway prices but decent enough quality.

On our way back from Stansted and in need of sustenance. I think we both fancied a McDonalds but we dined with their rivals.

Very clean, light and airy. Food court has plenty of seating and the tables were clean. We had coffees from Subway which were excellent and better than expected from a fast food chain. Toilets were very clean and appeared to have regular checks. Plenty of car parking and the whole area was clean and looked after.

The service station itself was clean and had good amenities...The KFC however was awful, terrible service and was given the wrong order initially. The quality of food was less than average, cold chips, lumpy gravy

So went today with a coach party, 11.30am, Monday morning, why so bad, I ordered a hot chocolate ,And a cinnamon swirl from Starbucks what could be wrong!The hot chocolate was cold and after I had sat down they went and paid for it they then told Me that there was no cinnamon swell they were out of stock!This was at 11:30 am on a Monday morning how disgusting is that the managers should either order more or one of them could’ve gone downstairs and they could’ve got it from the downstairs but no they couldn’t be bothered

I drove here (25 mins) purposely to get some Krispy Kremes. Don’t have a Krispy Kreme stand if it’s not going to be replenished any time of the day!

This welcome break services actually for once didn’t have toilets that smelt like the inside of a diseased rhinoceros’s lower colon which really helped. Starbucks outside did a super coffee and was nice having a break from the 10 hours driving I did that day.

The service in Subway was good but the fare only average. Mc D's do better coffee, and at less cost, and the baguette was without flavour. I was not impressed.

Had to have a stretch, rest and stop for a break, the services were clean and tidy toilets were very good we didn't get anything to eat or drink as we had items with us, there is the fact its going to be dearer as well, there's plenty of choice with food outlets lots of parking would have a stop gap there if we were along that way again,

We stopped here on our way back down the M6, clean enough, very busy, but as with most service areas very overpriced.

Motorway services are not normally great but this is one that is usually better than most. Car parking is fine as you would expect (but not all are). The food court area is usually busy but is kept quite clean bearing in mind the footfall being high volume. Good choice of outlets and toilets have usually been OK.

Had breakfast at Harry ramsden bacon was over cooked the egg was under cooked and the rest was almost cold it would help if they learned to cook properly

A reasonable rest area and better than many. Generally clean with plenty of parking. Hotel on site which is useful.

Like a lot of places these days Welcome Break use Parking Eye to impose charges on people who over stay the 2hr allowed parking period. The problem with the way that they do it here is that the cameras don't record the visit into and out of the car park but on the entrance and exit to the service station. Therefor if you make the mistake of parking for 2hrs as it states you can, then visiting the garage and then get blocked by a lorry on the way out, meaning you go over the 2hrs acutally inside the service station by 15mins even though you were only parked for 2hrs they still issue you a £100 fine. Contacting Welcome Break regarding this resulted in a email saying they can't comment (they can recind tickets if they want to but clearly chose not to in this case) and that I need to contact Parking Eye. Demonstration their lack of care for their customers. Very dissappointing.

Dropped in northbound services and was amazed how empty it was in the car park. Perhaps something to do with the World Cup on tv. Decent outdoor tables and benches on a grassed area. Good selection of fast food outlets in food court Such as KFC, Subway,Burger King to name a red, as well as the usual WHSmiths, and Waitrose. Operated by Welcome Break, toilets were clean and modern. Has an on site motel. As motorway services go, this is decent .

Stopped here today on route home. There’s plenty of choices, Burger King, KFC, Harry Ramsdens, Subway, and WH Smith and Waitrose. Nice clean & tidy dinning area, clean Toilets and plenty of parking. This is one of the better services on the M6.

We visited the location when traveling to Weymouth with Shearings holiday company and were very impressed with the excellent range of services provided which included many popular fast food outlets plus W.H Smith and several accessory shops for items you may need.

Plenty of parking, clean, litter free and areas for dog walking.

