I really like Amigos. The chicken in their kebabs is especially good and the chips are some of the best I’ve had. Staff seem sweet too.

Unbelievable. Colwyn Bay subway. Rejected my order! Placed order online for collection. Gave them hours of warning. Reached the shop door and had an email cancelling the order!!! It was for £38 and was a special tea my son had ordered for the whole family. I'm not a Karen so didn't want to make a scene but I'm guessing rather than having to make 5 footlongs they lazily cancelled the order. Also have to wait up to 5 days for the refund. Chose another shop if you want a subway!!

Fish tastes stale and chips greasy. Overall taste is horrible old fat. Will not order from here again completely ripped off at £27 for 2 lots of fish chips and peas. It's a joke to be sending this quality of food out. Management should be ashamed of themselves

Had large cod and chips...as always spot on very young friendly staff...superbly clean environments...food plentiful and great quality and portion size..also...Best price for Mike's around less than £6.00 for large Cod n chips...now that's magic....

The people behind the counter couldn't seem less interested in taking your order. I think I had to speak to 3 people, repeating my order to each, until one of them bothered to write it down They charged me full amount, but only gave me 2/3rds of the food (which I discovered when home). Charlatans

Worst branch I've ever been to , every single time I come here the food has to be returned because it's cold . There's never been a time ever the food has been piping hot fresh ,stay away .

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Terrible customer service! I have ordered from here multiple times in the past and it’s always been nice. We ordered today 20 boneless chicken garlic and Parmesan, all came with bones in and it is definitely not garlic and Parmesan. At first I thought it was blue cheese!! The person on the phone was very rude and abrupt. In the end they re sent our food with boneless chicken ( that again wasn’t garlic and parmesan) and they wanted the old chicken back that has been sat there for over an hour 🤮 not sure what their going to do with it. Please don’t waist your money

Waited half hour for a McCrispy Deluxe only to receive cold fries chucked in the bag upside down all while the staff pandered to the annoying delivery drivers that block off the food co9llection point. Risible service, cold fries, wont be returning to this badly managed McDonalds

This is twice I have ordered things only to find once home Items missing clearly people can’t be bothered to go go back and this is how they make there money £32 and now looking for something to eat at home

Always good kebabs, but sadly, the delivery service is just awful. Every single time I order (only once every few months, and only because I live in the vague hope the service will be better), I always have to ring up once, sometimes twice, to chase it up...it is always an hour or more before it arrives...way past the 'estimated delivery time'. I've given up and won't be ordering on-line again!

Kofi from Elephant and Caste McDonalds was genuinely so accommodating and kind. Could not recommend this employee enough - showed exceptional customer service, contrasting to other employees on shift at the time. Very very grateful.

Terrible food - made by people who don't know food or flavours for people who don't know food or flavours 🤨 The prepacked sandwiches at Tesco are better and that should say it all. Your "food" is garbage