This is a very busy place. It is also used by Shearings Buses as an interchange which really makes it crowded & noisy. Shearings & other staff do the best they can in the circumstances. Food & drinks are readily available & other well known shops sell their goods there. Loos available as well as access for wheelchair users.

Don’t make the heinous mistake of using the facilities for 27 minutes longer than the 2 hours free parking or you will be slapped with a £60-100 fine for the pleasure of spending your money there.

Stopped to break the journey, whilst heading north on the M6. Perhaps we should has stopped elsewhere because this was nothing special. Only fast food options on the North bound side, but we got to stretch our legs. I'm not sure what the other service stations are like, but if this is the general standard pulling off the motorway is perhaps the better option.

Usual type of service station but clean and good service at kyc. Hot fresh food. Not too pricey unlike Burger King.

I don’t think many people would use motorway services if they were not so conveniently placed. However, this one rates well down my own list of favourites. Sure enough, it has the usual range of food outlets, most of which are quite unhealthy. However, the toilets are not very large and not particularly clean either. Only really suitable when there is no other option.

We went into Starbucks for a quick coffee break. Coffee, as usual, was good. Granddaughter insisted we also look at the toys in Smiths!

Clean and well kept services. Good variety of food venues to choose from, efficient and friendly service. Would definitely use again

This is my favourite set of services in the U.K. and it did not disappoint. The fuel pump was clean I I did not end up smelling of fuel. There was a good range of food available to purchase in the fuel station. Service was given with a smile

And food, but I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of the lavatories, however they did have a shower in that I thought was good for people on long journeys.

Quick service from subway. Excellent food -very tasty and made to order. Friendly staff and able to have a joke with them. A healthier option than kfc

Used this establishment but received poor service and the 3 piece meal consisted of 2 drumsticks and a wing not satisfactory. After emailing KFC that using other franchises received much better quality meals received no response. Don't use this establishment it's a rip off

It is well worth making your motorway stop at Corley rather than using other ones.

We'd stopped at Corley on our way to Shropshire. I was just coming out of the toilets when the alarm went of, I thought there was a child still in there and hesitated for just a second. A member of staff ran in screaming at me to get out. Once out in the main area I saw staff standing around, arms folded watching. People were milling around not knowing what to do, others were standing just outside also confused. Suddenly the alarm was ruined off. I worked in Health and Safety for a good many years, I've arranged many fire evacuations and frankly and the way the situation was ( or rather wasn't) handled was a disgrace. There is absolutely no way I will ever go in that service station again and most certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Stopped off and had some lunch in Starbucks. The services were quiet and very clean. They have everything you need supermarket places to eat and drink and a newsagent. as well as the obvious toilets and petrol. definitely one of the better services we have stopped at.

On our way to Norfolk on a coach motorway very busy driver called into Corley services for a comfort break we had coffee Starbucks very nice it was about 09.30 am gave us time to drink a coffee and use the service toilet facilities that were clean and tidy this was a pleasure compared to the visit to Knutsford the previous week has restored my faith in motorway service.

We stopped at Corley services for a short break only to find it was swamped with Shearings coaches and passengers, total havoc with so many people not having a clue what they should be doing. The toilets were clean but full and the food court was packed. People sitting down taking up tables just waiting for coaches to leave. Lost passengers roaming around aimlessly and shearings staff trying to find them before their coach leaves

I visited twice in one day, on a business trip. So basically visited both sides of the motorway. Who doesn't love a Harry Ramsdens breakfast or fish and chips? I had both. Toilets were clean and tidy. Good selection of other eateries and coffee. It's one of the better motorway services you can come across.

Stopped off for a bite to eat around 1pm, decided on KFC which I normally love, there was quite a queue, no problem, then realised why, at probobly one of their busiest times they had no chicken or wings cooked! When I eventually got my meal, the chicken in the bun was extremely dry and the chicken leg was yuk.

Maybe because this at the start of the M6 (northbound) that this is really worth stopping at. Its very clean (especially the loos) and its quite quiet and my tip is to check out the coffee prices at the handful of outlets then save a pound or so.

We are regulars at Welcome break services as we find them some of the best there are. The toilets are always really clean (unless you are using a stall that has just been visited by a child playing fireman) and there are always a great variety to eat. We love Harry Ramsden's fish... today (7/03/17) we had a large cod and chips with a free Americano coffee... only £8.99. Huge portion, absolutely stuffed... I think if you are eating on the run one portion is enough for two... and they will supply you with an extra knife and fork if you want to share. Super all round... well done Welcome Break!

After arriving back from holiday to travel back to Peterborough from Birmingham airport (maybe this is the wrong side of the road but they are both the same opening times) i was absolutely disgusted to find out of all the fast food places like KFC, Subway, Harry Ramsdon, Burger King which all charge 24 hour prices NONE of which were open at 10:10pm. I thought Welcome Breaks were called this for a reason. All we could do was gamble if thats your thing, its not ours.....have a cup of coffee from Starbucks, where in fact the young server was really nice and if we wanted to we could go to WHSmiths for the last of the over priced sandwiches....poor poor excuse of a service station on such a busy motorway too. The worker in KFC could've done with some manners, we didn't know it was closed but she shouted over to us without looking to tell us it was

This is a well laid out service area on the M6 near Corley. Clearly signposted with plenty of parking (free for 2 hours). The restaurant area has several fast food options including a couple of coffee shops. The toilets are modern and clean. Obviously you can fuel up here too. A handy place to stop for a break.

Often stop here Excellent choice of food establishments, And the toilets are ultra modern and every time I have visited very clean!

Please note: If you park for longer than 2 hours you get parking fine through the post of £60. They have cameras that clock you in and out. Dispute turns into a nightmare!

Popped in for cappuccino on way to family christening. Excellent Starbucks, good service and great spot to stop

This is one of the better service station I've been too due to the great choices of food. Ranges from Pizza (Papa Jones), Burger King, Harry Ramsdens, Subway, Chopstix Noodle Bar, Starbucks, Waitrose, and they even have a WH Smith.

Visited with friends last weekend . Very busy like normal but everything was as it should be ... Clean and tidy although the normal motorway expense

First time here and as service stations go these were excellent. Very clean, great places to eat plus a Waitrose. Excellent

Nothing outstanding but not bad services. Good for snacks & cafe food. Clean toilets. Waitrose have best selction of sarnies.

Parking northbound is terrible, NO parking bay lines , drivers parking soo close that you can't open your doors properly, welcome break need to spend some money - you get plenty of cash from drivers parking overnight every day .

Now I understand that toilets need to be refurbished, but to do it during the height of summer and a heatwave is just a no-no.

Nice services, toilets are clean good selection of shops but petrol is a complete ripoff, 20p a litre extra. Noway would I get petrol from there.

Plenty of parking and outdoor seating. Kept extremely well with area for dogs to walk around but dogs are not permitted inside. Has a great Starbucks as well as Dunkin Donuts, Krispy Kreme doughnuts, KFC, etc. It is expensive though but located just off the motorway.

Stopped at this junction on the way to Glasgow from London. Too subway roll and coffee. Good place to relax for half an hour or so.

Stopped here on a football trip to Swansea on 5/3/16. Not a bad services to be honest. Got everything you need. Waitrose and WH Smith bit pricey. All in all covers everyone

Have often stopped at these services.

Called in with the family. Went for Harry's Ramsdens 3 fish and 1 pie. They pre warned the fish was cooked to order, we didn't mind waiting. It was superb. The biggest fishmonger I've ever had. Lightly bartered bigger that the plate. The chips where tasty and the lady serving was very friendly. Having only ever eaten Harry Ramsden in Leeds I wasn't sure what to expect but this was superb.

Handy from Coventry or Birmingham, relaxed when not rush hour or lunch time. Subway, Waitrose, Harry Ramsdens and good Starbucks
